Bradley is awesome! This is a great local shop that does outstanding work. Ive taken dozens of cups and bottles to have laser etched and they always turn out very well. Highly recommend this place!

I had the best experience! I cant imagine any way they could have been nicer or more helpful. My order was very small ($11.00) and came out beautifully!The store has a huge amt. of trophies and awards to chose from and theyre very helpful when it comes to choosing your font, type etc.I would give them 10 stars if I could and will highly recommend them in the future.Reading some of the past reviews that mentioned the ownership having recently changed might explain the great improvement in customer service.

After reading the reviews for this buisness, I felt inclined to give them a rating they deserve.Weve used their services on numerous occasions and had positive experiences each time.This buisness is quick, priced well, professional, and they make some of the most meaningful and thoughtful creations around! I truly have nothing negative to say.On one of our projects, we gave this buisness some creative freedom and were happily surprised with the result.Their communication is wonderful and theyve come through for us on numerous occasions with last-minute work.Honestly, I wouldnt take my business anywhere else!

Bree n Bradley are amazing!! They did our wedding flasks, talk about phenomenal work:) These guys truely go above n beyond.. Excellent customer service n always friendly:) I have a project last minute for my sisters One year of passing we are working on that gives them just a few days, n My husband thought it would be impossible, called our guys n they are going to fit it in♡♡ I will drive the hour to them if We need any projects done, they are def worth it, we have a trophy shop just dwn the street from us, n we grew up with the owners n I wouldnt take our buisness there if I had to... BEWARE!!IT IS NEVER THEIR FAULT. Customer Service or satisfaction is not of concern; it is all about being someones elses FAULT with ANY error!!!1. Make sure you document in writing eVEryTHING.2. Do NOT rely on telephone conversations.3. Follow up - they dont.4. Do not give them directions on the telephone make ALL changes in writing and in person!Otherwise... they have perfect recall and YOU ARE WRONG!

Rick (I think hes the owner) is the rudest man Ive ever experienced!I ordered a plague to remember the death of my father (5/28) and when he didnt send a proof almost two weeks later, I called the store. He said he didnt have the proof, but he would check on it. Two days later, in a VM he stated that it was probably his fault that he hadnt received a proof from the company... but that he had just received it in a fax; unable to scan and email it to me, ??? When I called to speak with him about it, I simply asked how long it would take from this point (now into our 3rd week). He stated it would still take an additional 6wks, as stated upon ordering... sometimes they get it to him sooner, but no guarantee. This is something we have to get family members from different states and areas together for a ceremony. I attempted to explain to him that I called another place that had stated it would take just two weeks from placing the order, to get an explanation why this company took so long.... Thinking we could possibly order it from another company. HE EXPLODED! He screamed and shouted on the phone without allowing me to finish what I was saying, or even my first sentence past the other company stating 2-wks. His shop was the ONLY shop I had gone to... all others were over the phone, simply to obtain information after receiving NOTHING from him in the first couple of weeks. He would not allow me to speak or have an adult conversation with him. I attempted to finish my statement in 3 separate phone calls, each time being hung-up on by Rick. I even asked to speak with someone else before he hung-up on me for the third time and final attempt. At NO TIME did I state that I was NOT going through with the purchase. He did not take a deposit initially and because I had mentioned that another store indicated it could be done sooner, he was furious and cancelled the order. He was very nice at our first meeting in the store and I was prepared to pay him the funds required for the purchase. He suggested that we shake hands on it instead, as he was busy with school-end projects. In my opinion, he forgot about my order, and when questioned on his timing, became so angry he would not allow me to finish my (1) sentence. I would never work with this man; nor give well-deserved business to a man that cant behave like an adult, or at least allow someone to have a conversation with him. What a poor example of service and/or simply be kind to another person..... and BTW, his hand shake means nothing.
