Excellent customer service.

I love flying Delta and no longer fly any other airline. Delta has a comfort class that sits right behind first class. It costs about 30.00 more but you get free drinks, beer, wine, headphones, blankets, movies, upgraded snacks and more leg room. You also get priority boarding. If you have the platinum American Express card you can get in free to the Sky Express lounge! I can’t even begin to tell you what that is like, but I will try: it feels like you are riding on cloud nine!

We checked in at Jacksonville Florida and Debra helped us at the ticket counter and she was amazing! She was then at the gate we boarded to help us again! She was so polite, kind, and helpful. Debra you are a rockstar! Thank you for taking good care of us military families!

Delta, my thoughts and prayers go out to all your staff during these trying times. America will come back and Delta will still be the best airline in the world.

My flight was supposed to leave at 7:00 am. They have been changing the time for the past three hours, and just now they said that we are leaving until noon! Weather it is good in both cities. So disorganized. Terrible airline.

Delta is by far and away, the best airline out of Jacksonville. There are many competitors, but only one Delta and the people are the ones who make the difference. From the counter in front to the kiosk to the gate agents, the staff are the difference makers. We know what to expect and you cannot go wrong with Delta.

My experience traveling with Delta is usually very good to excellent. However my partner and I paid for upgraded seats and it was totally not worth it.

Hour and forty five minutes on hold just to speak to a person and ask them to hold my delayed bag for pickup instead of mailing it somewhere. That is ridiculous. Fly with anyone else if possible.

I was ready! So were they!

Horrible everyone had attitudes, did not cancel the flight but told us 10 minutes before take off that we could not get on.
