These folks are amazing! I interviewed more than a few AC companies, explaining my particular needs to each. FL Cooling is the only company that listened. They installed a new heat pump for me, inside and outside units, as well as a ductless mini split. They were prompt, courteous, polite, and clean. They did an extraordinary installation job in a very timely manner. They interfaced my existing smart thermostat. They triple checked the work and provided excellent service. They answered all my questions and took the time to ensure my questions were answered. Highly recommend and will refer to my friends and everyone who asks.

My old heat pump was dying and I got several estimates for the same equipment. FL Cooling gave me a bid and the salesperson, Eric, was superb in price and professionalism, they came and installed the new Trane Heat pump today, Aug. 7. 2020, I cant say thank you enough to these people, their workmanship was superb and the place looked like they had done house cleaning after they were finished with the installation... I would suggest if you are in need of a new system or repair on your old unit, it would be wise and you can save money by getting their prices first and you will not get a better installation from anyone else,,,, Thank you Eric

My a/c needed replacing 7/19. Eric quoted a great price with all facets of the install included in that price. His team showed up on time, quickly took out the old unit from the attic and outside pad, and professionally installed the new 3.5 ton heat pump system in 4 hours. During testing, they found a crimped line which probably resulted in the old system failure and repaired it no charge. We are extremely impressed and grateful for the superb install. Customer for life!

I cant say enough about Eric & Florida Cooling Store. They replaced my AC last summer and sold me a system perfect for my house size. He didnt try to sell me more than what was needed (as others had), he was very professional, looked at the job and I had an emailed estimate before he even left the property. Most companies want their money when the work is complete but he worked with me and I was able to pay about a week after the install. His concern was that I get a working unit in my home, since it was August in Florida! Eric was in my attic pulling out the old unit & prepping for his employee to do the install. He said he never asks his employees to do anything he wouldnt do himself! What a humble man! He has my business forever and I would certainly recommend them to anyone with heating or AC needs!

They installed two systems and it was obvious from the moment they arrived everyone was on the same page and the end result was our complete satisfaction.

I had my first cleaning and inspection for the Goodman A/C & Heat Exchanger that was installed a year ago - no issues. The technicians were professional, personable, and answered my questions on how the units work and how to maintain them as I was looking over their shoulder . Only drawback is they are very busy this time of year and may not be as prompt to your appointment as you would expect.

This is a great company and they sell a quality product and installation. I had a horizontal install done on a 16 SEER Trane back in April (I know late on the review). It was done perfectly. I did have an issue with the line being clogged due to the previous owners not being in the home for an extended period of time before we purchased. Eric came out himself three times to flush the line. He was super fast each time. I am so glad I chose this company, and I would choose them again. They cannot be beat for price, a quality job, and product.

I have had a wonderful experience with Florida Cooling Store.I bought my unit from them eight years ago and the unit has worked great.Had a run capacitor go out a couple years ago the guys came out the same day and replaced it no charge.The second problem I had I thought it was low gas but it was the dog’s hair made its way under the door and plugged the cooling coils on the air handler my fault for not looking.The guys came out and found the problem. I offered to clean it out they instructed the best way to clean the coils.My wife had just broken her hip a week earlier and was rehabbing at home he came by the house a couple of times to see if the unit was cooling. His concern for my wife’s condition just amazed me how thoughtful he truly was.Best Company I have ever had the pleasure with to work.

Little over a year ago We had Eric and his crew replace our 25 year old AC. We had the Heat pump relocated to the side of the house instead of the back for future expansion.They showed up on time early that morning and started to remove the old unit. Late afternoon I came home from work the house was cooled down, wife was happy, my backyard and garage was cleaner than when they arrived.We have had no problems with the air conditioning since and have saved a bundle on our electric bill.

Eric is incredibly courteous and such a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable in all things HVAC, and extremely responsive and efficient. I had miswired a a few smart thermostats and he had them straightened out in no time. I also had a plenum that was separating which I thought would take a while, but he had it knocked out in 30 minutes.

This company and their staff were A number one. Just after hurrincane Irma my AC died, it was 15 years old. I thought there is no way I can get a new one installed in a reasonable time frame. But low and behold, they not only promptly called me back with a extremely fair quote but beat out all others. As a special needs individual on oxygen, Eric made sure I was taken care of by providing me with a portable AC and immediate installation. Ronsono the tech was very professional and diligently working till midnight. My AC was up and going with 24 hrs. Ronsono not only cleaned up from the installation but cleaned up some of my patio, God Bless him. This company and their staff are Awesome, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great prices. Installed ac that weekend. Only issue was it took 4 weeks for them to return and then they installed the wrong size return grill and never returned with correct size. I give 3 stars only because once they got the money they took time coming back to finish the job.

I absolutely give Florida Cooling Store my highest recommendation. That is something that I simply do not do, until now. They are truly a breath of fresh air, literally. It is so refreshing to me to have found a company that still believes in and utilizes solid work standards and practices. Things that many have forgotten, never known, or simply choose not to employ.I had to have mold remediation done with my house and had to deal with quite a few contractors. The work that Eric and Florida Cooling Store performed was the only aspect that was handled honestly, professionally, and thoroughly. Eric is an absolute pleasure to work with, and the only one out of all of the contractors that I had complete confidence and trust in.The mold spores had been drawn from the source of growth into my entire HVAC system. As my system (3 ton, 10 SEER Trane) was 20 years old, it was on borrowed time. They installed the much more efficient 16 SEER Trane condensing unit and Air handler. Eric gave me an excellent recommendation of adding the UV Light Micropure whole house air purifier and the Electronic filter/air cleaner, which were things that I was not aware of but, am absolutely thrilled with! I wish I had these in this house sooner and in the other houses that I have ever owned. From the beginning this replacement unit did not work right. My unit is just under a year old and its already not running right. This would have been the third time Eric would have come out to fix a brand new unit. So I call Eric in JULY! I have the phone logs on my phone to prove it! He tells me he will be there next week. August 1st, comes around, no call no show, August 2nd, no call no show, August 3rd, no call no show. And then he tells me he is coming the next week and going to charge me for the crappy unit he had put in that isnt even a year old and not working in the first place. DO NOT EVER US THIS BUSINESS! RIP OFF! DISHONEST. I work for a large company here in Jax and will word of mouth. Very dissatisfied after paying him thousands of dollars for a job NOT DONE WELL. So upset.... BBB Baby, bbb!
