Don’t let the man do your nails

Nail paint was coming off after 2 days....even after doing the dipping powder.

They kept doubling the price without telling me until the end and then continued to lie about it. Also, the quality was low and it was very painful. He wasn’t paying attention and would cut my fingers with his tools.

Absolutely terrible customer service from Anthony .Two stars because the nails I ENDED UP with were rather pretty.Went in, was quoted 50 dollars for pink and white dip nails. 55 for coffin shape.I asked told him I wanted gradient nails. Natural pink and white.He points to a few swatches, a hot pink and white gradient one and a couple glitter gradient and says Ombre nail, very beautiful. I said Yes! But I dont like hot pink for winter. I want natural.He says Okay, natural pink and white dip nails.I replied Yes.He starts the process and later I look down and realize that he had already given me 5 french tips in coffin shape! Way too much white space and it was lumpy and gross.I quietly explained that I did not think he understood what I meant and would like to do something else.The response was ALARMING. He set down his tools, became angry and rude started shouting to his coworker Tammy I TOLD HER FROM THE BEGINNING. NOW SHE DOESNT LIKE THEM. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I TOLD HER FROM THE BEGINNING in front of all the other customers. She came over and tapped his arm and said something sharply in another language before turning to me and apologizing and helping me come to a solutionHe ANGRILY and ROUGHLY DRILLED my hands to take off his shoddy work, while yelling that I should have said something earlier. He went far as to say I WASTED HIS TIME. AI was incredibly anxious and embarrassed, as other women were laughing at me being yelled at by the manicurist and his coworker sheepishly watching across the salon and trying desperately to fix it.Nice atmosphere, plenty of happy patrons but one very rude and disrespectful employee. Do not go to him.

The lady I had was very nice & friendly. I find a lot of these Asian nail salons dont really want to talk to you unless youre a regular my gal was really nice unfortunately the Polish started chipping & peeling away within 2 days perhaps they need better quality polishes.

Anthony is amazing and always does a phenomenal job with my nails. Wonderful and friendly staff and management! Love this place and have been coming here for years!!!

Great nails that last. Pedicures could be given with more effort. Clean and relaxing.

I was looking for a local nail salon to quickly get my nails done - and I stumbled upon this place. Tammy and Anthony were so incredible! Anthonys sense of humor made me feel immediately comfortable with the place - their careful precision, stylistic options, and excellent customer service will definitely bring me back here again. Ive been going to Nails Paradise for years and wouldnt go any place out.

The most wonderful and skill full artist in the whole wide. So patient and he listens to what the client requests. I would highly recommend Anthony to everyone he totally rocks!!

The worst place I never be. Be careful about Anthony. His nail looks like leuconychia . And he did My nail without gloves. I am really concerned if he have license or not. So worried right now.

If I could give a 0 I would. My girlfriend came in and got berated and yelled at when this dump of a facility decided to give her not only the wrong acrylic nails, but then proceeded to yell at her in front of the entire store.Anthony decided to give her a completely different style than she asked for. Not to mention her cuticles were bleeding after getting her nails done.DO NOT GET ANTHONY IF YOU DO HAPPEN UPON THIS LOCATION.When she returned to the store she was then refused a redo and had to then beg for them to change it until they told her they would only reshape the nail.I will go out of my way to make sure that all of my family and friends NEVER return to this joke of an establishment. The worst customer service I have ever heard of.

Got to my first acrylic here. The lady who did my nails looked like the owner. I was scared at first because she went so fast, but turned out it was because she’s good at it and could afford to go at that speed. The acylic looked amazing, just like as if I had long natrual nails. The color of the gel was suppose to be red, but turned out pink, but who knows maybe it’s time I changed up my style. Love it :)). Also, can we just talk about the price. Like, damn that was cheap for acylics.

My friend and I went to get our nails and had a reservation, we asked that 2 spots be available when we get there. When we went in for our appointment, there was only 1 spot available and I had to wait another 10 minutes until being seated a far distance from my friend. I asked for matte, which can be done with a top coat and is free at most salons, although I was charged an extra $5 here. I then asked for an almond shape, and that would have been another extra $5. When she used the drill thing for my acrylics, she would often hit my cuticle. The lady that did my nails was the owner and if the owner can barely do decent acrylics, I doubt the other workers would be able to. When she applied the topcoat for the matte, my nails were not even dry and it made the bristles of the topcoat red, and she was whiping the bristles on a piece of paper towel, and maybe that is why my nails are not matte, but glossy. Overall an aweful experience.

Took my wife there for eyelash extensions, she was so happy with the results .Thanks to Tammy.

There was almost no massage during mani pedi usually all places do about 5 mins. It took them a really long time to get the acrylics out. Also the manager was constantly talking and frowning which was quite annoying.

I took my wife in here to get her manicure done and she was really impress with how my manicure turn out! It was just perfect!

Traveling from out of town recently. I often stop for mani/pedis when traveling, and this was by far the best. Staff was friendly and listened to my requests. I wanted to relax, but didnt want to be in there all afternoon - it was the perfect atmosphere for that. I only wish it was closer to home. From now on, I will accommode my travel plans to include this salon. Hopefully, very soon.

The staff are very friendly and gentle. Ill be back next Im in town.

I started to walk into this salon and was overwhelmed by fumes. Turned around, went elsewhere.
