Absolutely loved my experience at Unique Nails. Ana did my pedicure and she was amazing and fixed one of my nails that were accidentally smudged. And definitely handled me being ticklish very well 😂 Terry came in on his day off and did my nails. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I honestly love how mine turned out way more that the picture I showed him. If you want a nice and friendly atmosphere to get your nails done this is the place to go!

My friends and I went in and the staff was amazingly accommodating even when it was busy! I’ve gone to many nail salons and I can say with confidence Unique Nails provided the best service by far and AMAZING nail art. They worked on my nails well after closing and typically nail salons will rush to finish up but Terry continued his work and created the best work I’ve seen by far. Terry and Lan are amazing acrylic nail artists and the entire staff was so kind and sweet. I’ll be recommending them to all my friends and family and I look forward to coming back soon. Lan was fantastic! One of the most beautiful sets Ive ever had, I had a broken nail in my last set and I should have asked her to replace it because it hurts a little bit, but it looked so gorgeous that I couldnt, since she would have had to start over

The nails dont match in shape really, from my left to my right hand, but they are pretty still if youre not too picky. The gel is a bit thick. But Im sure next time will be better.

I had such a bad experience 😕 the lady cut me with the nail file.She was more worried about what her coworkers were talking about and who came in and out and she kept filing my toes instead of my toe nails. My toes look horrible and I paid $58 dollars not worth the money.

I booked online and called to double check my appointment was confirmed. I spoke with someone to come at the the time of appointment. I drove from Huntington Beach 15mins away. I get told they double booked themselves and cant attend me. Such a waste of my time.

Vivian was the best nail technician I’ve ever had! She was detail oriented and a perfectionist. I actually don’t enjoy getting my nails done because usually they’re done so quickly in order to get to the next person that they don’t do a professional job...Vivian was making sure nails were even and perfect every step of the way. I had my first manicure here. Everything went well. The only thing was when I walked in a lady rushed me and had me sit in a chair. I asked to have my nails painted coral and showed her a picture of the color. She looked at the different colors and picked out an orange color which is not the same color. I looked myself and picked the right color. The only down side.

I made a last-minute appointment day-of and they took me in a very timely fashion. They put a Netflix movie on and let me relax as they started on my mani and pedi. Massage chairs are very comfortable as well. Not to mention how beautiful my nails turned out!

This place is a great value! I recommend Annie. Her work is really detailed and nice. I have short af nails so its really hard to paint gel, but Annie didnt miss a spot!Parking is always packed so go before the lunch/ dinner rush!

Love this place now. I went here to get a manicure and pedicure done for my company Xmas party. It looks super nice with the design and color. Some of my co-workers love it. Thank you to Unique Nails. Believe it or not I enjoyed the 10 -15 minutes massage. I definitely come here again. By the way, thank you for the soft drinks.

Do not go here for a massage. I went with a group of friends and while they got their nails done, I got a 15 minute neck and shoulder massage. the lady did it in a desk chair, not an actual massage chair, which caused my posture to be in a painful position during the massage. Also, she hardly even touched my shoulders. Just kept doing the same things on my neck, so it didn’t even feel very good. Also, the chair I was in was right underneath the TV and my friend told me the lady massaging me was just watching TV the whole time, not even focused on what she was doing. Absolutely not worth the money. Not a relaxing experience at all. You should definitely go somewhere else if you’re looking to get a massage.

The nails are great! They fit me in and stayed open past their regular hours to accommodate me. But the service took a really long time (2+ hours).

I havent made an appointment and they always accommodate me... everything is clean and they have good service.

I have never heard them turn someone down. It was 5:40pm on a Sunday (they close at 6:00 Sunday’s) and they worked overtime to give mani pedis to a group of four with no reservations. The prices are very inexpensive. Great location. The sweetest technicians. Small and comfortable environment.

First time I went there they did a fabulous job with my first acrylic manicure. I went to get it touched up two weeks later and the first person did not seem comfortable working with acrylic which I learned too late. I was switched to 3 different manicurists. I ended up having to take off the acrylic completely and left with no polish because my nails were so weak. Disappointed.

I love this place they are always available and very professional. the salon is clean and they communicate well. Helen did my pedicure and she did a great job. My girlfriend has been coming to Mindy the owner for years before she owned this salon and she wont go anywhere else. Mindy is the best at nails and my girls always enjoys her time here. prices are good and the environment is lively. we love unique nails!!!

Recently new to the area, I found this place through yelp, and am pleased to say yelp did me right. The ladies here are very nice, they can get you in and out quickly if you want them to, but they are also more than willing to chat it up.

I love Unique Nails! I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I wont go anywhere else. I learned not to go anywhere else the hard way, no other measures up to Unique Nails. Youll regret going to a different salon. Their work is impeccable and theyre the sweetest ladies.

Lack of communication & management, my friend and I had an appointment when we walked in, right after us another lady walks in with the same time appointment, the lady that took my friend seemed overwhelmed with work she started with my friend however, I was still waiting for one of the techs to work on my nails later, I realize that they took the customer that walked in after me and they started working on her nails while I walked in earlier and waited longer than 45 mini, unfortunately I’ve never had such an experience you come first you get served later even with an appointment had to leave and get service elsewhere.

It was the my worse experience ever .very unpleasant and painful. The nail polish was expired also .when I explained my concerns the manager ( which was a man )was very rude and non understanding . No star for me.

I cant even remember the extreme pain I felt the day before. I told her she should massage athletes. She knows reflexology and applied it quite successfully. I also have super great looking toenails and bright-red fingernails done by Trina. She is also a true professional with sharp attention to detail. This is my new go to spot for aesthetic and overworked-muscle emergencies.

Not going to this place again first they said it’s 35 I asked again n the guy said uhmmm it’s 40 ok they over charge u they are unprofessional I only got acrylic gel nails so I got to the place I asked again how much they said 38 😒like really so it was time to pay I paid and the guy charged my credit card n he charged me 93 wow wow hold up it told him u said it was 38 he said oh yes I made a mistake sorry so he was acting like he fixed the problem so he said put ur card in again he charge me 38 so I left but I checked my bank account n it said he changed me 93 plus 38 so this means if ur not paying attention he can take ur money without noticing so I went back n made him cancel and the payment he made I’m not going there any more don’t waste your timeP.s I had to come to this place because it was the only one open late and I had a party to go to the next day

Horrible never going back. I went in for a gel manicure, the nail tech got glue all over my finger I did not even have acrylics. She did not even bother to clean it off I had to clean it off my self. Save your money go to another salon!

Very unprofessional staff. As soon as I walked in, I was rushed into a chair and given no time to choose a gel color before the staff member (male) proceeded to pry my acrylic tips off of my hand without soaking the acrylics off. The staff member was in such a rush that when he found my pinky acrylic tip too difficult to rip off with another acrylic tip, he literally gauged the pointed end of a pair of nail clippers into my nail to get under the acrylic to pry it off, stabbing into my actual pinky nail. It hurt so bad that I screamed and pulled my hand away. All he did was say oops and splashed on a few drops of antiseptic on the puncture wound. I was not warned thereafter that continuing with a gel manicure was going to burn my injured finger every time I had to put my hand into the uv lamp. If that wasnt bad enough, I wasnt given any discount on my gel manicure--so I really paid $30 for a half assed gel manicure and a stabbed finger. It was super uncomfortable having the front desk guy literally watch as I entered my card into the chip reader to see if Id leave a tip, too. I felt unreasonably pressured to give a tip even though the other staff member injured my finger.Dont go here. Just dont. The glass of wine is not worth the money you’ll waste on a horrible experience.

They take too many appointments in and then rush and do a poor job. My nails were crooked and I had to reshape myself at home.
