Absolutely great service. I made an appointment to change my tire because I thought it needed replacing. It was gonna cost me close to 200. They found out that there was just a screw in my tire. Rather than replacing my tire and charge me the original price they fixed it for less than 30. I dont trust auto repair shops because they try to squeeze every ounce of income from their customers. These guys dont - they care and I will always take my car here and recommend it for all my friends!

I made an appointment with Best- One of Indy Thursday July 8th 2021 at 1pm. When I called it was already 1:15. Brandon the manager said come on in even though I was about half an hr late. When I arrived Aaron took good care of me. His customer service was 100% excellent. I was getting 2 tires. However Aaron told me a friend of mine Brian was paying for 2 more tires. It was a surprise! I was Elated with Joy! The service was quick and Awesome! You guys are The Best!

They communicated with us on what was going on, how much it was going to cost, and also gave use options when available. These guys were great I was plowing snow and got a flat at 6:45 am and had to get it fixed quick they opened the doors right at 7:00 am the garage was full with cars I thought it was going to be a while but these guys took my Truck around back and I was thinking they wont have a tire because they are a odds size that have to handle a lot of weight but I didnt have to worry about that when I wad thinking these guys are going to try to get me for a set of tires I couldnt have been more wrong the next thing I know they repaired my tire that was off the rim when I rolled in to the store gave me super cheep fix and I was back on the road plowing snow the store manager and the technician that worked on my tire were great I couldnt of asked for any better service with all the snow we just had and with that being said I wont go anywhere else for my tire needs thanks again tou guys were great !!!!!

We were able to get tires quickly when we needed them, with good communication and service! A few months later I ran over a nail and damaged my tire. They repaired it for free and really took care of me!

They were so helpful. I had a broken hub bearing and they fixed it quickly and even called me after to explain exactly what they did. They also reassured that if I hear any noise to call and let them know. I would highly recommend this place.

It would Have Been 5 stars But this Best One of Indy is New To Me I was Going To The Castleton Shop And Loved It. I Didnt Feel Welcomed In This Shop I Am A Woman of Color And Felt the time for someone to Ask What I needed Was too long Made The Appointment for The Next Day and That was fine But when I Gave The Man cash in His Hand He Didnt Place The Cash Back in Mine He Placed It On The Counter. I am Old Enough To Know or Feel Disrespected in the Action. Maybe if This company doesnt want Black People In the shop they may need to close the doors. Thank You for Listening.

Place was recommended by a friend, they had been going for years. Decided to give them a try and so far have been happy with my few visits. The most recent of which I had some engine work done and after picking up the vehicle the issue came back while driving it home. I turned back around and took the car back and was able to pick it back up the next day. Even when things go wrong on their end they are quick to fix it. Appreciate the fast turnaround times and their pricing. Will continue to go back.

Made and appointment just case they were too busy, because they are good! I was in and out in no time for my oil change. The only thing I would ask more of, is feedback on if it looked bad upon changing or not, if that is such a thing (I would think so).

Got a screw in my tire. Went in expecting to have to replace all 4 since my vehicle is AWD, but these guys saved the tire and were able to repair it. Super friendly, communicated very well before, during, and after the service, and saved me a ton of money!

This is a good place to go, friendly staff and quality work. However, it is getting very difficult to get in here. I think they missed an opportunity to expand (lobby could also use a remodel) and now a lot of new competition has entered the area. Since I couldnt get in here without making an appointment several days in advance, Ive gone to Belle Tire twice for service and got right in with a similar quality of overall service (and a brand new, nice and clean building).
