This is a 5 Star auto shop! The work they do on cars last. My wife got her transmission built a few years ago by the lead mechanic and it still running great. My truck has a brand new engine and Transmission installed here, and the results were great!If you’re looking for an HONEST mechanic and live in the Irving area, Entire Auto Lube is the place to go !

I passed by here and saw a sign for an oil change for $18.49. I pulled in and asked if my truck was eligible for that price, as I know sometimes larger vehicles cost a little extra. I was told that my truck did not take more than 5 quarts, so that yes, I was eligible for that price, and that the total would be $25 even.As thats obviously higher than $18.49 + tax, I asked if there was a charge for shop fees or something, as there sometimes is. No sooner did I get that question out of my mouth, the guy slammed my hood shut and told his coworker something like Alright then if he doesnt want to pay $25 thats fine. He then walked over to another customer to talk to him about his car instead.I took my keys and left. I was going to get my inspection there also, but now Ill do both elsewhere.

What time did they open? Because it says 8:00am on the website but no one is here.

I give 0 stars if is possible!!! Charge me 500 dollars for change the coils and spark plugs on my car.And im realise the change nothing,only they put a used single coil and live old parts.Not recommends!!! Be careful people

This is a great place and will always go here from now on. Alex is such an amazing guy, he checked my car well when I was getting a quote. He changed my front struts, control arms, brakes & rotors, and did alignment. The car rides very smooth now. Prices were great too, the cheapest I found; I got quotes about this work from 3 different mechanics. I recommend this place 👌

Dont go here. For anything!!! BEWARE!?!? took my Lincoln MKZ here because it was overheating (Mistake 1). They told me it was a bad engine and that they could put a new one in and it would cost about 1200 (Lie 1) I told them cool and how long would it take he said he could start on it right away and it would take 3 days I said ok do it (Mistake 2). I then asked for the total price he then told me it would be 1500 (Lie 2). I was confused because he had just told me that it was 1200 and now its 1500. I confronted him about the difference he said because of taxes ok cool. I then asked would he take 1000 now and I would get him the 500 later; he said thats fine but he wouldnt start on it until he had majority of it. Fine! After I gave him the 1000 he then tells me that its going to be 2000 all together (Lie 3). So at this put Ive been told 3 different prices. So I get a little frustrated in the shop because Ive been told not 1 lie not 2 but 3 at this point. So the owner comes out and is like Hamza youre playing with my money! So he sats me down and knocks a few 100 off the price.. fine at this point the money isnt the issues is the fact that there is inconsistency after another. So we get the money to them; he says this engine has a 6 month warranty on it and its covered and after they put the engine in we picked it up and 2 days later it was doing it again overheating! So I take it back. He claims he changed some plugs and under the hood put water in it. Ok cool its back running. 2 days later its doing it again! So we take it back and he changes something else and at this time he takes off the cover to the engine and forgets to put it back! So I go to another mechanic for a steering wheel pump replacement. The other mechanic then tells me that he fix the pump but when he tries to test drive it overheats. So I we ask for his opinion on what it might be he states it could be the fan. But he would have to charge us to diagnose is. So rather than have him look at it and pay more money out we take it back to Hamza he says its not the fan but then after he keeps it for 3 weeks waiting on the answer he then finds out its the fan so he changes it. And says everything is working fine now(The Ultimate MISTAKE). NOW!!?!... its on the side of the rode shaking wont shift out of 1st gear. I had another mechanic look at it, and he informed me that Hamza put on a used fan. Moral of this horrible story put your money elsewhere. If I could save someone else hundreds or even thousands of dollars by advising something it would be this. Put your money in a more qualified shop because his one is NOT!! Hamza is not! BRO.. go back to mechanic school before you work on a car!

Got an inspection and failed because my front tires were far too bald. They found a pair of tires within my price range and offered to pass me on the inspection same day if I replaced the tires. Good service and very honest, didnt try to sell me anything I did not need.

Actual price was exactly what we were quoted, mechanics greeted us in the driveway along with every arriving customer, and they were able to get my car in the shop very quickly and completed an oil and filter change with a oil plug replacement all under 20 minutes. I had a awesome first experience I dropped my car off Thursday for heater core replacement Alex told me he would like to check it out first the heater core just may need to be flushed out he called and said he went bought a part that control the air and heat flap and it still wasnt working he told me I may need a new control module I went to the junk yard and found one took it to Alex he put it on while I was there guess what I have heat and defrost my car havent had that in 3 years and he saved me hundreds of dollars hes a good mechanic I would recommend him Thanks Alex

They are the WORST!! I went there for a flat tire. I dont know if no has knowledge to fix flat tire or they just want to take shortcuts and earn money. They put the patch outside on the tire and not inside on the lube. Who does that? Also, they did not put one of my tire nut back because they lost it. I had to drive all the way to my car dealership and get a new nut. I mean this is ridiculous. I paid for service and had to pay double again for the same service at the dealership because they are not careful while fixing the flat tire.I will never go back and will never recommend anyone to go!!I wouldnt have given any star but i am not able to post this without the star.

These people are good at changing oil only, for rest, they might mess up more.Correction! They can mess up with simple thing as oil change also! Their negligence got my oil filter cap stuck and i had to spend extra $100 to get that fixed!Their brake job cost me $240 extra because i had to replace front brakes again not even a month after i had it done here.Also, they are bad at giving advices! The head mechanic just agrees to whatever you say when it comes to an oppertunity for them to make money, like things that doesnt need to be replaced!In conclusion, they should shut down the shop, get training and get certified and then reopen.I feel sorry for whoever goes there falling for their so called cheap prices, that is just their way of getting more money off you!All the best and share!

Went there for an oil change (I usually go there). This time, the car didnt had any problems apart from low oil and they tried to oversell me. Also, took my few parts and told me I had to change few stuffs of around $700, insisted me to change it. I did change it for $500 (w/ discount), later they havent had it fixed properly instead they just made up problems and manually broke my parts then fixed it with patches and stuff.Wouldnt Recommend going here!!!!

So far my experience with them has been good. They have worked with my finances and so far I have no complaints. Im no expert on car engines, but so far what they have fixed seems to have stayed fixed.

A really good group of mechanics, I have been using them for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. I’ve had my cars fail and pass inspection and they were always honest about what’s wrong and how it needs to be fixed.

It was heartening to say that owner of Entire Auto Lube misbehaved with me for a silly reason and for 10 bucks. I went for a service to fix my flat tire but didnt find because lack of their professionalism but though forcefully changed me $10. The owner showed body language to even apply force on me. I just said, the service I asked for you couldnt give me that service, why I should pay? He forcefully tried to take the key from my vehicle but couldnt. It was not that I was trying to take take the vehicle out of the garage but it was awful behavior and gestures, i was not willing to pay him. Finally I paid the idiot guy 10 bucks and stopped his dirty mouth. He is absolute rude and unbecoming to deal with public for any business. I caution all to be careful getting any service form that Entire Auto Lube

They only charge you a lot and they do not fix anything. I advise you never to go with them !! appalling!!

10-1-18 I went for a oil change. But they insist I get my breaks fix. They broke a built in the brackets that hold the breaks in. So they fix it free but refuse to bleed the breaks. My breaks touch the floor and they refuse to look or fix them.They are giving me the run around but my breaks are suppose to be a life time warranty.What next step should I make in reporting them???

Great and cheap service

Last week I took my car to Firestone to get my brakes looked at, thinking it was going to be free of charge, because the person I talked to said hell be glad to check it for me and give me an estimate, well almost two hours later another person came to me and gave me a $1,200 est. and told me that if I didnt fix it now I was going to be in an accident. I had no idea that it was so serious and cost so much, Im a single mother of two and I didnt have the money and the man got me scared because I have two kids, well after I told them I didnt have the money he told me to go to get checked out, they charged me $40.00 without telling me in the beginning so I was angry, I saw another mechanic shop named ENTIRE AUTO LUBE across the street, I told them what Firestone told me and they said theyll check it for free and not only did they fix my brakes for me in about 45 minutes, but the total cost was only $150.00 with lifetime warranty. The mechanic also told me that they lied to me about me crashing my car to scare me. All it was needing was a set of brake pads. I love these guys so much, Ill always go back to them. Dont go anywhere else people, they are honest and fair with the pricing. I want to find out if I can sue Firestone for how they treated me.

Dishonest business. This place is a kind of shop that you will hear on news for scamming people.They will charge you for repairs they cant fix and will not provide repair warranty. Please take my advise and take your vehicle to more reputable repair shop.

I have been going to this shop for MANY years and over the past 5 years I have had VERY exceptional service ! The LAST time I was in the shop was MY last straw. I had a front headlight out and I had the bulb ALL I REQUESTED WAS AN EASY INSTALL. They told me they had to charge at least an hour of service because they had to remove the entire FRONT bumper. I actually had a receipt from the SAME bulb being replaced several years ago and it was given to me FREE because it took LITERALLY no time whatsoever. I told them I know better that the front bumper does NOT have to be removed. The owner Alex got VERY pissed off at me and said, FINE, GO SOME WHERE ELSE I DO NOT CARE ! My response was : Are you kidding me after the years I have brought my car here and you want to treat me like THIS ? I gladly took my car to a place literally a few blocks from THIS horrible place and they charged me $7.00. Oh if you are wondering : NO THE FRONT BUMPER CERTIANLY DID NOT HAVE TO BE REMOVED SO THEY LIED !! Well, in life I know that you REAP what you sow. I know that since they do NOT have cars backed up as they once did YEARS ago. They now have a blinking sign saying : OPEN !! If you need a blinking catching sign letting customers you are OPEN you are begging for customers. TRUST ME...stay far away from these shady people.

They saved me money on my breaks. Come to find out I only needed my front done and not all four like the other shops that quoted me. Saved me money. All in all good service.

I took my crossfire to get the transmission fluid changed out. I always purchas my own oil so I looked up what kind of transmission fluid my car takes and I went to go buy it. I brought my car to these people and hamsa one of the guys that works there insisted that I use his highly recommend brand of oil called super s. Now I usually dont go against my gut feeling when it comes to making a decision, but boy do I regret it this time. Its been about 3 weeks since I took my car over there and its been shaking when its at a dead stop and it makes a clacking sound until I start driving it. I also had them change my spark plugs but I dont think thats the problem. If you are thinking about going to these people I would recommend you do your research and use whatever is recommended for your vehicle dont let them convince you to use the brand they have.

Okay, so lets just get it out there- Im an established customer here. Im not giving this review on just one situation. Ive brought everything Ive owned here- since I moved to Irving 7years ago. The old management was spectacular- then he went to the shop in Euless. The owner took over the day to day- his name is Alex. Complete snake in the grass who screwed with my repairs on more than one occasion. Jerk, after he screwed up on an o2 sensor, I quit coming here. Until one day I reaaallly need an oil change. Came back in& theres new management.I think its been 3years since then& I couldnt be happier.Hassan(I believe) is the current managers name. Freaking phenomenal. Hes saved me hundreds of dollars, on everything from suspension to the a/c- my most recent car fail.The newest car Ive owned is still an 03, so my cars havent been in the newest condition, but he always has figured out whats going on and the most cost effective way to resolve it. I *only* deal with him, and hes in a high demand folks. Very busy, but will take whatever time he needs to, in order to assure its done properly. I refuse to go elsewhere....even for an oil change.

Rip off! They had my car for two days. Did not call to update me. Didnt tell me what was wrong. Charged me $200 and didnt fix the problem, ended up taking my car somewhere else, and it turned out to be a computer problem...which cost another $200. Dont trust these guys!

I would have given them 0 star if possible but google insists me to do so. They will take all your money and do nothing. they are very expensive and make your car in such a way that you have to revisit them very often :(

Went there for a Transmission fluid change... and i didnt feel a difference and then a week later i went to david mcdavid honda xpress service and they adviced to get my transmission fluid changed cuz it looked like it was never changed... DONT trust these guys... theyll take your money and WONT do a thing to your car!!!!

They havent treated me wrong, but I dont come here for anything other than the most basic stuff. What gets me though is how they are already fifteen minutes late opening this morning. Still nobody here but me. Come on guys, I have places to be. Or change your opening hours to 830.

Asked them to look at my a/c and they did not even put the gauges on. Was told they have to replace the complete system for $900. The issue was an overcharge and it did not cost anything to have it fixed from an experienced shop. They will rip you off if you let them
