So I just left from getting an oil change. Had the most amazing experience! Since it was my first time there they checked everything! I needed a new air filter and they showed me what the previous oil change place did. My last oil change I went to a Ford dealership and they lost two screws. Instead of replacing the screws they zip tied one side. Imagine my surprise. Pro click lube doesnt sell screws but they were able to find something to hold up the other side. They also cleaned my engine and topped off my fluids.The person taking care of me said something that I really appreciated. We like to build trust with honesty. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this place. Pricing was reasonable and affordable. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!

Not a women friendly environment. They definitely try to over charge you and add things to your recipe that you did not ask for. I had about 3 different people try to sell me things. I said no to each additional charge and they still tried to put the charges on my bill. Workers like these are the reason why people give mechanics a bad reputation.

I have used this business for over 20+ years for oil changes and state inspection and the customer service has always been top notch. Employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and are willing to answer any questions or offer any suggestions based on their expertise.

Took my brand new 2021 Honda CRV.1st - they did not know what type of vehicle it was.2nd - then they reset the life of the oil before changing the oil.3rd - they do not have the necessary tools to change the oil and then they tell me to take it to the dealership.4th - they left the oil cap off and they could careless about doing that and just said to wash it off. Which can cause damage to the electrical system (potentially) and started to yell like it was my fault.You want bad service, inexperienced people with lack of knowledge and tools then I would recommend this place.Very unfortunate.

Love this place and the mechanics that work there. The friendliest group of mechanics I have ever had servicing my cars. Have been going to this location since 2007.

Have taken both vehicles to this place for 2 years. Had a problem with my battery (which is by no means their fault), so I called and asked them if they could swap out while getting an oil change. They said no problem. Showed up at opening, employee was late and then told me that they would charge me $60 to swap it out, which is not what I was quoted. When I said this, the employee walked away from me as if my business did not matter. Annoying that they do not honor their word and treat me as if my business is not worth their time. Up to today I would’ve recommended them, but will no go back based on the employee’s attitude. There are plenty of oil change places in town.

Good place to get your car worked on. No nonsense with them. They just do the work and tell you what you need. They don’t try to up sell you they just tell you what is needed here.

Went in for a state inspection. I felt unwelcome from the moment I pulled up. It literally felt like I was a nuisance for wanting to buy a service, not a feeling you want your customers to have. I suggest training staff to actually greet people and make them want to return. I got what I needed but the unfriendly vibes makes me not want to come back.

They were very friendly and timely. I was expecting to wait some time but not long after I got in the lobby, they came to tell me it was already done! I plan on making this my regular.

My car starting to shake and groan on my way home from work, and when I got home the plate behind the tire was red hot and smoking! I called Pro Quicklube to see if they were open and ask for advice, but I had barely described the problem before Adam said, Where are you? Ill come see! Despite it being the very end of the day, he came to my house to check and help me.The next day he completed the huge break job, including deep cleaning parts so I wouldnt have to pay for complete replacements.The kindness, speed, and awareness of price was incredible, and I highly recommend this mechanic.

Pro quick lube in Irving gave exceptional service, and efficiently finished the job with no problems and constant good customer service.

They were very quick with my oil and cabin filter change and didnt try to sell me more than I needed. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and present. Honest folks! I’ve used them for the last 12 years for oil changes and small maintenance (belts, etc.). Today I had my brake pads replaced along with my oil change and inspection. I trust the owner and his crew to tell me what needs replacing and what can wait.

Women beware. Went here on a rainy day because my tire pressure light was on. The guy immediately told me $2. I said ok, he immediately aired without check recommended amount. He assured them at about 44 instead of 33. I went to discount tire and glee it adjusted for free.

They changed management or something. Use to steam clean engine. Not any more. Use to be clean and not mess up your car. I had to wipe down steering wheel and outside of car to get grease off of it. They drove my car and it stinked. Quoted a price of $66 and I gave them exactly the type of car. charged me $90. Use to be fast. Not any more. Use to check tires, No more. I will never return for anything. I have been here at least 6 times in the past.

John took good care of my vehicle, I was planning on replacing spark plugs and was informed they were not due until 100k miles, goes to show they look out for your wallet too. Great customer service and always my to go place for vehicle services. Strongly recommend them!!

Excellent, professional and honest service with fair price…After a friend introduced this location to me, I have started using their service for auto maintenance, state inspections and also some fixes on my car. At my one of recent visits for an oil change, they also fixed engine oil pressure light that had coming on and off for a few months. The owner, who is an excellent experienced mechanic, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty sensor while I am there. The problem is fixed. 😊I highly recommend this place.

I must say John an Jaun were awesome. I did not have time for a full service on my Mercedes but my power steering was whining and It was hard to steer. They both got me right in checked all my fluids topped my washer fluid,oil and power steering fluid off I was on my way in four Minutes. Oh they even cleaned my engine off. I mean wow. Impeccable service. Thank you guys.

I have came here for years. The owner keeps things honest. They have a very great team now. As long as you have a clear line of communication with the whole team there will be no problems. They are also bilingual which is a plus.

Tech seemed bothered that I did not go for his recommendation to change air filter. Staff talked about their poor customer interaction. Place is overpriced and poorly managed.

When Ive gone for an inspection anywhere else theyve check emissions 1st and tell you if itll will pass or not..and of course you dont pay if it doesnt pass...well here they want the full $25.50 if it passes or not after arguing with guy he says oh you should of told me to check emission 1st and I wouldnt have done the full inspection..I said ok ill pay for the safety inspection part right.. no he wanted the full amount as hes holding my keys hostage...I will never come here again!

I went for an oil change, they made an additional service to my car that I never asked for.. and they charged me for it, when I talked to the owner, he just said sorry. I explained to him that I didnt wanted to pay for something I didnt want, and he said it was too late, for a reimbursement because the service was already done. Ill never come back here.

Bad service today I took my car to do the oil change was all they were going to do, they ruined the air, when I told them to answer for what they did wrong, they tried to be ignorant that the cars were ruined that they already had to ruin that was the answer even from the manager. My car was left in perfect condition, they were only going to change the oil. They ruined it for me from something else and thats how they gave it to me I will never recommend that place
