Late in the afternoon on June 19, 2021, there was a puddle of water on my hallway floor which had accumulated from a leak in the hallway ceiling where my air handler is housed. The unit appeared to be running but the thermostat had a reading of 80+ degrees. In order to avoid further leaking and damage to my wood floors, I shut the unit completely off. I was without air until I contacted All Weather Contractors for repair service Monday morning. Robert Suarez came out within an hour or so. He was very professional and proceeded to inspect the situation. Robert diligently analyzed the problem. After his analysis he proceeded to explain in detail that the unit was not performing properly due to an existing drain-line issue. Robert made sure I understood what needed to be done to resolve the problem and proceeded to do just that. The unit is working GREAT! Because of Robert I will continue doing business with All Weather Contractors. Thank you Robert / All Weather Contractors!

I cannot give enough praise to the team at All Weather Contractors. Scott, Kent, and Tracy are absolutely amazing. I have been a Community Association Manager in both NJ & FL, and they are HANDS DOWN the BEST vendor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The apartment that we live at uses this company for maintenance services. We had a lot of issues making our apartment home because every fixtures leaked among many other issues. Mr. Juan Mott came to our unit, was extremely attentive, took notes of all the issues and immediately started tackling problems. He showed up exactly when he stated he would come which was very important to me. I have a lot of faith in this company because of the expertise and care shown by Mr. Mott. If I have maintenance issues in the future with one of my properties, this will be the first company I call.

Most professional and efficient installation Ive seen. Our HVAC techs showed up this morning promptly and got right to work. Replaced the air conditioning system in our home and it took a little less than the 3 hours. Thomas and John said it usually takes 4, but they really took care of business today. These guys are a top notch operation and I would recommend them to anybody.

They charged us $580 for 2 hours of labor for an unit under warranty. $99 diagnostic fees for the first hour, $329 flat rate price for replacing blower motor that it took him 30 minutes to change iand a flat rate price of $139 labor for replacing a thermostat that still under warranty. An advise, stay away from this company, they are a RIP OFF!

Been with out AC whole week they just dont care slow on quotes dont care about people not having A/C in house got few workers are weird not professional at their job and who knows if they giving you the wright estimate looks like they upselling you trying to get money off you!!!!!!! Spoke with Angela after asking to speak with someone regarding the install of my 2nd system. They were unhappy with Motili who supplied the equipment as All Weathers Contractor was their preferred vendor for my installation. I called and requested to speak with a manager and was hung up on by Angela.Completely unprofessional and while I understand their issue with Motili, I do not understand nor appreciate being treated that way when I am not their vendor. I’m the consumer, the guy in the middle and to be treated this way is completely unprofessional.Stay away.

Chris from All Weather Contractors went above and beyond what other plumbing companies have ignored the past several times. The last company “snaked” the drain in less than 10 mins and were gone, but not this company they truly hire those who take pride in all they do. All Weather always shows up the same day or if an appointment is need you can bet they will be on time.Chris treated my home as if it was his own and tried to work quietly Inside the house as a member of my family was working from home.Chris was easily one of the most courteous, humble, and professional people I have encountered in any customer service industry.

When Im in a tight spot, I call All Weather right away. Kent, Scott, Tracy, Cheryl, Mike, and the whole crew are so easy to work with and reasonable. As a community manager, I know that when reach out to them theyll make it happen. Highly recommend.

They fixed our toilet and bathtub and arrived fast on short notice, they did not leave until it was fixed.

I purchased my HVAC unit from this business in January, 2017. I recommend you stay away from this business which is only intrested in getting your money any way they can. Once when I called during the warranty period, they denied even selling me this unit and said they had no records of it. That should tell you what kind of business they run.. I called them on 12/15/20 in the worst part of the pandemic and talked with Michelle Duval who said she was the Business Manager. She refused to give me any information about whether having humidity on the screen next to the air filter was common and normal or indicated some type of problem. I tried to explain to her I was 81 and had comorbidities and CDC recommended people over 65 not interact with anyone outside their home and order groceries and medicine be delivered. She however refused to listen and hung up in my ear. The only thing she cared about was me letting them send a technician out to my home to charge me several hundred dollars just to look at this screen and diagnose the problem and possibly expose me to a deadly virus that I could die from. Stay away from this company and dont make the same mistake I did of buying anything from them. They only care about your money and are willing to risk your life to get it. They claim their technicians dress safely but that is something you have to trust your life on and they arent deserving of that trust.

They were scheduled to clean the gutters in my complex 3/15/2021. They never showed up. Instead I woke up at 8 this morning to them slamming a ladder next to my bedroom window before clogging around my roof in steel toe boots with a leaf blower.

We called Carrier and they sent out All Weather Contactors. Our fan wouldnt turn off on our ac unit that was all covered by warranty. They charged $99 to come out and another $99 to look at the wire outside to say it was malfunctioning because of weed eating. I spoke to Kelseyville and she said the first $99 was for diagnostics (which tells them its a wire) and the second $99was wire tracing. HE DIDNT TRACE A WIRE! Thats not including the repair. Another $107 for 5 feet of wire! Rip off!!!!! Kelsey had already told me there was no price listed for wire tracing but justified it after listening to me talk to the contractor over speakerphone. She told me Carrier wouldnt do anything about it and the guy knows how to fix it so thats their price. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!! Hopefully this will fix the problem. Im sure they will try to get more money if not. I wouldnt have paid but my husband didnt want to wait for someone else...

Wow. Did you farm out Chatham Woods service, All Weather? If the board didnt get a bid from AW Id say this was another outfit doing our gutter cleaning.Weve used All Weather for 5+ years and frankly this is so uncharacteristic for quality of work in prior years. I had even remarked that I would let them do work in my home as thats much I liked their service levels.We needed our above ground and below ground gutter system cleaned and awarded the bid to All Weather. It was supposed to be done the end of September. On 9/8 some Spanish guy with a pickup truck and a funny trailer was parked at front entrance and was throwing his ladder against the sides of the buildings and tromping on the roofs with a blower. I emailed our CAM at Kingdom Management and asked was there a scheduling mix-up.They were supposed to come back the week of 9/22 but were not seen on site. We still dont know if our gutter systems were cleaned as promised. And no one from All Weather has returned my call.Im very disappointed that this is not resolved as of 10/12. Because of faulty installation by one of the big box stores we had a leak in our house that we found Saturday evening. Robbie from All Weather showed up after 8 pm and not only fixed the problem but found another problem caused by the same installer. All Weather Contractors installed our Carrier unit a little over 10 years ago and has serviced it since installing it. Todays visit was for preventive maintenance and Robert Suarez, the technician, called beforehand to let me know he was on his way, then he arrived on time. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing and ways I could help our unit function more efficiently. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new HVAC.

Robert Suarez took the time to let me know why he was doing different tests and the results. He also helped with programming our thermostat. He would be welcome back anytime.

I had an emergency plumbing issue that normally takes 3 guys to resolve. Pete Rivera came out by himself and worked until he had the clog broken up. He was extremely professional and explained everything step by step. After sometime he was done and I dreaded going into the bathroom but when I did, it was spotless !! He cleaned the bathroom for me !! Thank you so very much Pete Rivera !!

We retained All Weather Contractors for the installation of a new heat pump and air handler for our home. The installation occurred in remarkable time The system was equipped with a wi-fi thermostat manufactured by Carrier which required a very complex setup and my wife and I were unable to complete the process without help from technician Robert Suarez. He came out to our home on Sunday to help to see if he could be of help. Mr. Saurez is highly skilled not only in HVAC repairs and installations but his expertise also extends to programing smart phones and computers. He was able to complete the setup by linking the the thermostat to a phone and computer. We are extremely pleased with the installation of the new system and we were especially pleased with the work performed by Mr. Suarez who was very patient and extremely pleasant with us (non technical people).I would give All Weather a 5 star rating.

Recommend you call someone else. this company only wants you money. They do not care about the customer. You will be charged for every visit even if the are returning to check something they didnt fix the first time. total rip off artist. and if you dont pay the will try to put a lien on your home. Hundreds of dollars later 700+ dollars later and no results. my ac was working before the touched it go figure. my neighbor called the twice and both times the replaced the entire unit. no skills.

Imagine coming home from a long day at work, ready to hop in the shower only to discover that sewage water has nearly filled your tub! I called my complex’s 24 hour emergency line only to deal with maintenance men who were rude and complained about it being almost midnight! After the maintenance guy tried and failed to resolve the issue he called for a real plumber. About 30 minutes go by and I start hearing activity in my bathtub and immediately realized help had arrived. After a few minutes my tub completely drained out and my toilet magically flushed! Literally in no time! I was so HAPPY that I insisted on thanking the hero I’d never even laid my eyes on lol. His name is Jay Brightwell! To Jay this may have been just another simple job but I really appreciate his EXCELLENT service. It’s literally 2AM right now but I promised him I’d brag on how thankful I am for him fixing my plumbing issues! This company truly has professional workers who provide high quality service! We were having difficulty with the zone system on our HVAC - one side of the house was freezing and the other not cooling at all. Not only did Robert Suarez correctly assess the problem, but his team was able to resolve all the issues. Our system has never worked better!

Wolff creek recommended this company to fix my condo air conditioner. They came out and looked, charged me $99, and did not even tell me the problem. After 3 calls with no callback, I had to get another AC place to come out and fix the problem.Do not use this company - they do not care about the customer and they do not finish the job.

I highly recommend calling All Weather Contractors for your HVAC needs before calling anyone else. After a botched attempt by others, Joe arrived on time and for a fair price, got our gas furnace system working properly again. I will be using them again in the future for my HVAC service.

Originally All Weather Contractors did a good job of replacing an air conditioner. But when they came back to fix it they grossly overcharged me. This was not called in as an emergency repair.I was charged $470 (after they agreed to lower their original billing) to replace a failed part that was still under warranty, on the AC they installed. My tenant wrote me a thank you email for getting the AC fixed quickly, and wrote that the AWC repairman, “Scott was out at 815am this morning and said that the fan motor was frozen up. He replaced it and was finished by 845am.”They charged $470/hr to do a simple job - outrageous. Dont call them for simple work, its apparently not worth their time to work for $200 per hour (or 1/2 hour).
