I don’t have to say anything, my below photos can show proofs.Maintenance guys always try to put a patch instead of a full fix. And it will break with in a week or two.In my 18 months of stay I opened 17 tickets.So please decide before you lease.Other photos are the ones from the day when my lease started. So they gave me the dirtiest apartment without clean from previous tenants. Cockroaches and broken appliances.I saw some glass pieces Of a bulb on the floor on first day. Thank god my lease is finishing soon.

If I could leave a no star review I would. This is a long review so-TLDR:there was hazardous conditions so I was never able to live in the apartment. Now they are attempting to keep the deposit and rent for an apartment I never stayed in. See pics for evidence.I attempted to move in on February 27th after doing a quick walk through of the apartment on the 26th. Upon move in I discovered several instances of mold which made the apartment uninhabitable due to personal health issues. The climate control and toilet were also broken. Then that evening a light fell off the ceiling. After attempting to contact maintenance with no response, I ended up having to stay at a friends house until Monday morning. Because of the hazard of the mold and the other issues I no longer felt safe living at this complex. I had movers come March 1st to remove my items and while I was out finding a mold testing kit maintenance attempted to enter the premises. They were told to come back when I was present and the movers were gone. On the afternoon of Mar 1 I returned the keys and a written notice that under section 17 of the lease agreement I was terminating the lease agreement due to uninhabitable conditions. After over a week of back and forth the community manager has just informed me that they are keeping the money because apparently a moldy apartment isnt dangerous enough to be uninhabitable.

There are roaches every where, pest service is of no use, lot of plumbing issues.. Maintenence guys just say everything is fine not even looking at the problem properly.. If there is a zero star I would happily give it. Don’t ever move to this apartments.. Bathroom cabinets are very old and rusty.

Beware of this apartment.Management is rudethey will behave like they own the renters.they will be nice until you sign the lease.once you sign the lease all you are getting from office staff is attitude because they know you cannot do anything. another lets take advantage of broken system attitude.take your money and get yourself a nice place where you have peace of mind.

Me and my husband moved in February and we couldnt be happierThe office ladies are beyond helpful and made the move in process very easyThe maintenance workers are so friendly and we had a couple of problems when we moved in but the fixed them immediatelyWe definitely recommend this apartment

When I was told I had an upgraded unit, I expected ceiling fans, new appliances, no broken window, new carpet, working doors, etc. There is a big bubble in my living room floor. The broken doors on the coat closet and washer and dryer doors. Some cabinets are off level in the kitchen and dont close all the way. Bathroom towel rack is bent. Bathroom tub rack is off. I moved all my stuff in, cannot unpack because the two bedrooms have dirty old stained carpet. Im furious. I dont want to live here now. Already paid them though. Will they reimburse me for my Uhsul rental? I bet they wont. Will they accommodate me and put me in a different unit? No, they said theres not an available unit. I just moved from a flooded condo due to a busted pipe and my boxes were soaked. Not sure how much of my belongings are salvageable and wont know until I can unpack and get scheduled. I didnt mention the two small holes in the living room wall.

Nice Apartments,.. Now with the New management I would recommend this apartment for anyone moving to Irving area. The rental staff is very cooperative especially MARIA. She is very helpful and listens to the renters complaints and fixes the problems asap. Thanks Maria and her staff for taking care of the tenants.Also the apartment has Jefferson park just walkable and the schools are also good in their jurisdiction. CK

RAW SEWAGE AT THE POOL. Some of my family live here. I visited the last 2 weekends and theres raw sewage leaking into the pool area! After they fixed the leak, they left the waste there. Toilet paper and feces, at the entrance to the pool area. Are you kidding me?

Its a good experience living in Hidden ridge.Jefferson park is just at the doors steps of this community. Freeman elementary and Universal academy are the elementary schools that serves this community.There are community events that happens once in a month where you can get to know your neighborhood.Cares event is fun, you will never miss your package from Scott and Christina.

I love the style of the apt complex. They make a great unit with the countertops and kitchen set up. The staff here is great and worked with me on moving in around the time frame that was best for me. Everything felt like a tailored approach and I loved the apt while I was here. Quarantine life has me going back and just thanking them with a kind review! Thank you Eva for the great experience with your community!

Tanyas tour and her customer service was top notch! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property. She broke everything down very well, which made the process smoother than expected. I was impressed how she was able to manage my family and the other residents/prospective residents. She acknowledged everyone that came through the door. Keep up the good work, Tanya! Thank you for making it a memorable, positive experience... I loved the upgrades theyre making to the apartments, and the area seems very quiet. I cant wait to move in. Hopefully, my time there will be as pleasant as my first visit.

Add to these major issues,- Leaking issues- Messy dumpster/parkinglot area- Maintenence requests never done- Loud neighborsI requested many times to have our lease document on the residential portal but I was never able to have an access to it even after I moved out.I kept making sure I paid everything after I moved out until my residential account is expired and I dont owe anything from this apartment. I kept contacting the office about my security deposit but I was never able to talk to Deborah. After couple months of moving out, I found out that they just transferred balance to collection agency without giving me any notice. They charged us with things like they were already broken when I moved in. Even though I made maintenece requests to fix them for a year, I never seen a maintenece guy during my living experience in this property. The document they tranferred to collection agency is missing my security deposit so I wanted to talk to the office but, as always they have, they never gave me a call back. Instead, they told me that once its transferred to collection agency, they cannot help with it. Even though my missing security deposit is not a small amount of money, Im just gonna pay to collection agency and be done with it. Im just too disappointed with property already to expect anything and also Im finally out of here.

The best part about this community is the CARES Event, thats happens every month, organized by Scott and Christina, that brings all the kids here to join in fun filled activities, games followed by cookie, Donut etc. collection.We have a whtsapp group to keep us informed about the upcoming activities by Scott/Christina.

I have been living at the Hidden Ridge for almost four years. This management team is the best Ive seen. They are very professional and they do exactly what they say they are going to do. Always leaking despite they say its fixed everytimeThey gave reply to this showing concern but they never were able to get a permanent fix on this or even let us break the lease and move out of here even though the fault is on their side which they accepted but still not let us go, seems concerned about money than anything else here.Update 1:The manager Mark says they know the issue why, but still it hasn’t been fixed over these months. And also he says, he don’t have the approval to let us go moreover with these things that are bothering us at home with a pregnant woman in covid time and with only two months left on our lease, cause we need to let some people from outside to come inside and clean the floor and carpets and do some fixing.We are Tired of hidden ridge!!The below images show how it is, which happened one day after they fixed it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst place I have ever lived. Pay no attention the photos on the website as they do not match the units. Our unit upon move-in had peeling paint, in the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything is falling apart...the ceiling leaks a huge leak with the kitchen sink floods the kitchen anytime the sink or dishwasher is used. Management has refused to fix the problems since we in back in December! Save your money. Go anywhere else.Management is rude. They hang up on you when you call in with a complaint. There are additional hidden monthly fees beware!

This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

Moving in tomorrow cant wait. Moving in with my husband and my daughter, she loves the swimming pool, weightroom,and the tennis court.she enjoys the TV in the clubroom room when we were doing the applications she was watching cartoons that made me feel that I was at home the manager and assistant came out, and offered us cookies and water. The staff really cares about this family👍

My grandmother has been living here for 9 years, Her stove was not working so we went to the office and spoke to the Manger, Eva Mendez, she got up from her desk and greeted us. She walked to the apt and called maintenance, 30 mins they were in/out.Wanted to thank the staff of Hidden Ridge Apartments for being so quick to tackle the issue for my grandmother😌

Having more and more problems since I have moved in mostly due to maintenance. Power always going out randomly and the water is always being turned off for hours and hours at a time various days making it hard to even keep up a normal daily routine sometimes. And the front office is inconsiderate and could care less about the inconveniences will not be renewing a lease here its definitely not worth all the trouble.

We came from Jamaica and we have two friends that live at hidden Ridge Apartments and told us what a wonderful place to be we did an application. We were excepted and moved in today this was a beautiful place to call me home, we were greeted from the system manager and the manager either when we open the door we were greeted with a gift.

Great experience!! Stopped by today at a busy time and was greeted by everyone in the office!! I even had a maintenance guy offer me his assistance! Love the team work from the new staff and hope to be accepted in such s wonderful community! Definitely recommend stopping by and meeting the new squad!

Terrible, never informative of the things that are going on in the apartment until the very last minute and they are rude and not helpful at all. Bad apartment layout and you will get trapped in the apartment complex because there is only 2 ways in or out and they want to close off the drive paths with construction and they are always doing something like turning the water off ALLLLLLL DAY LONG!!!!! Not a healthy or safe or smart place to live and I can’t wait for my lease to be up and never renew again!

I was under bad impression about this apartments, but the manager “Tanya” was so helpful and very knowledgeable. She is pretty new to the job but she changes the game of treating people and taking care of their needs. I got my parents coming from India she help me in the all the ways she can do as hosting them in hidden ridge. I would say she is the go to person in the hidden ridge apartments and tell your needs to her.PS- pro tip: take some chicken curry when you see her. Coz she like food from different places.Thanks Tanya, you are doing great

This is a horribly run down apartment complex. So many things dont work at all. The pool was grungy, the barbecue grills didnt work at all. The owners are putting no money back into the units. My unit had water leaks, and bugs...creaky floors, poor door locks. Blown seals on the windows. Appliances werent working right or at all when I moved in. Accounting department was over charging me every month, and you cant do anything about it. The electronic security pass system failed over 50% of the time. I wouldnt recommend this place to my enemies!

We moved last month, it has few issues in the beginning but we are glad that the management solved all issue within few weeks. My wife couldnt believe that they replaced old stove with brand new., replaced all kitchen drawer doors with new ones. I would rate 5 stars but settled for 4 stars because drive ways inside the property needs to be repaired. Every member of the office is courteous and very friendly.

I just moved from Florida and the apartment I thought I was going to move into acted like they didn’t want my business. So I was more than worried because between orientation at my new job and navaigating a new city, I had no time to search for an apartment. I stopped into hidden ridge on a prayer and Mr Spears was very professional and took the time to help me get into an apartment. I’m very grateful to him and looking forward to dealing with him and the rest of the staff and to me it’s the people that make a successful place. I have been a resident here with my family for 5years. We have had our fair share of issues with the staff and services. However, in the last 3months, we have enjoyed a great deal of relief. This is because of the empathy and professionalism displayed by Carlos, the assistant director. There have been issues but trust me when i say Carlos goes all the way to ensure these issues are resolved. His help has made living here more pleasant and worthwhile. He is doing an awesome job and themanagement need to applaud his effort.

This people are very irresponsible. They lack in communication. While applying for the lease they will give you fake commitments but you will never get a call or an email from their side they will forget you totally after in-person meeting and If we will try to communicate then they will never respond to phone calls or if by chance they receive your call they will put you on hold forever. They will tell you if you have any question email us but what is the meaning of email if we are not getting any replies from their side. They need to hire a good staff who work for the community. If you can’t make it then please do not give fake commitments.

Poor maintenance. Rude staff. Service requests close without working on that. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to solve even smaller issues. Management attitudes is like that you are not only one who are living here...3-4 Managers join and runs away in last 5 months.Internal roads are damaged. I just moved in this weekend and I just want to say that Logan the assistant manager really helped me get in an apartment very quickly. I moved from out of state and was very stressed about how much money I was spending and not being able to really look around to check out each apartment. The Las Colinas area is very beautiful so I wanted to stay in this area where I felt safe. Logan guaranteed me that she would help get me in and make sure the apartment was nice for me and my daughter. The apartment is renovated and she even gave me a discount of waving the app and admin fee. The bad reviews are scary but the new management team are trying to turn things around from the previous owners so I would recommend giving them a shot.

Now its been almost a month since I moved into the apartment and things are not fixed yet .This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour . If a person has signed a lease with you that doesnt mean that you can take things for granted and keep on ignoring until the resident takes some serious action .The Refrigerator : Fan makes unusual noise, sometimes doesn work for the whole day and my stuff goes bad and then suddenly at night it starts again with a high noise.The Dishwasher : Dirty water from the sink is still clogging in the dishwasher even after running two cycles simultaneously . On the top of it, for any appliance its not the solution that you have to run it on a daily basis so that the dirty water from a different source does not come up in it.The kitchen Platform : The sink and the kitchen platform has a gap from which water is going down .The washer area gate: The slider door of the washer area is still changed .It has a gap in between and does not close properly.The cabinets of kitchen and bathroom : Still not replaced ( does not close properly and paint is coming out from them )The bathroom doors and closet doors: Paint is peeling from them .The bathtub: Does Not have a knob to stop the hair going into it and The tap doesnt work smoothly.The wood work below the bathroom cabinets : Not even done .The bedroom windows : Hazy and does not open up .The Pest Control : Seems its not even done, cockroaches all over the kitchen (platform and floor ) and bathroom as well.The Mailbox: Does Not close.I agree that maintenance issues come up in any apartment but the above are something which should be handled before moving in . Even after I moved in, the requests are not being handled properly . Just a temporary fix will not work any more .I cannot keep complaining(sending emails ) about the same issues again and again and keep waiting for your response (which never comes).Also Hidden Ridge cannot justify this just by saying that this is an old apartment (which was not informed earlier) and the problems will be there.Also an old apartment doesnt mean that all the appliances will not work and will always need maintenance every other day .I cannot sustain this ignorant behaviour of hidden ridge any more in this Global Emergency .Either replace the appliances and deal with other maintenance issues or replace the apartment on priority

If it was possible, Id give this complex a zero star or may be negative!! Management sucks. They do not take even high priority issues like air conditioning/heating as serious problems and it can take days to get them fixed. Current people in the leasing office are extremely rude and will not listen to you completely. Especially a woman called Logan. The only way i am getting by right now is thinking that thankfully I have a short lease which I wont be extending at all.

Worst Place to stay, Water leaks, no water since last 2 days, staff changes every 2 weeks, water bills this month single bed $95 and double $190, please talk to any tenant before you decide to move in. Staff is nightmare to deal with. Beware (Response from the owner) is just copy paste dont trust. Most of tenants are tired and moving out.

I have lived here for quite some years, over the years all of the management has been very careless about the property. Recently we have had a change at the leasing office and the leasing consultants, Fatima and Jessica, I believe it was. They are very attentive when it comes to their residents. They reassure you that everything will be taken care and they make sure management is aware about any circumstances. Nevertheless, I do see the community improving with the new staff. Slowly but surely. Great job everyone! And thank you for fixing any issues I may have had in the past. :-)

Worst Maintenance, Roaches everywhere, will never recommend to any one. Never ever ever rent here. i am very very disappointed with the maintenance. You will never get any response properly from leasing office. As soon as you sign lease you will see the real faces. They always talk to you in harsh way, they never respect you, apartment maintenance is worst, ditches all the driveway inside community, AC outage during mid summer, I had to call many times to fix my AC and it keeps on breaking. Will never fix your AC permanent. They just fix it temp and you have to call next day again. Very Rude staff, Never ever lease here if you want to have peace of mind.

Kitchen light was not working when we came to this Apt. Worst apartment I lived in whole my life. Daily there are maintenance problems like water leaking from ceiling, dryer doesnt dry due to clotting, no hot water for washing cloths because its leaking inside, sometime no water in apartment for 2 days, car parking has lot of water around so your kid can fall off and management staff is more worst. Whatever maintenance request you create they just mark it as completed and they even dont go to apartment. So issue never get resolved. If there is a way to give negative rating i will happy to give.

Apartment request never get priority. you have to call over and over to get things done. people be aware they take money over by saying their units are so called up graded units... which are completely trash. Kitchen light doesnt work properly, fridge leaks water, microwave can go off on you and not to forget the stove wont light up. In top of that, Cabinet space is none. Indeed every time you touch something in this apartment it breaks!!! so Its a horrible horrible place to live. I have lived here less then a year and ready to move out!!

Warning!! Do Not Move Here!!! Pipes in lmy apartment laundry room broke again, 4th time. Flooding in my kitchen, dining room!! This is the 4th time this has happened. I had to get Code enforcement to come out last time to help me get this situation taken care of. WARNING: DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS PLACE.I liked this apartment complex because it is close to my work and the prices are decent. Jessica, the leasing agent, was really nice and helpful showing me around the community. I was first told that there was a large 1 bedroom available for my date with a special rate of $910. However, I found out later that the current resident wanted to renew the lease. I thought that was fine, so Jessica told me about a smaller 1 bedroom available August 18 for $900. I went ahead and signed my lease and thought everything was taken care of. A week later, I was informed via email that my unit had damage and would not be available for rent on August 18. Jessica said there was another apartment I could rent, but it was $1095. I asked if I could rent this other apartment for the price I signed my lease for. It was a lot of back and forth negotiating this, but in the end I could only temporarily stay in the $1095 apartment while waiting for something else to come up. Well, that is ridiculous since I would have to pay additional to store my stuff AND move again while waiting for another place to open up. I told them I was not interested and I would need my deposit and application fee money back. Jessica said I could come by today and pick up my refund check, but then I JUST received an email saying that the check is coming from their corporate office and its going to take UP TO 30 DAYS for them to receive the check in their leasing office.By far the worst experience Ive ever had trying to rent an apartment. They have consistently lied and deceived me, and now theyre trying to screw me over on my money? I should have listened to the other reviews since they are all super negative. DO NOT waste your time, energy, or money at this dump.EDIT: It has now been two months and I have still not received my refund check. I keep getting excuses, and pretty soon I will be consulting with a lawyer to settle this matter.

This place deserves ZERO stars ..... This has to be the most unprofessional, disrespectful, nasty apartments I have ever leased with. Their management & maintenance have HORRIBLE attitudes & VERY UNRELIABLE. It is currently summer time & we have absolutely NO AIR. They are treating it as if it isn’t their problem. This apartment has a bad case of infestation. The insects are a really big problem ( wasps & roaches ) . I highly recommend that if you’re looking for apartments DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE. They tell you false info when they lease it too you, & they are rip offs... they know things are broken & fix it to last for a little while then make you pay for the parts to get them fixed. They make you pay over 1000 to live with broken appliances & roaches !!!! This place is pathetic. If you put in a problem they put you on an “ emergency list “ to make it seem like it will be fixed right then & there .... no we put in a notice at 11AM & we’re out on that list Bt the maintenance man didn’t come until 10PM, tracked mud all through the house ( even on the counters where he stood ) & they told me it’s not a big problem & that we could’ve just cleaned it up!! My air conditioning still isn’t fixed. Just ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Worst apartment in this area with robbery, gun shoot, theft of mails and credit cards including the mails sent to the leasing office from services such as Billpay. Daily there are maintenance problems like water leaking from ceiling, dryer doesnt dry due to clotting, poor carpet, old appliances with issues, no hot water for washing cloths because its leaking inside, sometime no water in apartment for 2 days, car parking has lot of water around so your kid can fall off and management staff is more worst. Damaged roads and although they call it as Gated community, it is opened for anyone always. The staff’s in leasing office never aware of their processes, unaware of their responsibilities and act rude with the tenants. Whatever maintenance request you create they just mark it as completed and they even dont go to apartment. So issue never get resolved. The increase the rent during renewals more than 10% most of the times and we have remind them about the renewal norms and after renewal they do not come for carpet clean or paint the apartment. Always you will see a heavy water bill more than $100, the nearby communities charge around $50 to $70 for their tenants. There are issues with the pest controls, as bugs and roaches are a huge issue as well. The roof will start leaking during a rain and the maintenance does not resolve them at all for at least more than 3 months. I wish it could provide a negative rating, if there is way to provide it over here.

I have been in Hidden ridge for last 7 months.I booked this apartment as it offers a same rate for 6-13 months lease agreement.The location on canal is beautiful, great walking trails and park.Gym is good.My apartment is spacious with a good floor plan.Touch wood .. My apartment is pest free. I know some people, who stay here, they have also roaches free apartments.Appliances are good.AC/ Heater both work fineElectricity bills, water bills are not too much high. Its ok .The maintenance staff is good. They have always repaired anything as soon as requested .I got same day service for some minor issues 3/4 times.The main entrance doesnt work properly. Though it is a gated apartment, most of the time the gate.. is broken.The kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and bathtub are not up to the mark.. they are old in style and quality. I dont like them..All apartments are not same. Some of my friends have upgraded apartments.

Given that the prices here are similar to other complexes in the area, there is absolutely no reason for anyone looking for an apartment to deal with being awakened by a roach crawling across your face, which happened to me my third week here. I moved into Hidden Ridge approximately 6 weeks ago. Carol, the property manager at the time, was amazingly pleasant and kind. I gave them my deposit a month before I moved in and I was assured that the apartment would be in great condition. I saw it 2 days before move-in, and none of the cabinet facings were attached. Carol assured me that it would be done that afternoon. On move-in day, I still had no cabinet facings, along with the following issues: several electrical outlets in the kitchen and 2nd bedroom didnt work, one of the laundry room doors was missing, several windows did not lock (my apartment is on the 1st floor), a bedroom window had a large crack, the dishwasher still had a dish inside, the microwave didnt work properly, and the apartment was infested with ROACHES! After many visits to the office, many of these issues have been addressed at the bare minimum level. For example, they gave me bolts to put on the window frames so I cant open the windows, rather than fixing the locks. Although my apartment has been treated for roaches TWICE, I still wake up every morning and walk through each room, turning on lights and killing the roaches that run. This indicates that the problem is that the entire building is infested and needs to be treated. I still havent unpacked after 6 weeks because theres less chance of the roaches getting inside my boxes. The office staff lies to get unhappy tenants to leave. I have been told several times by office and maintenance staff that they are only dealing with emergencies involving A/C. In addition, the office is on its third completely new staff since I moved in. I have videos and pictures of everything, including my move-in sheet. If youre looking for an apartment, there are plenty of complexes in this area. Why not get some service and peace of mind for the money youre spending? Give Hidden Ridge a pass.

This is the worst apartment ever.We made a complain that our electricity is not working and the receptionist said that we have to fill out the maintenance form we fill out but they never showed.We went the second time they said the same thing to fill out and we did.Same thing they never showed.Third time we went they said the same thing to fill out maintenance form we denied and the receptionist was not cooperative at all she was on the phone all the time didnt pay any attention what we were saying.After argue like 15 minutes they send the maintenance people and they checked the problem.Maintenance supervisor said he will come at 11 o clock in the morning and they never showed.I came for 3 month to this apartment and this is terrible apartment to stay.Not recommended at all.Worst! This is the worst experience I have ever had with renting an apartment. The staff changes every other month. Maintenance requests are closed without being completed. A rusted sink was painted over. It eventually broke and cut my hand. Water leaked from the AC unit into a tub for months (finally fixed). Water leaks through a bedroom window when it rains. There was a junk draw left from the previous tenants. Hair was painted over in the bathroom. I was told that roaches are a Texas thing. I was told that the exterminator sprayed when he never came to my apartment. We were told the pool was ready but it was brownish green. Weve had a flood caused by a maintenance worker. My list of complaints may seem ridiculous but we have actually had more problems than those listed.

Can I give 0 stars? These people gave EVICTION NOTICES for unpaid water!!!! Not just one person but multiple people. On a Saturday (3/23/19) saying rent outstanding if not paid by March 25th by 9am that your file will be sent for eviction processing. And when called they said outstanding water bill. Not once have I received a notice saying water past due EVER. Got the amount due (around $100), paid it, called Monday at 903am to make sure my money order was received and lady who answered said we haven’t got to it yet. WHAT?! Do not move here, I have never lived some where that has lacked organization and professionalism.

Roaches...... They have a different team in the office every week. They will take your deposit and give away your unit. Then tell you they will send your deposit via mail. Then dont. The manager Lorenzo will tell you whatever you want to here and never do it. Dee who is at the front desk is ghetto. No people skills. Get loud if you have an issue they didnt address. Tenants are always in the office upset. 40 plus units dont have air conditioning and multiple tenants re complaining about roaches.... They do not take care of the property. Still they charged us with dip pans, and for cleaning the apartment.When we told them we had it clean and got new dip pans, they asked us to show them receipt. Obviously we didn’t have receipt.. as got dip pans from Walmart 2 months back. For cleaning the house we got few numbers from WhatsApp group of hidden ridge, and paid them in cash.They cut water, and power anytime without notice.I came here last year after getting married, loved Jefferson park and had few friends here.. so decided to be here but this was my really bad decision.I moved out now, and really happy in my new house.If I could give negative ratings to this apartment, I would do.

I have lived here for 3 years and have hated every second. When I moved in, everything was a mess. Bathroom still had mold in the A/C / Heater unit. After moving in there were cockroaches, spiders, etc. all living in my apartment despite them saying they sprayed it. Not very pet friendly. The office staff has turned over so much it is hard to get a consistent answer from management.Every request to fix the apartment was done weeks after I notified the issue and they would say fixed but the problem would continue to go on ignored. Water is constantly shut off for repairs so its always a gamble if you will have water on to do house chores. They also lost my lease 2 times when I was trying to renew.I would never recommend anyone live here. Only reason I stayed was moving costs would be insanely high since I had two cats and would have to pay more pet fees.

Never ever ever rent here unless you like driving on huge pot holes and having the water consistently shut off. I have really enjoyed that all of my vehicles alignment being off due to the holes in the roads around the complex. The most recent two days of no water was awesome. Not being able to shower, cook, and wash clothes helped my bank account get lighter due to extra expenses from this. But that is okay because sometimes you need to teach that bank account a lesson so it doesnt get to big headed with too much money in it. Another way this apartment complex is really good at helping you with your bank account issues is with a high water bill from the pipes leaking. That monthly $100 water bill is so helpful. So if you like all this and more well this is the place for you. They will ruin your vehicles and make sure that bank account will always be in check.

Started out nice but went downhill fast! I lived there for five years and the decline was rapid. I only stayed because my office was walking distance from home but the problems were never ending. 1) The gates were broken off and on; 2) the water was turned off countless times for breaks;3) mail was constantly stolen but they never did anything to help prevent it; and 4) they did not enforce community rules so living there was hell. If I could give zero stars I would. I moved out of the metroplex and I am glad that Hidden Ridge is now just a memory instead of a reality. Staff just didnt care and it was obvious in their interactions with residents.

Nastiest apartments you can ever live in!Have lived here for more than an year and very disappointed with everything here.Pests- cockroaches, crickets, spiders and what not. No matter how much you clean your apt, roaches find their way from somewhere. Electricity bills are pretty high as the apts are old.Dirty little pool and gym. His name is HD. I have lived at the Hidden Ridge apartments for one year, and I call him High Definition, meaning He is the ONLY maintenance staff who gets anytime done well and to completion.This is the third night this week that we have had no heat in our apt. 1036. It could have been four nights,, but for HD who came in late evening and took his time and fixed got the heat working. These young man runs around all day like a busy bee, while other maintenance guys lazy around. The lead maintenance and Luis Garza came into my apartment twice for the same problem and not only did they not fix the heat, but they left a big mess in my bathroom (see picture). Later, when I begged the Lead maintenance to recheck the heat, he disputed my request claiming the heat works when it did not. I insisted he come check it. he did and for sure it was not working.Tonight, it is freezing in my apartment. I have left messages the emergency line. NO one showed up. This is an ongoing problem. .Will have to stock up on firewood to get some sleep

The Hidden Ridge on canal is run by the worst management I have ever seen. The ceiling fell down in one of our bathrooms due to water damage. It has been a month and so far nothing has been done to fix it. Every time you submit a service request it takes them days some times weeks to come take a look at it, let alone fix it. The property manager is disrespectful and quite rude. They have repeatedly failed to address all grievances that we have raised. Please save yourself a nightmare and steer clear of this apartment complex.

The worse apartment ever. Even if you need to stay on road, don’t take this apartment. Heater didn’t work. We asked the to fix. It took about 2 weeks to fix and then after 1 day it stopped working again. Same thing is happening continuously. We had same issue with AC.There is a lady in the reception who also behaves rudly when we call them for any service.Water keeps dropping from roof. We complained when we moved in and they never fixed it in our 6 months stay.Had problem with sink in kitchen. Then also with toilet comod. Moved in here in March 2015, floor plans are good and a good view of the park & canal.But the maintenance is literally horrible. Please never ever keep this apartment as your choice.Every emergency maintenance requests requires 15-20 days to complete with daily follow ups.I had a leaking roof in kitchen and these guys told they dont work on weekends and after 5pm on weekdays.So i have to wait 2 days to get it resolved and had to drain the water by myself.Please never rent this apartment.
