Called to get a seal for a specific engine. I don’t have the original engine in the car, it has been swapped. They asked for the VIN which brings up the original single over head cam engine. Mine is double over head cam which would obviously be a different gasket. Without the VIN the man could not help me. I can provide the engine code and everything needed to search this part. No help at all. I was told to go aftermarket! What a salesman. A laughable “parts guy” who needs a computer because he knows nothing about Nissan engines. Good luck! 🤦🏻‍♂️

BE WARNED - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThis is the worst dealer Ive ever experienced. My wife waited 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment. She checked in online using the email they sent, and they never touched her car. They did not appologize, and did not try to make it right, just blamed her for doing something wrong, when she just followed their email instructions. She could wait any longer and is driving home without an oil change right now. Do not use Tom Wood Nissan for any service on your car! My family and I will never set foot inside this dealership again!EDIT -After I called to complain, the GM called me back and they are coming to pick the vehicle up and change the oil and bring it back, no charge. Should have never gotten to that point, but the GM did try to make it right.Changed from 1 star to 3.
