Boss shop in Indianapolis is very slow the mechanics standing around smoking cigarettes and doing nothing I will never come back to this place and I don’t recommend any one to go there

Can’t start any work till we fax back a form with are card # on it.We tried sending a fax from 3 different places and it would not go through.They would not except a email of the form.No one uses faxes anymore!Very frustrating!

I got my oil changed here with trailer grease and steer tire rotation on June 18 2019. I asked for a CAT oil filter and i got a Baldwin. SMH. I asked for the trailer to be greased but they only greased the landing legs. SMH. Price came out to $309.00 everything else was dont right except the wrong oil filter was put on and the trailer axles were not greased.

Work is very slow. Dont be in a hurry. 2.5 hours to replace an airbag with no line.

By far the worst experience in my entire life, guy by the name Brett was not only rude, he’s 200% unprofessional!! If it were up to me I’d make sure he never works anywhere ever!!!

People were very friendly and service was quick and effective. My only critique would be that some staff enjoyed their job more than others. The night crew works a lot slower than the day crew and seem that they need a little extra help and push. Other than that great and would definitely come back.

Worst place to take it your truck to fix everyone there is mean and rude including their manager and they don’t have any respect at all for customers stay away from this shop their mechanics are lazy not doing their job properly and wasting your time and money.I wouldn’t recommend anyone there stay away if you could guys......

I try and push off whatever repairs I need until I can get to this shop. the guys are great definitely one of the beat shops Ive ever been too. the techs are how you would expect theyre hard working and fun I feel like Im always being taken care of and at an excellent price. best shop hands down from service writers to management.

A short in the wiring. Turn signals became 4-ways. They were unable to figure it out. Auto-adjust brakes had a faulty slack adjuster. They were fair in saying it would be pricey to repair that night. An adjustment and recommendation to get it to the shop of choice.

Had two tires on my truck flat. One was being replaced with a spare the other one was patched up. It took two full hours to do that. It is unfathomable how a human being is capable to move so slowly! Imagine what happens if you decide to replace all 8 drive tires. They will need two shifts to get that done.

I called the shop but they were busy, the lady told me to call stranded towing, wow I wish I never took her advice. Over $1200 for 3 batteries, when it clearly was a battery issue because the truck was dumped on us by a driver 3 days ago. The prices are ridiculous. Dont use Stranded Towing. Nice guy but he will definitely get you.

Got us in quick. Completed everything on our list within a reasonable timeframe.

I walked into this place to get a couple of parts and they didnt have him not only that the mechanic was too busy to do anything I didnt see anything in the shop that doesnt mean I wasnt busy busting down tires or something but I think everything in Indianapolis kind of sucks and it just seems like a Real pain i* t** a** to get anything done

I had new batteries installed here. Every staff member I interacted with was very nice to deal with. They happened to not be overly busy and got me taken care of right away. Im always leary about getting work done away from home. I felt I got a very fair price. Keep up the good work!

If it is possible, Id make 0 stars!I was there for broken blue line. I have asked over the phone, they said $40 for hose plus half an hour labour to put glenheads. After that, they gave me invoice $115 for labor, $15,50 for shop supply and $40 for blue line hose, which ended $174.37 with tax included.I have asked them several times why is 1 hour charge instead half an hour ( I have recorded call ) as well as what is supply for $15.50?DONT GO THERE, THEY ARE THIEVES !!!

Leveling valve replacement, In and out

Well for being a Saturday with only 1 mechanic on duty, I had pretty low expectations for a quick job, took bout an hour and half to get 2 air cab shocks replaced. Waited 30 mins to get in shop. Had to keep an eye on mechanic to make sure he didnt damage the electrical sender for the fuel level. Aside from that did a decent job. Dont be shocked if u have dirt prints on your fuel tanks lol.

If you go to this place dont let touch to your truck old man named Lance. He will not fix it properly. He makes wrongly and he does not accept his mistake then starts to shout at you and will say bad words. Its really unprofessional. Instead ask younger mechanics ( name is Joe) they are very kind and doing good.

Every time price change, s0me time discount, next time the take back you last discount money, i change oil semi truck and air check, shop sply and environmental fees $ 19.90 lot of product just making money just air check $ 27.69 with tax too expensive, if you have semi truck first check price then change oil otherwise they kill you,

So crooked. Completley effed my husband out of $5,000 not to mention lost work time. Dont go here EVER!

Would like to give the Boss Shop, a Thank you and job well done one of the main guys ( John ) and the whole team was Great, needed our air conditioner replaced in our Semi and they did it in about 4 hours, and the bill was very reasonable. . THANKS AGAIN

Worst place. I brought my truck for flex exhaust replacement they said it will take 2 hours and sat me down for almost 22 hours. When I ask what’s going on they don’t care. Finally I had to leave with out nothing. They waisted my time lazy service no work done on my truck.

Stopped for a wiper blade that the company is buying and asked for some air in one tire. Sure they said would you like it repaired. No thankyou i said. So i asked to be rang up so i can get the express code. We have to wait until the mechanic putting the air in puts the AIR A TIRE FEE on there. I told them i wasnt paying for air. They yelled over pa stop putting air in that tire he isnt going to pay. What the hell

On 1/18/2015, I needed a trailer light fixed. Called ahead and was told I Would have to wait one hour. After driving there and waiting the hour, I was then told Sorry, but we close at 11 pm. We cant fix your trailer light tonight. I was sent out of there without service.

I went here for land star inspection, they failed me for minor oil leak, one of the inspectors made estimate $2000 that is extortion, i refused to authorise them.

Checked in at 1230 now 530 for trailer light to be replaced what a joke still not in shop
