I went in to get acrylic nails and did not get the result I wanted. i was quite disappointed by the experience. I originally asked for a checkered pattern/coffin shaped nails and the price was settled at $77. the nail tech did one nail and i was not pleased by it because it looked nothing like the picture i showed her. so i settled for all black. as you can probably see in the photos the shape looks nothing like a coffin. Not only that, the nails are chipped and uneven. (they were already peeling off in less than a day) They look so chunky and horrible but i didn’t want to sit there for another 90mins just so she can do it all over again bc i needed to go somewhere else. i dont want to spread hate and bash on anyone but let’s just say i wont visit again for sure. fyi i paid $60 dollars for this.

First time ever and Im absolutely satisfied. This is definitely my new favorite spot. They do powder dip the correct way and I love how they turned out.

Only got waxing done. They were super quick to see me as a walk in even though they were pretty busy. But the wax was too hot and even though I mentioned it multiple times nothing changed. It left my skin pretty red. The shaping was pretty good tho

The service was exceptional.

I went with my best friend on my birthday. After dismissively claiming they would only be doing one of our sets that day, we had to wait around for them to *decide* to do both of our nails. They couldn’t do a single design I requested, and I had to settle for a plain color. The nails were sloppily polished and they were quick to get me out of their chair before my nails even dried. Within 2 weeks of having the nails, two of them lifted and fell off completely. Several of the nails were glued to my skin, and one of the nails required me to literally rip my nail and finger skin off to remove it. The glue was cheap and useless and their nail techs are poorly trained and unequipped to give proper acrylic manicures. This place will never see another dime of my money. I’ve had friends telling me since freshman year that this location had piss-poor service, but this was my first and last time experiencing it. If you need a manicure, find another location. Forreal.

My friends and I first time trying out this place and we loved it! They greeted us the minute we walk in and sat us near each bother so that was a plus. They had a wide variety of colors to choose from. We both had the gel Mani and it was fantastic! We came out very Happy and very impressed with this place!!

The salon lost one customer.Looks like the girl was doing pedicure for her first time. It took 1.5 hours to finish regular one.Another girl came to fix the previous person work but she was the same, just a little faster.

Ive been here several times for regular and shellac mani and pedi and Ive always been happy with the results. It sometimes gets really busy, so you might want to avoid busy hours or make an appointment. They are polite and professional. And the salon is neat and bright.

I went in for a fill, and they did a terrible job. They made all of the nails crooked and gave them all different shapes. They also made them all way too thin. They didnt have any fans to dry my nails under, so they told me to sit in the shop for 10 minutes so they could dry. I stayed a little bit longer than that just to be safe and even after an hour of sitting at home the nails were still tacky and bubbles in them. I got white nail polish and when it finally dried, it turned into an off-white/yellowish color. This all leads me to believe that the nail polish was super old. Also, because the nails were way too thin two of them broke within the week. I went in to have them fix the first broken one, and they did a terrible job shaping it. They didnt even take off the remainder of the broken nail. They just added onto it and you could clearly see where the break had been. After the second one broke I just decided to take them all off because they looked terrible and I knew that would keep breaking.

Very pricey, staff is rude and they barely speak English so sometimes they don’t understand what you want and end up doing something you don’t like. Also, they only do easy nails but if you want something more elaborated they will refuse to do it. And again, very, very pricey for what they do.

The services are pretty much provided at market rate. I left with a good manicure and pedicure for about $40 (including tip). The staff has always been professional and courteous to me. No complaints here!

Ive been to four of of the Happy Nail locations in Irvine and this one is my favorite. Very friendly and efficient. Can be a bit noisy and wish the music was more spa-like and relaxing. Im a loyal client of Cassandra.

I never like going to a Happy Nails. My friend had picked this out and I did not know it was a Happy Nails of course they did not do the callus removal correct and they nitpick and up charge you for every little thing. They totally screwed up my friends acrylic nails and instead of them making them almond they were piercing sharp and long

When I leave in there, my nails are really happy. Employees are doing their job perfectly. You will not be regretful. Before you go, you should take an appointment ! Dont forget

I’m very unhappy with this Happy Nails. I walked in for pedicure and asked about pricing. I was told one thing, but when I was paying I was told another, higher price! For what I paid, I could have had a mani-pedi at my regular place. I don’t recommend this location nor their services!

I wanted a medium full set and got a short bulky square set :( the lady that did my nails did not check to see if they were even she just did them, they use way too much acrylic on the nails which makes the nails too wide and bulky. They are really slanted and not square more like leaning tower. I am really sad about this because for the price the work is not worth it

Never go there for eyebrows. I had very good thick eyebrows and Julie just removed it all ! Now they look so silly - short, abruptly thin. I am so irritated and angry. I told her precisely what needs to be done and she just did it her way ! Very disappointed!

Receptionist was rude. Toe nails came out all different length and unevenly cut. Nail technician was very nice, but she did not do what asked.

This place was not bad but I wouldnt say it was the greatest. They did a good job on my nails but they just seemed rude. Service wasnt good, they do whatever they want to try to charge you for anything. It was clean and I did like my nails, I guess I just mostly had a problem with there service. It was my first time here and I didnt leave the place loving my nails. All of my nails were different lengths and some werent even straight. When my nail polish dried there were a ton of bubbles. Plus they charge for wvery little thing! They were kind of rude to my friends as well. I am never going nack
