My child support was considered income so I make to much to live there. But those who get food stamps and cash assistance is not income and can live there. If not Hispanic your likely to be denied. Nice size apt though.

Although these apartments appear to look nice. Management is horrible. Went to ask about an available apartment. I walk into the office, they say oh you wouldnt be interested. Glad I walked out. Thanks for heads up. Normally I would have said something but clearly they arent professional.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE.!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maintenance is a joke! Roaches everywhere everywhere!!!! Inside and out! It’s so frustrating! We’re clean but that doesn’t even matter! Please save yourself the hassle.

Cameras don’t work. Our cars got broken into twice and the office states their cameras are “under construction”. Police states in the instances when they’ve needed camera footage from office the office tells them the exact same thing. That’s their system is down so there is no footage available. I don’t see how they can advertise that they have safety measures in place with cameras when they don’t even work!

These apartments don’t even deserve a star!!! I’ve been a resident for the past year already and since I moved in we always been having issues with out a/c. Now after the winter storm I’ve been waiting for them to come fix my a/c and no one has been up here!!! I mean I called everyday no one answers the phone when I go to the office no one is there I even put my work order in thru the app and still no one has came!!! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME IF YOU HAVE KIDS!!!!

Monique goes beyond her job to get you settled in your new apartment, and Cesar was very friendly and helpful. I lived here 16 months and never had an issue. The apartments are kept clean inside and out. Very calm and quiet area. Never had a bug problem nor pest at all actually and very affordable! All utilities are included except electric. Always got compliments on my apartment on how nice and spacious they were. The only down side part is that, only 3 bedroom apartments have washer and dryer. And the walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors snore. Other than that I had an amazing experience here and was never let down by management. (Also family friendly if you have kids this is great place to live and raise your family in)

Never answers the phone

I’ve reached out to these apartment’s multiple time’s left messages no one ever call’s u back how are you leasing apartments and no one ever picks up.I drove up to the apartments walked in the office and there was no one to help then the maintenance guy comes in from outside and says there gone to lunch 1hr, they have no signs up saying no one is gone lunch. Finally Saturday I get a text from someone named #Cesar about renting an apartment after I asked a question he still hasn’t responded no reached back out about the apartment. These are the most unprofessional apartments I have ever tried contacting. If they can’t pick up for new clients then I for sure don’t wanna be a residence in these apartments. They need a 0 for customer service..

Great place to live in. I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Apartments are clean, no problems with bugs ever. Maintenance is responsive. Pretty normal, apartments are bunched together in fours so your neighbors are pretty close. This community has a lot of kids, so lots of children related noises.

Monique and Ceasar is very incompetent. Monique listens to hear say whether than investigate the problem.Also Monique and Ceasar doesnt know how to address the tenants professionally.

Really frustrating when you drive 45 minutes when website says its open and theyre closed when you get here!!

I would not recommend to move any hispanics to this apartments until the secretary gets fired she is such a racist person she made fun of my mom for not know hot to speack english we need billingual staff in this apartments! and nicest people! they always take their time if you dont speak english my mom never felt more disrespectful until that day! i love living here and before the new secretary was hired everything was great!

Takes a 3 weeks to get maintenance out to your apartment. We have a bathroom leak that still hasnt been fixed yet I go to home depot and see it only $3 for the piece to fix it. Ive called 5 times they even tell me they ran out of tools or pieces to replace. This shouldnt take more than 5 minutes to fix and its costing me money!!!!!

They delete reviews . in august me and my wife were suppose to move in day of move in manager did not show and said she never told us a date there were also 2 other people the same day that said same thing
