Horrible customer service and responsiveness. Delayed the flight for 8+ hours and kept us on the plane for over 3 which the attendant said was illegal. Save yourself the headache and never book with them.

Simply unacceptable. Emirates managed to get my bags from Durban all the way to Boston via Dubai. No hitches. As soon as my bags were transferred to JetBlue they apparently disappeared. A short, half-full flight to Jacksonville and they lost at least 15 bags judging by the line at lost baggage department. When following up the next day I was informed that they don’t know where my bag is. I will receive compensation at the discretion of their claims department. Which means no compensation. Out of all the employees I dealt with only one (I wish I got her name) treated me with humility and empathy. Absolutely atrocious company. I hope to never deal with them again. And I hope you won’t too

I decided to try JetBlue after several years since flying with them. 😖👎🏻👎🏻 Big mistake. I have flown many carriers (including budget lines), and this is one of the worst (next to Spirit). My flight was delayed almost three hours (making me late to a conference), but that was handled okay (the check-in clerk was super friendly and helpful). I finally boarded to a plane that was about 1/3 full and I noticed my row (three seats) would have all 3 seats filled once I sat down, so I very politely asked the attendant (Jacquelin) if I could sit in one of the (many) open rows. She said NO. She also said I am going to need you to place your personal bag under your seat, and we can see if theres room later. She did make me follow all the rules, but TRUE customer service would have said, theres plenty of open seats, and plenty of available overhead storage, so feel free to use them. Their only announcement prior to takeoff announcements was, we can move you to seats with more legroom for a fee. It sounds like JetBlue is all about charging extra. When they started boarding us, they said the paperwork was done and we were food to go. After sitting on the plane (without moving) for almost an hour, the officer announced they were waiting for paperwork to be done (contradicting other crew). This has been a terrible experience, and it doesnt seem like JetBlue cares at all. I dont intend to fly with them again.

I fly often enough to see the differences between several air carriers. My worst experiences tend to be with JetBlue. And they come mostly from flying to or from their base airport NYC/JFK. Go figure.

There is a reason why its a 2 star rating here on google. They do not care about passenger satisfaction. You have free carry on if there is room. Was on a time crunch to catch a bus upon arrival so could not check my carry on. Flight attendant said.. Dont know what to tell you. Nice...😏

They can keep the fancy hi-tech check in kiosk. Everyone waiting would prefer a staffed check in desk instead. Nothing is worse than standing in line at an empty counter waiting for a cranky person to start their day.

This is the third time JetBlue has lost my bags flying into JAX. The customer service is atrocious. They literally couldn’t care any less and they let you know how inconvenient you are to them. Unbelievable.

I love this airline. Ive never had a bad experience with them. They also took care of my trip to the bahamas when Jamaican Air rescheduled my flight and refused to refund me my money back. I told them that I had to be there on the date that I originally had scheduled. I fought with Jamaican Air for almost 2 weeks. The manager from JetBlue heard my issue and took matters into her own hands and booked my flight through JetBlue and handled the situation with Jamaican Air herself! Wow! I was so greatful and very appreciative. Ive never had a company do that for me until that moment. She saved me from missing my best friends wedding. Thank you JetBlue!

Amazing ! Was worried a little about this airline but has WiFi the entire flight, seats were comfortable, chargers accessible and there was enough room for everyone’s carry on. Landed twenty minutes early

THE WORST! Take a look at all the bad reviews before booking. I can’t express how awful the experience has been, this airline delayed the flight more then 5 times. First we were scheduled to leave fort Lauderdale at 2:06pm, they waited passed 2:30pm to let us know of delay until 7:00pm. At 7:00pm they emailed announcing of delay at 7:20 pm, at 7:30pm they announced again delay at 9:30pm, if this wasn’t enough at 9:48pm they announced delay for 10:15pm. After this they announced 3 more delays the last so far NOW they say 12:20am 🤬 my parents have been sitting in that airport, moving from gate to gate and still nothing. They need to consider elderly and families with kids and get them a place to stay if they are gonna lye to people like that.

My flight​from Boston to Jacksonville was on time and arrived early. Easy clean and comfortable seats. My flight back was delayed due to accident which damaged the plane... Even though I had to wait 5 hours.. I received a meal voucher, snacks, and a $150 credit without even asking.. pilots from another city came in just to fly us home.. customer service was excellent!

Horrible experience I am in Jacksonville airport with a flight leaving to FLL with a 6plus hour delay, they are claiming is weather meanwhile all airlines leave and arrive from FLL they have not offered in 7 hours a voucher for food, they have not apologize and still we don’t know if we areTraveling!!! Flight leaving at 8pm and currently delay until 1am with out a courtesy note, associates in the counter acting like they don’t know!! This is unacceptable!! My flight is 2617, worst experience ever and last time traveling with jet blue, no customer care they just ignore passengers. Don’t flight in this airline you will regret it .

I really feel bad for the pilots and the crew members for what Im about to say because its not really their fault actually they were very professional and the flight attendants were very good and its also that Im very scared of flying there was this trip from Jacksonville to Havana with one stop in Fort Lauderdale but on the fly back from Havana to Fort Lauderdale was very bad weather and was very bumpy with lot of turbulence when we were getting to the the airport and the pilot had to keep going around and making circles was very very scary experience then they changed the terminal they changed the gate and sent me an email but it was also the wrong gate, I spent a lot of time looking around for the new gate I dont know why they fly at 10,000 ft because all the time theres a lot of turbulence during the flight, anyway I dont think Im going to take JetBlue anymore, but I do thank the pilots and the crew because theyre very professional. Also another reason I dont like to fly JetBlue from Jacksonville is that they use small planes like an Embrel which is very shaky flying.

Maintenance issue that was initially a 20 minute wait ended up being 2 hours. Missed our connection to Aruba. I will never fly with them again. Kept saying we were waiting on paperwork to be processed. I dont understand how long it takes to complete paperwork.

My 10am plane was canceled while all of the passengers were already on the plane. The next plane will not take off until 3:30 so now we have to wait in the airport for 5.5 hours. Thanks JetBlue!

This is my mother’s first time using JetBlue. Her flight going to Fort Lauderdale Fl was fine. Now it time for my mom to return home and JetBlue had a computer outage of some sort and she’s been in the airport since 3:00 today and her flight was originally suppose to leave at 4:46. I can’t believe that this airline has NO backup plan in order. My mother is 76 years old and does not use email! So I’m getting the flight change updates to my email which is fine because she sitting there and can see the time changing on the board. However, there should be some kind of compensation for this kind of DELAY on JetBlue’s part! This is unacceptable! I’m giving 2 stars for the flight to Fort Lauderdale and ZERO for this HELL OF A DELAY BACK!

Do not get scammed JetBlue cancels your flight and does not refund the fee for booking by phone, I had to do it that way because on their website there is no option where you can pay with your card a ticket for someone else. And I gave him a star for not giving you the option of any, scammers 😣
