Great prices and wonderful work!!! I love happy nail!!! They have massage chairs while they do your feet. They offer gel nails, you can request flowers and the such. Fun stuff !!!

The worst Happy nails branch. The manager is so rude and unsocialized. She passed me to someone else whose hand was shaking so she didnt do it clean& also hurt me when she was filing. she asked me to pay when she wasnt even done!If you want to waste your money, go there.Im so upset about my experience in that location.

We had a great experience and happy nail salon today it was three of us sitting next to each other we had about six people six lovely staff doing the work and the lovely work and the manager was so kind and understanding that she accommodate everything in the arse for your wife and a view inside and the light is amazing this is definitely the best happy meal so no one in Irvine appreciate it all the work the chairs and the price is extremely clean the bathroom are perfect condition thank you happy nails

Hey guys, pls do not go to this salon I really had a pathetic experience! It is very difficult to communicate with the stuff because they don’t understand English that well. And secondly what design I wanted she literally did everything opposite I’m very disappointed with the service. Also the work was very untidy, overall THE WORST SALON

I stopped in after work and they seated me immediately. I was quite surprised by their prices for a gel Mani and color change my toes . Very affordable! Kinda depressed place. Every workers looks down or unhappy. It was kinda weird. Also, the lady who did my nail made me disappointed.

I go to this place only when theres zero alternative for me since they always do an unsatisfactory job.For example, I went there today to do a gel french manicure. The manicurist didnt greet or have eye contacts during the whole time which I dont mind. But when she did the french tips, she didnt ask my opinion about the thickness neither did she let me look at my fingernails. She immediately hold and pushed my hand under the UV and proceeded. When I took out my nails they were uneven and I asked if she could clean and make the spiky edges smooth. She replied she couldnt do it with an irritated tone, and that I should have told her before the UV light! I was shocked and felt almost that I bothered her. She did the same thing with my other hand and they came out sloppy.I try to stay away from this nail spa as much as possible.

Way way to expensive for gel color. $17.99 for hands NOT including but additional to the manicure $22.00 for feet NOT including the pedicure. Work is mediocre. Wont use theyre services anymore.

I just has my nails done yesterday. Gel manicure and regular pedicure. Even after having them put gel builder on my nails to make the gel stronger I’ve already lost one whole nail. It’s been 24 hours and I now have to look for a redo and i currently landed in another state.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! I have been to other happy nails and NEVER have I been charged so much for a fill. I have never paid more than $30 for a fill!!! They charge $35 plus $5 for a cut down(reasonable for a cut down). The nail refill is mediocre. I’ve had other set 100 times better and for $25 and that’s including the cut down. Serves me right for coming here.

I have been going here for almost 14 years. I mostly get pedicures so thats all I can review on... I have never left here feeling dissatisfied.

Not impressed! Came in for a pedicure and got a lady who couldn’t have cared less about my experience. I bought the most expensive package ($51) then was charged an extra ($25) for gel, and another ($5) for a French. I’m not usually one to complain but if I’m paying for a $75 pedicure I expect at least a good massage. Not only did she not do a good massage, she didn’t rub my feet, and left all the gunk she put on my feet in between my toes! I don’t know about you but to me that’s a pretty important part of a pedicure. I was treated as though I was bothering her. I won’t be back! Really crappy service!!!

Rude, didnt listen to how I wanted nails shaped looked awful. I felt like I was bothering her like she had something else to do. I went home and soaked them off.

The other reviews say it all. I was happy with the outcome of my nails, cant complain there! but they do a great job at making you feel uncomfortable. They charge extra for every little thing. There are better places out there, dont waste your time coming here.

They recently went under renovation and salon now has more space, more fine and relaxing chairs, good service and friendly. I go at least 2 times a month. Great place for great main and pedis for a decent price.

I had a horrible experience there! I got my eyebrows waxed and got severe burns. My eyes were burning and were swollen for almost a week. Even if they charged less for the mistake that they committed, still it costed me a lot as I had to rush to an urgent care. I had to take antibiotics for it and I couldn’t sleep for nights because of the irritation. I was looking horrible for the event for which I got it done.

Much better service than the one on Harvard. Theyre nicer and theres more estheticians working in case theres a lot of people wanting to get their nails done. Facility is clean and very welcoming.

For some reason I was asked to pay in the middle of my pedicure/manicure, despite seeing other customers pay after their nails were done. Im certain this was because Im black. I was also promptly asked to leave as soon as the top coat was applied to my toenails, even when I asked to use a fan or at least wait until my nails were dry. While I was impressed by the prices, the customer service needs ALOT of work

Nails looked nice, but way too expensive. Ended up charging me more than quoted. And the receipt made no sense.

Unhappy nails. Asked for square rounded shape, got square, requested even length, had to file it down when I got home, asked for top coat got nothing. All the while Joannie managed to take a 3 minute phone call and a 5 minute break during the manicure. Come on, we all have bad days but this was horrendous service. Just plain rude, inconsiderate and bad customer service.

I always bring my sister here to get her nails done or her eyebrows done and for some reason the ladies always have something negative to say or talking about my sister right in front of her.
