Didn’t show up for appointment we had on a Friday... by the next Wednesday I still had not heard from them. When I called to find out what happened the lady simply said: oh we got too busy and we couldn’t make it your appointment. Mmkay... but no phone call to let me know?? That’s great customer service there.. Not! I’m taking my business elsewhere.
I have given B&G two tries and have been disappointed in their customer service.My first experience was two years ago when my A/C wasnt blowing as cold as desired and leaking water. They could not find a leak in the system and recharged it. They said the leak was due to the lack of Freon in the system.About a year later I had them come back out because it was blowing warm again and I wanted to have them find the leak since they initially recharged the system. I was told that the previous tech may have left the system low, which doesnt make sense since it worked for almost a year, and recharged the system again. As for the water leak, the tech adjusted my drain pipe, but Im still getting water in the house.I called back and was told Id have to pay again for service on the system because I am outside of the 30 day warranty (5 days over). Also this was the first time I had heard of any 30 day policy.This company is a huge disappointment and very unprofessional after the service. They have proven that they will lie and not take ownership of their own work as a company.My total for the two visits was about $600 and nothing is fixed. I will be calling a competitor for future service.
