Vicky is my favorite nail tech. She does a great job with my dip powder sets. All of the ladies are nice. They provide quality and timely service.

I spent $80 (plus a 20% tip) on a full set that’s to thick and the lady didn’t even out the length on my basic pedicure. The guy who did my full set kinda seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing and when I was there two (2) people came in to get their nails fixed from the previous day... I’ve seen this nail salon for some time and had high hopes for them.

Love the design done by Amy. She is very skillful with design and also shaping/refilling. She does a excellent job in a short time with gentle hands (that’s kinda rare).Will definitely come back for more service.They follow strict health protocol during COVID

I’ve been needing to get my nails done and just relax a but so I went out on a relaxing day and XOXO was where I started. I didn’t have any particular expectations for this location but I was so happy to see that they used sealed clean tools for each person. Like in sealed, sterile packaging which made me so happy.The location inside and environment they created was very relaxing and calm. They had so many options for the different type of services you could request, which I loved.The pedis were great and I was so relaxed especially with the massage chair.The only complaint I would have is that my boyfriend got a pedi too and (this is pretty consistent everywhere) instead of lining up his nails and making them look well groomed, they kinda did a hack job abs just cut them super short without actually cutting them straight across. So I guess I have to really specify that we actually want his nails to look nice haha Theubdont look bad jbut they’re never to my standards.

I loved how fast they took me in and I also loved how they have a wide choices of colors and the prices are very reasonable

The light of the place is low that I didnt realize it until I left and with the light from outside I could appreciate those circles of the nail color, it doesnt feel like gel and its very poorly done.

XOXO Nails is amazing! I got a spa mani & pedi as a walk-in and they were able to see me immediately. The 2 ladies that did my nails did such a great job. I received a hot stone and hot oil massage for 10 minutes on my hands and 10 minutes on feet/legs and it was heavenly. The spa chair is super comfy too. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Vicky is my girl! She does a great job and she listens to how I want my nails done. However, everybody is really good. They’re all very friendly and does a great job. My mom and I are loyal customers and will stay loyal. Thank you all for creating a great experience to your customers

Ann did an amazing job with my nails based on a photo I showed her. She also also so gentle with my cuticles which often hurt when other manicurists worked on them.

Kim was very professional and did an amazing job. Probably best Gel Pedicure Ive ever gotten. My nails are beautiful

Not to be dramatic but this was the worst nail salon i’ve ever been to.. everything is wrong with this place besides it being somewhat clean. The nail ladies have no idea how to properly shape nails and are unsanitary with their products!! I went for the first time today for a new set and the lady who did them, celine, didn’t shape them the way i liked and when i asked for her to fix it she caught a huge attitude and called me ungrateful. i will never be back, and advise you spend your hard worked money at a nail salon who isn’t going to be lazy when it comes to doing their job correctly.

They go above and beyond with their services. I went there with my daughter who has been going their. They staff was outstanding they took their time. I’m in the beauty industry and pamper people for a living, I’m very impressed with the quality and staffing. I have NEVER had such a bad experience at a nail salon. I went to have a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Nails - did not cut the cuticles well and the polish job was just plain awful. Toe - Filed my big toe until it bled; horrible job cutting cuticle; didnt scrub my feet on the bottom; another bad polish job. Too many things that needed to be redone. I paid and left. Sorry, cannot lie about the terrible experience.

First visit here and was able to get in quickly for a set of acrylics. My daughter too. Celine and Vickie were great. Definitely will be returning.

I LOVE this place! I get my nails done there every two weeks. Nina gives the BEST pedicures! She really takes the time to do a good job on your nails but also really scrubs your feet to make sure theyre nice and smooth. and her massages are AMAZING! I usually get gels on my hands and its always good quality. The ONE time I got a chip on my nail I went in the next day and they fixed it on the spot no questions asked. Im always greeted in a friendly manner and they are very accommodating and honest about their waiting time. Ive gone to MANY nail bars in the area and none of them compare.

Overall I paid a 10.00 to for 2 people but only one was great. Even though I paid 72.00 for a pedicure and full set, she still did not smile nor say goodbye to me, nor did anyone, and had me put on their sandals while my tie nails were still wet to rush me off the pedicure chair even though no one was waiting. The guy who did the pedicure is lacking on massage skills and polishing toenails. I left feeling that I did a disservice to the shop for my expensive visit. Maybe if I would have asked for only a pedicure they would have been nicer. If I go back I will only have one service done.

Got these beautiful matte black nails done today at XOXO Nail Bar and couldnt be more happy! Ive been searching for a good place to get my nails done in Irvine and finally found it. I recommend getting your nails done here :)

I had to find a new salon near my new job. The salon is clean and nicely decorated. The employees are very friendly and professional. My manicurist was Rosie, and she did a wonderful job of a gel French manicure in exactly one hour. I will be making this my regular salon.

This is where I always go to get my nails done. I get the SNS powder and everything here has always done an amazing job - and my nails always last 3-4 weeks! The staff is friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend XOXO :)

Appreciated Vicky’s finesse and attention to detail. She understood how I like my nails and always did a beautiful job. Now I am in Florida and having a difficult time finding another nail tech like the one at Irvine.

If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would. The technician nipped my toes TWICE with the cuticle nipper and both times it bled! This was literally the worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life. My toe is still sore today. I left feeling anxious and worried.
