Nicole is amazing. She’s very gentle and an absolute perfectionist. My nails turn out great every single time. The salon itself is lovely, clean, and everyone is friendly.

They are so clean here! When you first arrive, they ask you to wash your hands and all the chairs are sanitized right away after each client is finished. Vivian did an amazing job with a specific request I had and it came out exactly as I asked. I love it so much!! The price is definitely worth it for the great personalized service they offer. Vivian I cant wait to meet with you again!

This place is the absolute best!! The amazing people that work there are so very kind and they have only treated me with the utmost care. The atmosphere is soo calming and they’re GOOD at what they do! Kim is definitely the most amazing nail tech that I’ve ever had do my nails, attention to detail is amazing! I’ll add photos of 2 separate (I’ve been there more than twice haha) full sets I’ve gotten done. Purely professional, don’t hesitate for a minute to go to this nail studio! It’s the BEST! You’ll feel so pampered. I hardly ever write reviews OR get my nails done but I’m hooked now, so it means a lot coming from me haha!

The salon is super cute and clean. They take all the precautionary measures with Covid. Ask for Tammy Ive been going to her for years now and she is the absolute best. Show her any inspo picture and she can copy it perfectly.

I’ve been a very loyal customer, but the last 3 appointments I’ve had here have been so horrible I can no longer go here. I went to get a fill and they broke so I had to go back TWICE to get nails fixed and they just made it worse both times. My last appointment was a total nightmare. The workers rushed doing my service resulting in pain during the fill, my nails looking horrible and TWO MORE breaking the very next day. And for some reason they raised the prices of my service 3 appointments in a row(every time I go in I only get a fill and a color change on my toes). My last mani/pedi they charged me $180.00!!!! For a fill and a standard gel pedicure. They ripped me off after I’ve been going there for 2 years.

I had Ann...she did an amazing job. I had 2 broken nails and she told me what the problem was and fixed it. She did every idea I had with some of her own. Great salon and Amanda did my eyebrows and she was amazing! Great staff. Only bad thing is you cannot tip on your car, cash only.

WARNING!!!!!Please save your self a lot of pain, suffering and money and don’t ever visit this salon! I made this mistake and went to this salon in December 2019 to get my pedicure done, the next day my big toe on my left foot got extremely painful. I have been to many doctor visits which resulted in multiple cutting of the nail in various ways which was extremely painful and bloody. And after six months I ended up having a surgical removal of a very large portion of the nail because the pain was absolutely unreal, I wasn’t even able to walk in the last weeks! The last picture provided was taken after the surgical removal.And one more thing please do not confuse this rating with a 1 star rating, it is actually a 0 thank you.

My favorite place to get pampered! Lynn, the owner is super helpful and courteous and everyone there is very nice. Great customer service every time. I get my lashes done there too and I love them. Great prices!

After a three hour drive total last min stop at this location to get a full acrylic set.Definitely a relaxing and very professional experience.The creativity and accuracy of the job well done and the friendliness of the staff is why i will definitely be returning.

I always get great service at Essence! Today I called in at 6pm and it was really busy! I checked in though and they took me before I could even sit down. The girl who did my gel manicure, Mackenzie, did a great job.

Best nail salon I have been to! Great service and clean. Always very professional. I have been a long time customer here and refer anyone who asks about my beautiful nails. The dry pedicure is also a very relaxing treatment and altenative to a regular pedicure. Much more relaxing.

Been going here for over 12 years and have always had great pedis, acrylic nails, gel manicures, regular manicures - theyre very good at what they do. Management hires very friendly, sweet professionals and though I have a few favorites, Im fine with having anyone on staff do my nails or toes - I trust this place. The salon is immaculately clean, they usually have a full house of customers but they always have enough staff to ensure you dont wait longer than 10 minutes. Bonus, they take credit cards (tips=cash only) AND Venmo!

Came here without a reservation and only waited around 15 minutes on a busy weekday afternoon. The staff is well-trained and very welcoming. The place is big and clean. They offer a variety of nail polish colors! Friendly reminder that tips are cash only! Check in on Yelp for $5 discount.

My normal place was closed due to it being Labor Day so I thought Id give this place a try and Im very glad I did. Had a wonderful Classic Pedicure with Lily, she paid great attention gave my a wonderful massage and really cleaned up my cuticles. Ill definitely be coming back. It was also extremely clean and quiet which I really appreciated!!!!

Most amazing caring loving people on earth here! Plus they do an amazing job on nails! If I could give them 100 stars I would. My 17 year old went to get her nails done here yesterday well during the process my daughter started feeling sick and ended up passing out and throwing up. They went into immediate action took her phone found mom in her contacts and called me to tell me she was very sick. They stayed with her in the bathroom, cleaned her face, held her hair, put oils on her back and took amazing care of her until I could get there! They have earned our business forever and we will recommend everyone to them!

This place is awful! My mom and I are weekly customers, and my sister came down to visit. They ruined her nails. Different size nails, barely any acrylic. Messed up shape. My sister literally was crying. She had a train to take and didnt have time to fix them. The entire set needed replacing. Instead of giving her money back, she have her 5 dollars in return. Saddest nail salon Ive been to. They also lost 2 loyal customers and hundreds of dollars when they couldve provided customer service and return her money. Its a good thing they set up shop where they can get the young naive teenagers money, because they would never last in a real place. The managerdoes not seem competent in knowing how to treat customers either. Not a good or reliable place to go, except Id u want bad service.

I made another appointment with a different nail tech, Nikki. She did a wonderful job! And helped me pick colors which is definitely one of the harder parts for me. Ill start by saying that the quality of the work on my one nail fix was so perfect, it doesnt match my other nails. Lily knows how to shape nails to perfection, and that is worth three stars alone. however, I waited over 15 minutes for lily to come back, even though i had called the previous day to set the appointment. I was coming on my lunch break, and the other employees were not giving me time of day save one girl who called Lily for me as I was waiting. That was after several minutes of standing at the register looking clueless however. They told me they didnt have nailforms even though Lily broke one out for me. I may wait a while before coming back here - I really felt like they were wasting my time in the beginning. But Lily knows what shes doing.

I went in to get a pedicure and it was my first time at Essence but I have to say that place is really nice. Everything was brand new and the staff was really nice as well. As a man most times when I get a pedicure I feel uncomfortable for whatever reason but I enjoyed my visit there! Definitely going back and the complementary wine didnt hurt either; LOL!

This place is clean, classy, friendly, affordable and great relaxed atmosphere. Amanda is THE BEST!!!!!! She asked how I wanted my nails done, gave me an excellent massage, did a FABULOUS job on my pedi. I had an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend Amanda at Essence Nail Studio!

Man cut my finger during manicure, they argued with my about inadequate work on my daughter’s nails instead of fixing it. Guess they haven’t learned customer service

The staff and management team is just amazing. I felt like I was a Princess getting pampered. I recieved a glass of vino and my feet were stoaking in warm freshly scented water. The place was clean and neat and I felt they took care of every customer being as busy as they were on a Saturday morning. I enjoy coming here and dont mind driving a half hour due to my experience. First visit – experienced a little sticker shock at the price ($45 gel mani, $65 gel pedi depending on the brand of polish you choose) but they did a great job and my nails lasted for two full weeks with no chipping or lifting.Second visit – I wanted the same results so I ponied up $120 (added some extras) for a gel mani/pedi but this time it was with a different technician and my nails were a MESS. Wow. I wasnt going to complain but I think the manager read the sadness on my face and offered a re-do so that was nice. Probably wont return though. Consistency is key!
