Mike was awesome. He listened to me inspected the air handler unit and found a loose wire. He then inspected the outside unit and noticed a low charge. After getting everything up and running he went above and beyond by checking for leaks inside and out. I would highly recommend both Mike and One-stop!

Kamal and Chris worked efficiently and hard from arrival to finish. Clean up was thorough and I was asked to check it to make certain it met my standards. Great job, ONE STOP!

I had these guys over at my house yesterday to replace my old central air unit, air handler and thermostat and they did an awesome job! It was a tight squeeze to get the unit into the back yard so they had to remove a fence panel and then put it back just to do the job. I did not ask for a new concrete pad to put the new unit on but they gave me a new one anyway! Plus the price was very reasonable through Costco and I’m getting a ton of rebates. Couldn’t be more pleased.

I replaced my AC unit thru the Costco rebate program.My first experience with this Costco rebate program was not good. But Mic from One Stop, corrected out everything and now Im really satisfied with One Stops service. Mic from the management, he was so customer service oriented and he knew what needs to be done for the customer. Richie, he was a good/honest guy and he knew what needs to be done to finish the job and which way he can satisfy the customers. Mark and Hasan came out three times to install the AC unit into my house. First time they brought the wrong unit but it was not their fault. The second and third visit, they worked really hard just like working for their own home. Mark, he always took off his shoes when entered the house to keep the house clean even i didnt request it. Hasan he pulled out the entire bush instead of cutting the branches to place the outside AC unit, and he placed it back after his job. It was extra effort for him to install the unit.Again, first time, I was disappointed a little about One Stops service. But after working with Mic and Richie, they changed my mind and they really worked hard for the customer satisfaction.By the way, I had a 13 seer 5 ton carrier 14 years old system with gas furnace and replaced with 20 seer 5 ton Lennox system which has a wonderful remote temperature controllable 7 screen, so quiet inside outside, saving lots of energy. Also getting the TECO and JEA rebates.I like this Lennox system a lot. Based on the research, it seems like I can save lots of electric cost by upgrading 13 SEER to 20 SEER.One more thing that I like One Stops offering is, they provide 2 year maintenance service (I think the cost is already included in total cost) and I dont need to worry about at least two years.It was a great experience doing business with Mic, Richie, Mark and Hasan. I sincerely thank you One Stops effort to satisfy me and I upgrade my rating to 5 Stars!!! Mic, Richie, Mark and Hasan, they are the shining Stars at One Stop!!!

By far THE worst AC company I have ever dealt with. We have been having issues with them since before we even moved into our new construction home. Gave them many chances to fix and and prove us wrong, but they keep doing quite the opposite. Today, they showed up at my house as part of our warranty repair set up and along with a tech, came a manager. They did not fix the issue at hand, but the manager DID make a point to threaten us with legal action if we do not remove negative review we wrote them.

The Jacksonville office is GREAT!! The office was wonderful in getting me in quickly and staying in contact with me through the whole process.My technician Rhett was AMAZING!! Very professional and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so we knew exactly what was going on and what to expect.We are now looking to replace our unit and we will definitely be using One Stop .Thank you Rhett for doing such an amazing job and being a pleasure to work with!! One Stop is very lucky to have such a valuable employee.

The tech gave good advice on air filters and temperature settings while on vacation.

Im in a rental and my rental company called on them for my AC issues. After the 4th time out, they finally discovered I needed a new motor and computer panel on the outside unit. Every time I called, they were so patient and cheerful with me. Each person they sent out too was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

The Jacksonville office gives excellent service! We purchased a new heat pump from them recently. Richie has been exceptional! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Always makes sure we are completely satisfied! Looking forward to continuing with their maintenance program!

I have a new house with this company installation the ac and is been two weeks and I don’t have airflow in two rooms in my house in Saint Johns and now they told me that the have to break the sub floor! What a nightmare please don’t buy or have AC repairs with this company

This is by far the worst AC company in Jacksonville Florida. They are not truthful to the customer by providing the cheapest buying and overpricing it to the customer. They are racists to their own employees showing favoritism to the alike. They are not organized having customer waiting for days or having them to reschedule installs or maintenances. Not being done with commercial jobs by inspection date. Numerous failed installations inspections in Duval, Clay, Palm Coast and St Augustine Fl. It’s not Like any other company here in Jacksonville Florida and would be the last I would call before doing it my self. They are very unprofessional by letting their employees make unsupervised decisions While servicing a residential home.

The Jacksonville branch is unprofessional. Multiple times I have scheduled an appointment- took of work to be home etc. They call during the timeframe they are suppose to be here with the same excuse as last time that the technician called out sick. This is not the first time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have a job and when I call in sick I give my employer ample notice. Also when you ask to speak to a manager they apparently come in between 4-5pm, one hour before closing, how convenient! Then they want to push my appointment out another week. Unbelievable! If you are looking for someone reliable, dependable and to fix your unit this is not the place! Call someone else who wants the business because it sure isn’t them. I will not be signing up for there maintenance program either!

One of your trucks almost caused us to get into an accident. Cut right in front of us. No turn signal. Teach your employees how to drive.
