Bravo to Casey for the do right on behalf of the customer attitude! My wife, two dogs, and I are on a month long RV trip out West. Two days ago wheel sensor lights began to come on coupled with check engine light. I called four Mercedes and five Frieghtliner shops, from Columbus west to Indy and ONLY Casey would listen to the real trouble we were experiencing and invited us in to see if they could help. Yes they were packed with work like all of the others BUT because I worked him through the symptoms and he took the time to listen, he was willing to go with his hunch that it was something that could be diagnosed rapidly and repaired quickly. He was right and we are so thankful. All the others just quoted their weeks wage time.

The only place I would ever take my car! The service department is so friendly and helpful. Whether it’s routine maintenance, having my car detailed or random notifications on my GL, they’re always timely, courteous and explain thoroughly what needs to be done. Even for a simple parking lamp light replacement, I pulled in unannounced, and the technician came out and replaced it on the spot even though I’m sure he had a million other things to do. The same was true the day my daughter took our car through the car wash for the first time and forgot to turn the automatic wipers off. They ripped right off the car and she drove straight to the dealership. The tech came out, put her mind at ease and replaced them quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t love this store more and I’m so grateful they’re close by for everything we need when it comes to our vehicles.

I took my 2016 SLK in for diagnostics. Everyone was very nice. However, I was told that everything was fine. However, whatever they hooked up to my car caused my headlights to go out on the passenger side. I have replaced the battery and some of the fuses, swapped light bulbs from one side to the other and cleaned the ground connection and still nothing has corrected the problem.I called them three times and left messages and have not gotten a call back to correct this. I dont know what the process is for diagnosing problems with a car but I would think a company that cared about its clients would make sure to correct a problem that was caused by its equipment or the technician. Which this wasnt even a problem before I took it in for service.

I called in to get information on a vehicle posted online. I selected sales and a salesman answered and I asked for the internet department. He said what do you need? so I answered Do you have an internet Department? in which he said rudely answer my question, what do you need? so again I said do you have an internet department? he then said we dont have any cars for you. and hung up on me!!!! So I called back and Dailed 0 for the operator and a lady answered. I asked for the internet department and she very rudely said I dont know what you are talking about Ive never heard of that before. so then I said Im trying to get info on a vehicle to purchase online and do you have a fleet or internet department? she then said... again, VERY rudely I dont know what you are talking about and have never heard of that before so I dont know what you want?. So I said it seems you dont have an internet department...someone in sales. :/ Both people were so rude that I cant imagine if thats how they act before you buy a car what happens if you have an actual issue afterwards???? HUGE training issuesEdited to add after response: What you are stating is completely untrue and now I am truly glad I didnt purchase a vehicle. Why would I call twice asking for the internet department if I was told originally that you didnt have one??? I have NO reason to post anything untrue and if management is dishonest about something like this, no wonder your sales people/receptionist are rude as well. Please read all your bad posts for the last 2 months... is everyone lying??? :/

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. Leo Williams was a pleasure to deal with and made the process easy and went out of his way to explain everything. After one week of ownership the vehicle had a minor service issue . Called service and spoke with Chris Cary and he did a great job of explaining the issue and taking the car in for service. Even had a new loaner.This dealer is top shelf and I really enjoy the craftsmanship and performance of this Mercedes!

Honestly, my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis was perfect. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the upmost respect, kindness and genuine interest. The staff worked so intricately together with such poise and professionalism that it solidified my confidence in my purchase. The sales manager, Scott, was excellent in all ways. He was knowledgeable about details of the cars, the financial process and was able to articulate all the information in such a way that I was able to comprehend and make the best decision possible. The service department was equally impressive. When I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless, fueled up and ready to go. Every service technicians that Ive had the pleasure working with are courteous, meticulous and knowledgeable. Stopped in today to look at a new Mercedes and was almost immediately told that I would need to pay $ 6,000 to $ 7,000 over sticker due to the vehicle shortage, chip shortage, etc etc etc. Thats a whopping 10% of the purchase price, just to say youre buying a new mercedes during the pandemic. Do you think the dealership is going to give you $ 6,000 more than your genuine Mercedes trade is worth in return? The gamesmanship, or shall we call it dishonest sales tactics, are truly astonishing. In that one single moment, they forever lost a customer. If this is the game folks, save your cash until the supply chain improves. Shame on this dealership for trying to take advantage of supply chain shortages during the pandemic. No excuse will serve to make this right. If Mercedes backs this behavior, then I have purchased my last Mercedes.

The service is really disappointing. I purchased the car about 1 year ago and I was facing problems with the paperwork of the car when I went for registration. When I asked the supervisor ‘Brad’ for the required paperwork, he replied ‘I don’t care’. I made a mistake choosing this dealership. I’m still trying to contact the management but they’ve left me hanging in the middle. I’m paying for the car I can’t even take it on the road.

I have leased 3 cars previously and bought a CLS53 in February 2020. The purchase experience was great BUT I recently called for a Service B.1- The appt time for not needing a loaner car was 2.5 weeks2- At time of drop off I reviewed the item I did not want performed with my Service B with the service agent, Jack Harrell.3- Six hours later I get a call that I have a tire that is dangerous with tread showing and 2 others that are low but okay at this time. They do not have a tire to replace it with in stock. (same issue had when I had a pothole flat in March 2021). The service agent told me it would most likely be Monday before the tire was there but they would be ready and get it on. I asked if it was possible to store care inside OR should I come and get it and bring it back. He assured me it would be stored indoors and if car was there it was a possibility if tire came on late truck on Friday it might be able to be picked up. You have my word.4- I was called on Friday late afternoon that my car was ready but there was not time for me to get there before closing. Mr Harrell said he understood and they would keep it inside and see me Monday morning.5- My husband goes to pick up car Monday and it has significant hail damage to panels and windshield. It was left outside. I went to great length to make sure this would not be the case on Thursday afternoon and Friday.6- After review of the invoice the item I declined was performed. I had been charged for 3 tires, not 1 tire. Upon further review I was there for a Service B and a Service C was performed.7- Mr. Harrell and the service manager, Mr. Griffin have apologized for the series of mistakes that were made. I had the filter refunded that I didnt want. If I dare I could let them touch my $88,000 investment again and get the 2 uncharged tires returned. That is it.I should contact my insurance regarding the hail damage. No offer to undo the mistake, fix the body work or windshield after clear communication the car was left out after stating it would be indoors- twice.I asked for a loaner car while body work being done-NOI asked for payment of my insurance deductible- NOI asked for information of how the service department would review the mistakes and prevent it to happening from another patron or myself again... No plan or advice.My husband, a successful professional in sales himself, contacted the sales agent just as an FYI.He left a message for the owner and a Sales manager called him, reiterated we needed to call our insurance company and as a token of goodwill they would give me $500, which I have not seen.THE ENDI spent $90,000 on car and $2800 on service there in last 14 months and now I have thousands of $$$ of hail damage that could have been prevented by my level of intelligence, problem prevention and proactive efforts. Their answer is Sorry, this is what the other dealers on the street are doing.- Service MangerHe could not even tell me why they would not do the body work after admitting the errors.

If you work for a living and are looking to buy a Sprinter on the weekend dont bother. The Sprinter team doesnt work weekends and nobody else in there will even attempt to help unless you push for it. I guess they just dont like money...

Jake in the parts department took my parts question to the senior technicians and called me with the solution the next day. Also was given a bill that was half the quote on the phone. I enjoy coming to the facilities here. Stop the complaints about Mercedes Benz, yes you have to pay a premium for the most recognized luxury car in the world. But hit the gas pedal on any i have driven and it shows why. Thank you Mercedes Benz for providing me the opportunity to fix my cars with your help. Unfortunately everything people say about WWM is true. I have been coming here for about 4 years now and although recently there is clearly an attempt to make improvements its still not even close to the Mercedes motto The best or nothing.Every time I come here there a mix-up or a bad customer experience and I dont understand how they can get it so wrong so consistently. I wont be coming back here again because we moving across state but today was was a classic example of why this place has the reputation that is does:1. Was in for a service appointment that was supposed to take less than an hour, 2 hours later I go and check for an update and car had been ready but the service rep didnt know about it.2. There was an elderly, disabled gentleman with a cane standing waiting for assistance from the service dept - nobody even acknowledged him while he stood there waiting for help, none of the service people were with anyone - they were all heads down looking at their computers.3. Same experience for me at the parts dept. I waited for 2-3 mins (not long I know) but 4-5 people were in there and there was no acknowledgement from anyone.This was a really good day for me at WWM. I dont want to go into details of past experiences but needless to say they have been far worse. I stopped coming here for general service unless I absolutely had to and instead went a garage up in Carmel that specialized in German cars - so much better and so much cheaper.Meanwhile at our Honda dealership in Fishers, the customer experience is night and day in comparison to Mercedes. Mercedes to should be embarrassed by WWM and Im so glad to be leaving to never have to experience them again.Good luck to you!

The Service and Integrity at MB of Indianapolis was great. I worked with Casey Cotter and then Jon Gore for the remainder of process. This was for maintenance and inspection.I currently own 3 MB cars and have some service by MB, by independent service facilities and service/repair by myself.On this 2001 CLK 430 with 155,000 miles, did a thorough inspection, replaced the Original radiator hoses and the belt among other items. Also had the interior cleaning since this car has grey leather and grey carpet (excellent results from the cleaning)....This car sets in storage and is rarely driven so I am selective on the amount I invest in this car.Results: While the car operates perfectly, I expected there would be other issues of wear, repair, etc. Jon explained that the items found did not require immediate repair, with the few miles that the car is driven.While the price for the Maintenance was higher than an independent service facility, as usual, there were no issues with service. And I have long term quality parts....In addition, there was no attempt to sell other repairs or other services.Also to note, this car was heavily hit/damaged at around 80,000 miles. MB Body Shop repaired it. At 155,000 miles, there are still zero squeaks and rattles and it is a convertible.This is why it is easy to recommend Mercedes Benz service and repair to others.

Went for car service. This happened second time in a row when I booked in advance for loaner and it was not available. They need to understand that people have other things to take care of rather than just getting dropped off at home, they cannot confirm for a loaner and when people show up for service, tell them that they are out of loaners. Cancelled my service & Never going back again!!!!

As their is only one Mercedes dealership in Indianapolis, They have a monopoly of their prices. Same cars are lot cheaper in Chicago. Never seen the worst dealership like this in my whole life. I visited twice with my family and both times, I felt discriminated as no one come to help us out as we saw most of the sales persons are doing nothing besides on their personal phones. Second time we have to call someone to show their vehicles.Anyone going in their must be very careful as they are very shady not to disclose everything. I put $1000 down to hold the vehicle for couple of days (didnt disclose its non refundable and I signed without reading in full faith). I asked them for my refund after 24 hours because of change in my personal situation .They refuse to refund any deposit.I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.I want to give them ZERO star or negative rating but this system not let me post this review until I put 1 star..

The service manager was kind enough to take time to listen to my issue. Took my benz e320 in for the check engine light and they stated a few things had to be fixed including a right air hose. Took it to the family mechanic and got it fixed cause they were half what the dealership was charging (which I understand). The check engine light was still on so took it back for another diagnostic, and not only did they say our family mechanic change the wrong hose, but added on the report that the left hose has not been replaced as previously recommended. I had asked the service manager why the report stated a different hose, he had some confusion as well. The manager then asked his service advisor, and the comment was a typo. A typo, that they wanted to charge me over 1000 dollars to get fixed. I wonder how many typos they have charged their customers over the years? Gotta know who you could trust, definitely not these guys!!! Find someone else, there are other repair shops in the area!!

If you are looking for quality or integrity, this Mercedes service dealer is not the one. Not only is Chris Cary arrogant, he is not very customer oriented. My Mercedes broke down 900 miles from home, you would think they would be willing to help. The answer i get is maybe we can look at today, but probably tomorrow. After we look at tomorrow it may take 2 to 3 days to get parts. That is unacceptable Spend an extra 7 days in Indy. Good to know that your dealership is as worthless as most Mercedes dealerships. Also Chris, before you call someone a douche bag make sure phone is hung up.

I cannot share enough how great Dave Z. is at Worldwide. They have had my car for a few weeks now while they diagnose and fix an issue and they have been so wonderful giving me a rental car, calling to update me often, asking how they can help me, etc. Dave has been such a great liaison between the service techs and me. He is very sincere and constantly stays in touch. Dave and all the staff really know how to take care of their customers. Very happy with the service I have and continue to receive.

Worst experience I have EVER had with ANY retail business. They are corrupt. Put 1k deposit on vehicle 12-29 (just arrived), and received bill of sale close to end of business. This morning provided proof of insurance, provided license, and set up wire transfer. We live 2 hours away, and due to weather were working on picking it up tomorrow. Within a short time got a call saying they were pulling the sale because “we” had red flags and they suspected us of working with an individual or organization to export the vehicle overseas. Apparently some black market over in China. We don’t meet their profile of someone paying cash. That is laughable. More likely we couldn’t get down there fast enough (by 2 pm today) and they sold it to an on-site buyer either paying for extras or at a higher price. So whether discrimination or unethical business practices, business not worthy of the Mercedes Brand.

My car was towed from Bloomington to your location. Same day I received a call that they needed a second key to check the ignition. I sent the second key overnight, arriving next morning with UPS at 10:34 am. I called the agent, left messages to get back to me, he never did. I called their operator, explaining the situation; here only solution was to put me back in contact with same agent, that did not replied; then she hang the phone on me. Nice way to do business !!!

My wife and I had a major issue with our Sprinter Van in about the first week of December and this place did GREAT with servicing it.They obviously did not take advantage of us (because everyone involved expected a much worse outcome) and they could have reasonably said we need to do this (incredibly expensive service) to fix it and I would have never known there were other options. They were up-front and said this is what the problem is, this is what the MB playbook says we should do, these are the things we can do, but in our experience, this is all we need to do and so we did the service that was far cheaper and it has been great ever since!I really appreciated how helpful David Zeis was throughout the entire experience, from the first panicked phone call from myself, through the service, paying, and picking up the vehicle. Im thankful Im from the area because I will not hesitate to bring our van back here for service, based on this experience.Big thanks to David and to MB of Indianapolis! Trust is the number one consideration for me when choosing where to get service done on my vehicle that I cant perform myself and David & co. definitely earned my trust.

Mercedes-Benz of Indy is the only authorized Mercedes car dealership in Indiana.With that being said, the employees here are very helpful, friendly, and will be glad to assist you with your vehicular needs.There is also a snack and beverage counter inside the building, and a server there that will give you free beverages and will be glad to start a conversation with you.If you are willing to spend a high amount of money on a vehicle, and want one that is top-notch, Mercedes-Benz Indy is the place to be.Highly recommend it! :-)

Really good service and systems. The worst COVID precautions anywhere. No masks required (even requested) for guests or employees. They’ll only mask up when talking to you directly - which doesn’t help if we’re all in an enclosed space with each other.

This is probably the worst Mercedes Dealership in the US. Ive owned and driven Mercedes Benz for over 15 years. We just recently relocated to the Indianapolis area. We are forced to take our vehicles to this dealership as it is the only one in the area and they are awful compared to other Mercedes Dealerships. we have been to in Wisconsin and Illinois. They do not have enough people on staff to handle every Mercedes owner in the Indianapolis area so you can never speak to a live person without leaving a message and waiting for someone to return a phone call (which sometimes never comes), should your vehicle need repair or maintenance you have to wait weeks to get in for Service, and when you finally do get an appointment you wait much longer than you should have to for repairs. Simple routine maintenance on our vehicle took 4 hours. If you live in the Indianapolis area, I recommend owning something other than Mercedes. I wont own another Mercedes while I live in this area because this dealership is so bad.

When a classic car pulls in after years of maintenance and maintaining it and spending money with Mercedes for over 25 + years and the elegance and opportunity to bring it into your location and have it repaired is a privilege for everyone as well. Unfortunately the customer service was very unacceptable and the design and setup of standing in basically a hall way waiting for five different gentlemen to greet you and none of them acknowledge any of the people standing there and nobody knows who is next as if everyone is puzzled. The only star Im giving is for the sweet lady at the end of the cubicles that offered me a beverage.

Keep contacting them about the same issues, day in and day out. Every time they are unable to recreate the issue and speak to you in a condescending tone making you feel like an idiot. I have emailed and texted them photos of these issues as they happen and they must fall on deaf ears. We will be documenting these issues and present them when the warranty is expired and all then they all of the sudden find the cause of the issue.

My one star is to the nice lady at the front desk who handed me a cup of coffee.I had the worst experience visiting this location at the 96th St. I did bring my car for service B and to replace 4 tires. They got service B done and they order 1 tire for the same week and 3 tires for the following week. But they refused to apply the discount of buying 4 tires or even 2 tires because it took 2 weeks to get the tires and the coupon is no longer valid. After I left the dealership the check engine turned On on the same day. So I called them again and made another appointment the following week which they charged me again to check why the check engine light is On even though the car was in the dealership a day ago for service B.On Friday morning I showed up and after spending 3-4 hours waiting, I was told that the engine is too hot and we cant replace the part so I have to leave and come back at a different time the following week hoping the engine is not hot anymore. I insisted to wait as I do not want drive 30 miles to the dealership. Finally 2 hours later I have been told that the parts department got the wrong part. So I have to leave and book another appointment for next week to get the right part replaced.Thanks

We just moved to Indiana last year. At the Mercedes dealership I used to take my passenger Sprinter to, you could drive right into the service bay. So I foolishly didn’t even think about it and ended up hitting the plastic swinging bar with my roof AC unit. (That’s on me. I’ve never hit anything before, and I know I always need to double check my clearance. Thankfully there was no damage.) After that huge embarrassment, I got to go inside and be shamed further as many of the service advisors shook their heads at me, and openly discussed what I had done in front of me with incredulous tones. I can handle some lighthearted ribbing, but no one was smiling and I felt humiliated. Thankfully I got Jacob for my service advisor, he was kind, respectful, and helped me with his calm demeanor. When we go back(cause it’s the only option!), I’ll definitely wait as long as needed to work with Jacob again.

Eric Batt was fantastic and worked with me on arranging my next car over the phone and via email due to my schedule. He had everything ready to go for pickup and made the process extremely easy. Had my sprinter for 2 weeks and when I Had to have it towed back it was in worse shape than I dropped otnoff....Edit:1 since I cant comment off his reply. Your service rep told me it would be another week to even look ay it after having it 2 weeks, since your only tech was going on vacation. And as for being worse now.the abs light, esr light, and traction lights are on. Not counting rep lies to me about my old and wheel sensors. Nor did they leave my brand new wheel sensors in truck like they were supposed to. So leave me a number and Ill be sure to call Monday.

Worst dealership and experience ever! Manager was so rude and would not even match quote on-line. He said different areas have different pricing. I had entered my zip code. He advised he would not discount at all nor improve the lease factor to match what Mercedes offers. Chelsea the salesperson would not call other dealers to try to find what I wanted. I called the Ft Wayne location and was approved and the deal done in just 15 minutes. They are even bringing my new vehicle to me. Do yourself a favor and don;t even bother with Mercedes of Indpls! Call Ft Wayne!

This is the only Mercedes-Benz offering service for Sprinter Vans In Indianapolis.I called to make an appointment got no answer left a message, waited hours no call back.I had to drive over their to communicate with the service department.It was still early in the day.I was hoping to get my van’s oil changed.I was told it would have to stay for a couple of days if I left it before they could get to changing the oil.This is because the service department has only one technician.I scheduled an appointment schedule an appointment for the following Friday morning at 7:30 AM.I was told this would be the most fast, and efficient way to get my oil changed.I waited about two hours on my van to get the oil changed.The exit to this place is under construction, the street it’s on is under construction, and this place is under construction. I would avoid this service shop if possible.

I have been calling for a week to try to get my vehicle to be serviced . The service department never picked up the phone. And the operator simply continue to transfer me back to the same set of people over and over again. I dont know much about their sales department, but they do not have a well-run service department.

I had a service appointment at 11 a.m. at 2:30 pm they still had not even pulled my car in to begin work on it after waiting for 3 weeks for the appointment. I left at that point and will go someplace where they know what an appointment means. Run dont walk from this place for any service needs.SM

Brought my car in a while back to get some electrical issues looked at. When I finally went to pick up my car I jumped in and before I put it in drive I noticed a large crack in my windshield that wasn’t there originally. When I informed them they claimed that they aren’t liable and I probably had a rock chip that spread from not being noticeable to being extremely large over the course of 5 hrs.I never took it back in after that and started going to a local mechanic. 100% would never do business here again!

I was so disappointed to see no employees wearing masks. As an elderly person I am at risk and an overwhelmingly majority of business have their employees masked but not a luxury car dealership? The Gov. may not have required masks at places of business but it is clear management does not take this seriously. I urge you to go into surrounding Carmel businesses and follow the suit of your peers. I plan to file a complaint with the State.
