I was unable to use this service as the guy on the phone said it would cost $250 to tow from one road over from the shop to anchorage and it wouldn’t happen anytime soon because they have enough work they don’t need to go into anchorage

I was informed my finacee, Genes truck had been towed and impounded by palmer police on Tuesday, August 15th. I also found that Gene had passed away. I went the next day and paid the impound fees, but couldnt find the keys. The lady didnt charge me impound fees for the next day and a half and set it up to have the truck towed to my yard.Maam, I am sorry, I did not mean to make you cry as well.
