I got a dip manicure with a simple gel design. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the gentleman who did my nails didnt do the exact design I showed him, but it was lovely nonetheless. The place was clean -- everyone wore masks and gloves, and there are clear, plastic wall panels in front of every pedicure seat and manicure table.*I especially loved the professionalism -- I came in 10-15 minutes late (with an appointment), but the staff was still very kind (front desk offered water and guided me towards my seat).

The service was very bad and the nail techs were rude. It was way too over priced too.

I feel like its a nice place, friendly employees, and OK service. But the full set of nails and pedicure I got..... Not the greatest.I got cut with the file two times. The nail lengths are not consistent and the ombre is not a smooth transition. The sides on a few nails are missing the clear polish as well.The pedicure - crooked cut nails, spotty polish, the nails were not smoothed out.I was expecting more based on the high prices. I think when I get a fill on my hands I will try someplace else out. It was clean, relaxing, felt pretty comfortable, so I give it good marks for that.I read great reviews for vannie here but I got a nice gentleman named paul(?) for nails and Michelle for pedicure. I wont go back for those techs. And I still tipped really good because they spent a lot of time on me but they just didnt go a great job.

Always very clean and always friendly, a plus in my book! A little nervous about getting nails done but wore my mask and everyone else had theirs on also. Plexi glass dividers make it a different experience for everyone so be understanding that it may not be exactly what youre use too, close and still relaxing!!💞💞💞💅🤙

Worst customer service by all but one. This was my first time at this salon and will be my last. They discriminate against anyone and everyone that they don’t think can afford their services or tip well. So, dress your best if you want anything more than a manicure. The woman at the front desk was mean, racist and humiliating. Because of the way I was dressed, I was denied waxing. They said that “nobody knew how.” I witnessed other women in sweats walking in be denied service too. This was my experience. The one man that did do my nails, I tipped him very well. Images should never judge a book by its cover.

Pedicure was great, and I brought in my own polish. But their manicurist did a terrible job. I also picked a color from their selection. Not only did the color literally fall off starting the next day, it was also clumpy and thick. The price? $65 + tips. Not going there again. My pedicurist: Ill give 5 Stars. The manicure: only one so they ended up with a 3 which I thought was fair.

Really Good! I just came upon this place by chance and I’m so glad I did. They do really good work here and pay attention to the details. Lan was very sweet. I’ll be back!

Michelle did a great job, and was very thorough on my pedicure. I walked in and they were able to take me right away. In and out in just over an hour. Michelle also had suggestions for art and colors and has great taste! Thanks Michelle, great job!

Bad customer service! Unclear on phone, got a text with free birthday pedicure and they did not want to honor it. Better of with Happy Nails. Had 2 bad experiences there thats it now. Never again.

I was super excited to come here and it was great for a while then my nail lady became lazy and the nails weren’t as great as they were mi this before. I enjoy the Newport location the most. The IRVINE location wasn’t close to it.

Rude and Unprofessional! I made a group reservation a month in advance and put down a deposit-- they called the day before and cancelled because another party added more people before us. Unreal-- left me scrambling last minute and they showed no empathy.

Michelle did the dip perfectly. Everyone was great!

Vannie is the best, any artwork youd like, she can do. Staff is always pleasant and the store has a nice relaxing vibe.

I did a luxury manicure and pedicure which was terrible. My toenails was so short that few of them bleed and I couldn’t wear shoes! As the matter of the fact I still have to wear sandals. I know things can happen but I am very disappointed with the management who did not bother to follow up with me even though they saw the pictures!!!!

Over-priced. Acrylic nails popped off after less than 2 weeks. Friendly and clean. Sterilize equipment! No fungus!

My wife has drags me along for occasional pampering, I get the mens mani-pedi and I have been to several salons. I have most enjoyed Images over all other salons I have received services.My wife is always happy with the treatments she receives she loves Vannie and Mike, and I have referred them to others.

Me and my friends got the nails done in 2 days ago, I love the way they did for me, very clean and creative art.. nice service and nice area too.
