Called for a last minute appointment, the guy who answered couldnt be anymore nice. They were able to squeeze me in for a gel manicure. The woman who did my nails did a wonderful job. She took her time- went above and beyond to make sure my nails were what I wanted. I would go back as it was clean and everyone was very nice.

First time out for a pedi since covid lock down. Went to Irvine Nail and Spa for the first time. Stephanie was my pedi person. She was WONDERFUL. Highly recommend her and the salon. Clean courteous, and helpful as well as excellent work ❤️❤️❤️👑

Great for a quick pedi. Always came before covid and just started going back now post covid. Not really distancing inside but everyone has masks and little dividers. I figure with the vaccine its ok to get pedi again. Overall pedis come out really clean. A couple times the lady dug a little too deep in cleaning the cuticles and caused an infection 😑 so now I always let the know beforehand not to go too deep.

Absolutely love this place. I live in Laguna Niguel and make the drive to go here. Nails always look so good and last for a long time. I usually get gel manicure and they last for a month!

Irvine nail and spa has been my go-to nail place for the past couple years. The place is always spotless and I feel safe getting my nails done here. I normally do regular polish, but sometimes I get gel for my manis. Good selection of colors and friendly nail techs.

I had the same go to nail spa for 10 years in Santa Monica. I moved to the Sherman Oaks 1 year ago and have now decided this is my place. They are great because their work is consistent, high quality and friendly atmosphere. I have had several of the technicians and I dont even have a favorite because all of their work has been terrific quality!

I highly recommend Irvine Nails. The owner, Tracey, is so nice and accommodating. James, who does my gel nails, is the best! Hes not a talkative person but really good at what he does. I would also recommend Tyler or Jasmine as a very, very close second. I live in Costa Mesa and drive 30 minutes because they are that good. Thank you!

Very clean and the ladies do a great job! However, I don’t like that they guilt you into cash tips - I never have cash on me and always get the rolling eyes when I tip with the credit card because they have to wait until the end of the week to get their tips. I have to wait every two weeks to get paid so I don’t feel bad, sorry.

Ive been a few times now and they really are all great. Each tech has shown the same meticulous attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. Prices are fair and the salon is comfortable.Rarely do I distribute 5 stars - but so far this nail salon is well deserving.Update: this is still the best nail salon Ive been to.

The only issue Ive ever had was when they couldnt find my reservation I made the day before, but they were still able to squeeze my sister and I in for our services. I went in for an eyebrow wax, and had a fantastic experience. Daisy was so sweet, and very good at her job. The price was fair and everyone seemed very nice. Cant wait until Ive got some spare time to get my nails done there.

I have been going here for about 2 years. And the they have always done amazing work. However, I have had some issues with Tracey and her professionalism when it comes to her attitude. She has had attidtude with me and other clients many times, and it’s unfortunate. Because of her, I won’t be going there any longer. In my opinion, they could use new management, which would help run the store a lot better.

Tracy is so sweet, thoughtful and great at managing a very busy/successful business. Nail technicians are always amazing. Massage chairs are never a disappointment :)

I am new to Irvine and needed my nails done for an event. I walked in to make an appointment and was immediately greeted with a clean smell and a dozen Hellos!! I made an appointment with Kim for the following day. I arrived for my appointment and again was greeted with a clean smell and a warm welcome from everyone!! I was taken to an amazing chair and Daum began my pedicure. Next Jasmine came over and asked what color I would like and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I was shocked how excited both woman were when they got to do something fun.( other salons I have had woman roll eyes or mumble under their breath in disgust) Both women were perfectionist and took their time making sure my nails were perfect!! I am very happy with my nails and would highly recommend Irvine Nail and Spa to all my friends and Family!!

Ive been around to quite a few nail salons and this place always does the best job. My service is never rushed or hurried, and the technicians always pay the greatest attention to detail. Ill never go anywhere else!

I recently moved here from Northern Cal. and had been looking for my new go-to nail salon. This is the place! I have been here 3 times and have been very pleased each time. At my last visit, I got a gel french manicure. That was almost 3 weeks ago and they still look great- not a single chip! I have been to the beach 3 times since having them done(dug in the sand and all), moved boxes, and washed dishes every day. The longest they ever lasted at my last go to salon was 2 weeks. This salon is clean, the manicurists are kind and professional, and the place runs very efficiently. My only gripe is that one of the guys is a little rough on my feet- he could be a little more gentle with the loufa and his grip. Otherwise Im a very happy camper!

Do not come here. They charge way to much for the end product. I have always paid $35 for a full set of gel acrylic nails and have always loved the way they turn out when I go to other salons. They charged me $55 and they were all uneven and some were coffin shaped while others were square. Go somewhere else to get your nails done.

I just stopped at this place because it’s a tad bit closer than my usual nail place. I walked in and it was busy which is ok because what nail place isn’t busy Saturday morning. But I Walked in and got eyed down from head to toe by the ladies without even being greeted or asked what i needed. I sat for a few minutes to wait and see if they would ask but apparently i was invisible. I walked out. Going to my regular place. I will be sticking to my girls at Star nail around the corner. I don’t know what I was thinking 🤔 if you want good service go to Star nails it’s less than a mile down.

I called to book an appointment, the associate said there was no need for one just to come in-no wait time she assured. I drive there and they where full. I said how long is the wait she was scrambling to give me an answer. Then I said how much for a pedi and mani she said $85. I was about to loose it. Poor customer service. I left and went to Vina nails on culver . Sweet staff. Linn was amazing, gel mani and pedi, full foot, leg and hand/arm massage. Foot scrub, hot towels, dual color and friendly staff all for $55 . Yes a savings of $30 🤗

I think I found my go to nail place!! After my last place went under new management and my nail lady left California. Its been 3 years and Ive been jumping from place to place to find one thats friendly, priced well, and CLEAN. They have sterilized tools, they have you initial before they open their bag. Ill definitely will be a regular here.If youre planning visiting on a weekend, I would make reservations as they have only 8 pedi chairs. So far its been my 2nd visit and both technician has been great and attentive.

Its a real shame that I will never step foot there again due to how rude there are. Twice I was refused by the girl servicing my nails! First time I was told that only a certainHolly would be OK to do my nails, and several months later when I called and politely asked for Holly the Lady at the desk, once she got my name, tells me Holly is refusing to do my nails! How insulting! And its not like Im asking for anything special. (I prefer to add a light pink to french nailpolish instead of transparent) This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from their end. They make it seem like you work for them. How rude!

My wife loves this place. They are usually busy so an appointment is reccomended. Mani Pedi is $22. As a guy I dont know if thats good or not, but the service is enjoyable. Nothing makes this place stand out from the others though

I’ve lived in Irvine for 10+ years and for the past year I have really enjoyed Irvine Nails & Spa. Today, I had every intention of providing the 5 star review that I feel like this salon typically deserves. But, today, they were far from deserving :(My appointment started late, despite me arriving 5 min early. That actually doesn’t bother me too much.I just got a basic mani and pedi. I was asked to sit in a salon chair that was knowingly broken by multiple technicians. Yet, they still recommended I put on the massager. My back is not feeling quite right now. Will probably need to go to my chiropractor on Monday.I asked for clear polish on my nails. That was completely forgotten. They are bare. I’ve been so uncomfortable here that I just don’t want to say anything.The technician who did my pedicure hurt my toes badly while clipping. I yelped our on 3 occasions. I typically prefer to get callus removal. This was not even offered. When I asked if I could get it, the technician declined because her arms are in so much pain and she just cannot do it.After this, she proceeded to give me a very, very subpar massage. He whole time I felt guilty because I knew she was in pain. Why in the world is this young lady even working today? I politely asked her to stop the massage and just finish up the polish because I felt so badly.So, I’m wrapping up here with a subpar treatment, aching back and a whole heck of guilt.Only reason they are getting 3 stars is because every other visit of mine has been awesome.So.... what is it going to take for Irvine to get a nice nail salon that performs a great mani/pedi that doesn’t cost a million dollars???

My weekly nail salon. The manager Tracy runs everything fantastic. She knows everyones name and keeps the shop running smooth. I love Kathy! The salon is relatively quiet. I am not a fan of people constantly talking on cell phones or hearing them ring. That is why this is my new go-to place. I am always allowed a nice quiet enjoyable mani pedi.

I was immediately greeted by Traci (Mgr) asked what I neededshe said look at some colors Jasmine will do your nails and Cici will do your feet, Very courteous, once seated I knew I was in the hands ofpolished professionals they went right to work end result flawless nails and feetso efficient and well done, in a comfortable atmosphere with good music, $$price, productand color selection this is my new nail spot.!!!! This place is easily a TEN star salon a jewel in the neighborhood.

Was 5 stars after multiple trips. My last trip I forgot cash to tip and asked if they did cash back or could I tip on my card. Front desk women was SUPER rude to me, basically yelled at me that I need to bring cash to tip. So yea, no thanks, Ill find a new place.
