Its stressful enough when you move, Christy, my agent, was the voice of kindness. She was very helpful and kind, its a win win situation when you get a little back when you give so much. Its effortless and free. I highly recommend.

Ive now used their service the last two years. Their friendly people, however i dont really see the benefit. They offer a rebate or moving services, in order to get the 2 hour free service that is advertised your rent has to be over a $1,000, otherwise you only get an hour.BUT the GOTCHA part is of course there is a minimum of 2.5 hours, so guess who STILL is basically paying for their move $135 MEEE but guess who STILL gets their fee for being listed as a referral? Them so they still get paid and I still get to come out of pocket, definitely dont see how this is fair but here we are.

I was cut off several times as I’m trying to speak. When I FINALLY explained my situation, she lied and spoke for “corporate” and told me what they would say. Instead she actually could’ve said “I’ll check into it” or better yet, she could’ve asked me for more info for clarification. She basically couldn’t be bothered. When I finally had enough of her cutting me off i said “ok, I’ll just have to find someone else… “ she hung up on me. RUDE! I wish I remembered her name, but Ms. Know It All… get some customer service training!!!

This is a scam and the customer service is terrible. They do not have the best pricing! They guarantee the best pricing but they cant get it! There are other locators that have negotiated deals with properties for much cheaper. If I could give the zero stars, I would.

I was working with Renee Bradford U Move Free searching for apartments. Everything was going well until I found the one I wanted to rent. Slight mix up with complex and had issues getting referral credited to right person. I advised complex that I was working with Renee and she received some compensation for the referral. But I got nothing no free move no portion of the 200. The crazy thing is she called to tell me they were going to give her partial credit. Then she stopped returning or answering my calls. I will definitely not recommend this service to anyone. You can hit or miss on your own doing your own apartment search.

Its been 30 years since I moved to one. Felicia gave me so much info and told me the questions to ask to my potential landlords. The agent that I had clearly didnt know what she was doing... she didnt send me the essential email that I needed to schedule my move before her 2 days off. Then I called the umovefree people on her days off and the manager told me that they arent scheduling any more moves for the next 3 days... I was already told by my sails agent that I could move on a certain day... so clearly she didnt know what she was doing 🙄. I finally got a move date and they moved it back another day because the movers were running behind.The moving company was a whole nother problem... I had a little edible arrangements ceramic vase that I got for my birthday and they broke it. I had my plant in a grocery bag, and they just threw it on the floor like it was trash... on my carpet at that. I had to clean up the vase that they broke at my old apartment. I go to my new apartment and had to clean up the dirt that fell out of my plant and had to re-pot it. This whole process was waaaayyyy too stressful and I dont think that Ill be using this company again.

I have been trying to locate an apartment for over a week with Felisha Fair. I sent her my requirements and have not gotten any listings. She did send me some listings before I gave her my requirements which were not right for me. I have asked her to call me earlier in the day (she usually calls at around 5pm, which is the busiest time at work) to no avail. She still calls around 5pm. Could I work with someone else? If so, I will change my rating.

Looking for an apartment in Dallas is no easy task. Finding the area, price, and amenities you want is extensive and time consuming. Julia Miller was my agent with UMoveFree. She seemed professional, but would text or call me very late at night constantly asking if I had found an apartment. I moved in July 2020. I used UMoveFree, to review apartments and get pricing and floor plans, as I had used them years ago, and was reimbursed. This time, the communication between my apartment complex and UMoveFree was non existent. I was never paid. Had I known this, I would not have used this site. It was a hassle to resign in and enter all my info each time. I only used them for the $200.00 incentive.(Last time I was paid $300.00). There are many other locator services that would be worth your time, which are up to date, and pay out. I am very disappointed.
