I walked in just 20 minutes before closing time and they were gracious enough to stay open until my nails were done. Im sure I was there at least till 45 minutes past closing time but the woman who did my nails was still so patient and did a beautiful job! Thank you very much!

Love my nails. The guy that did them did a really good job and he was super quick. He got the shape just right, which is hard to find. Happy I now have a good place to go do close to home. They were out of the color I REALLY wanted so hopefully they have it next time but Im just as happy with this one.

Guys that work here are very pushy when it comes to doing pedicures. Doesnt take their time with pedicures. Rushing everything. Last couple times I havent had a great experience here .

I was in at 9:31 am and was not serviced until 10:32 am. Three ladies were bumped up making an appt person and I wait. My service was rushed, my nails are crooked, chipped in two days, no lotion and my pinkie finger was badly cut (see pic).

Very poor experience. Technician ground a hole into nail bed to the point of bleeding and was attempting to complete service despite active bleeding on nail. Went to other salon to attempt to have other nails painted and said there was even damage on other nails.

Great pedicure. I ordered the Volcano Pedicure and it was lovely! My technician was very thorough! He exfoliated and moisturized my legs and feet with a wonderful massage then used hot towels and finished with a hot stone rub. I got in same day and received 10% off because it was my birthday! It was a very relaxing experience and lasted almost an hour!

The gentleman that did my nails did a great job! Very nice polite had a great suggestion on nail color as well. It is also a very clean facility.

I stopped in today as our normal place was closed. The website advertised Walk ins welcomed. As we walked up, on the window said Walk ins welcomed. The gentleman sitting next to the counter asked if I could be helped. Told him I needed 2 pedicures as my daughter was with me. He told me if I didnt have an appointment, he couldnt take me,then told me I could come back in an hour. Needless to say, I wont be back. If you cant talke walk ins, dont advertise that Walk ins welcomed.

I was went here went it was Vegaa nails. Great service. Now, after an apparent buy out the new owner(s) are not organized. I made an appointment on 7-2 for 7-3 for 9:30 am. I got there at 9:30 for pedicure & manicure. Worst service. Was not seen right away & sat in the massage chair for over an hour w/ my feet in water that ended up being cold. Waiting to be seen & then 3 other women put before me. Whats the purpose of an appointment??? At 10:45 am I ended up walking out. You need to get organized.

Excellent experience. Spa is very clean and professional looking. Able to accomodate many patrons. I was treated very well and loved the results. This is my new pedi place!

I have been to this salon many times although they recently changed names I believe and possibly were bought out.My friend and I both had gel manicures done on Friday morning and by Saturday mid day we both had our polish peeling off. This is unacceptable for a $35 manicure. I do not think either of us will be back and we used to go at least once a month. So disappointed!!The people were nice and we were the first people in the door so we didn’t have to wait, but I just expect better quality than this.

I made an appointment on 7/29 for a 1pm. Just getting an acrylic fill. I waited for over an hour and no one had still taken me back. The guy kept saying 5 more minutes but over an hour is really unprofessional. A girl who walked in 50 min after i had been here got her service started before me. I get it that it gets busy, but don’t book a 1pm if you can’t do a 1pm. I will not be back.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! The nail tech was rough and seemed to forget a person was attached to the fingers. He spent the entire time on the phone while doing my nails. There was a ton of excess gel all over my skin that I’ve spent way too much time removing when I got home. My nail beds are sore from how rough he was.And I just checked the website -Gel manicure is supposed to be $31. I was charged $45!!!

I gave these people more then enough time to fix the issue but they stopped replying! First let me say the good before going into the bad! Only good there was no wait for you in fast but for what I didn’t like the guy that did my nails what I told him I wanted he said no good and did his own basic thing! He laughed and told me this be batter even after saying I’m not happy with this he was very unprofessional and didn’t care you could tell he was just done with nails for the day! My 7year old daughter could paint my nail better then he did! I would had to bad as much, And he drilled so much my nail bed were burning! Told him that hurts and he then laughed again and kept going! I would never go back!

Poor customer service towards African Americans. I dont wear fake nails thought this would be easy in and out. Instead I got the worst customer service no tech wanted to do my nails. After complaining that I came in before these 2 white women who wanted full sets they set at a table. 5 minutes later still no tech. It wasnt till I got up to walk out a tech said something but by then I was fed up. This is why I dont tip!!! Just bad customer service. Quality isnt that great either smh should of known....

Disappointed. Really liked my dip nails the 1st visit. I scheduled 2nd appointment, did not get technician I scheduled with. Pedicure was nice, polish terrible, too thick, smudged off. Dip on my nails is uneven, all over my hands.

We had an amazing experience on our first visit. The staff was very friendly and our manicure and pedicures were very high quality. Environment was nice and they even played a happy birthday song for my daughter. They had two special pedicure chairs for little girls.

I was not happy with my pedicure experience at all! I felt rushed and the guy was very rude. I paid for a sea salt pedicure but saw nothing used but this orange goo in which my feet were too wet to feel any exfoliation. A different guy did my full set and my nails turned out AMAZING!!! He did exactly what I asked for.

Had a gel manicure. Great service and the girl who did it was very personable. LOVE how it turned out! Will be back again.

Eh a little disappointed - dude seemed in a rush to get his weekend going. I have polish on my fingers, edges weren’t cleaned up well. Tips have dust particles painted over. Air bubbles in thumbs. Etc. I’m sure if he slowed down a bit, he would’ve done an excellent job.

I made an appt for a manicure and pedicure for 4:15. I waited for 45 minutes before they even started my pedicure at 5 PM. I got gel nail polish for both and the nail tech put it on VERY thick. This was two days ago and I already have chips. The worst part though was the price. I recently moved to the Franklin Township area so this is my first introduction to a nail salon on this side of town. Since when is a manicure $36? I didn’t get artificial nails of anything. Just a standard manicure with gel polish. I usually pay $15 for the mani and $10 for the polish. Also, the pedi was $46. $82 (not including the tip) is def steep especially when two days later, I have chipped nails.

I was pressed for time so they did a fill and paraffin pedi with gel polish in less than an hour my pedicure could have been better, some dead skin still on feet. but I think my tech was new other than thst the nails look good

Not great, had tech who only did half of what you get for a pedicure-no hot towel or heel scrub. Other customers around me received this. Their excuse was he doesnt speak english. Also after I said something, I know they were talking about me in their language. I will not be back! Owner kept calling me on the phone, finally had to block phone number.

The guy burned me several times! My finger is still hurting. Nails are super thick and not flattering. He didn’t listen to what I wanted either. Definitely not worth the money. I will not return.

The place was extremely dirty. there was a ton of dirt where i was sitting. Also, we came in (3 people) and asked if they had room for 3 mani pedis and they said come back in 30 minutes and we came back, they sat us down and 20 minutes later nobody came to help us. they never filled the tubs and after 20 minutes of waiting we eventually left.

This salon blows all the salons near me out of the water. The atmosphere and ambiance is great with a chic, modern, upscale feel. Definitely not your average nail salon.The service itself was really great as well. Im used to feeling a bit rushed like they want you just in and out but here they really took their time to make sure you got a full service (nice massage and plenty of coats of polish so it was a bold color).I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

From the moment you walk through the door your greeted by someone. They are very organized and the salon is very clean. They use liners in the tub and sanitized tools for each patron that comes in.Their gel color selection is one of the largest that I ever had to choose from. If there is a color that you are looking for they probably got it.Overall, this place is AMAZING!!! I have been to 17 different nail salons in 1 year and by far this one is the best tucked away treasure in the Indianapolis area.

I recently moved to Indianapolis and I take my nails very serious so I was very anxious to find a great nail salon that was priced well. After reading really good google reviews I decided to give Vegas Nails & Spa 3 a try and I am so happy I did. Technicians fast and efficient but does a great job and my nails always look perfect. So happy I found a new nail home!

We tried a different spa first that said they accepted walk ins. But in spite of several empty chairs they had no openings. So we came to Vegas Nails & Spa 3. They were friendly! Then the actual pedicure and manicure! They were efficient, clean, and thorough! Felt amazing! We did just the basic which was much nicer and more in depth than some other places weve been to. Id come back in a heartbeat!

Quiet, relaxing and spotless. First time at Vegas Nails 3 and will def be back. The salon is very clean and the nail techs are very friendly. Excellent job on both the manicure and pedicure. Chairs are also comfy. Highly recommend!

Best and favorite nail salon! They always listen to my nail design ideas and try to do them as best as they can and they always achieve what i wanted. I like that they make it kind of a community style salon. Most salons have the nail techs taking in another language to each other completely ignoring the person they are working on, but at Vegas Nails & Spa 3 they talk to everyone in the salon and customers talk to each other as well. I always send friends their way when they want a nice unique manicure/pedicure. I would definitely recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

Ive been here a couple different times now and the service is always excellent. Ive always been a walk in with no appointment and theyve always got me in quickly and my nails always look awesome. Everything is clean and sterile! They do a great job at making sure they go all the way down to the cuticle. :)

Feeling like a new woman with these nails! The owner took care of me from beginning to end and made sure every detail mattered! He knew exactly what I wanted and Im so thankful for that. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely come back regularly. You wont be disappointed.

I moved to Indianapolis last June and it took me a while to find my favorite nail salon. Im so glad I found Vegas Nails because its my favorite nail salon by far!I see Erik and he gives gives the best dip manicures Ive ever gotten. They are ALWAYS flawless and she makes sure its to my liking every time. The staff and owners are so welcoming and ensure that Im in and out within an hour. They are very attentive and that is hard to find in a nail salon. I would highly recommend anyone to come here!

Great nail salon. Its very clean and sanitary; the techs wear gloves and use new implements on each customer. I felt pampered even with the most basic manicure and pedicure. Im not sure how to spell her name, I appreciate she did such a good job on my pedicure, and took great care with a nail that was starting to rip off kind of far down, but it didnt hurt at all. And now it looks great!

I walked in for a pedi and there was no wait! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. Before they performed a new task they explained and made sure that the customer was aware and comfortable. This has been the best experience that Ive had at a nail salon by far. I recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

If you can find a time when they are both open and have people working... then they will probably do good work. Unfortunately, I cant seem to ever find a time when they have both. Currently sitting outside because google and their front door say 9:30am-7:30pm. Nope.... its 9:45 and their not open... in fact no one is even here. 2 weeks ago I came in the middle of the afternoon and the receptionist was the only one there. She said it would be a 2 hour wait before someone would be back to help me. Im convinced this place doesnt really want your business or money. The nail salon Madame Royal was more than willing to help me both times.

I simply love this place! Honestly, cant say enough good things about it. All of the technicians are great and very nice. The ambiance is lovely - its quiet and relaxing. I swear that their non (or less) toxic polishes last longer than the more toxic alternatives.

Been coming here for the past 2 months. I must say I love being pampered by the whole staff! I always get compliments from my friends and whenever Im out shopping or eating somewhere. The staffs are super friendly and they offer beverages to drink. Their pedicure tubs are line with a plastic bag, disposed and clean for the next client. This place is clean and cozy atmosphere. Definitely worth coming back to everytime. Making sure to call them for an appointment for this place is always busy!

The salon is always clean. They continue to add new colors for dip powder as the seasons/trends change. Ive had about 3 different technicians do my nails over the past year and theyve all consistently done a great job. Definitely recommend making appointments to avoid a long wait.

I had my nail technician, he was very amazing! He took his time to do everything right the first time. Kept asking me if everything looked good and if he needed to change anything. Even took the time to try on different powders for the ombre I got. I will definitely be coming back!

I was really excited to try this place as its so close to my house. I went on a Monday evening at 6:30 and I walked in and signed in right away. She took me to the wall of colors and showed me the gel options. I was seated immediately and she helped offer suggestions. She talked to me the entire time and did a wonderful job on my nails, they look awesome! I was there less than an hour and was pleased with how clean and open the place is. I will be going back and asking for Kimberly each time :)

I went here with two friends today on 9/18/19. One of them is expecting. Two of us received pedicures as normal after a short wait and everything seemed fine at the beginning. However, our pedicures were finished and no one had assisted my friend who is visibly pregnant. She had sat in the chair with her feet soaking the entire time waiting patiently. Finally, as we were finishing ours, we had to ask for a towel for her to dry her feet, which were never touched. They didnt even apologize and she left without being serviced at all with no explanation for the rude treatment. Also, multiple people came in after her and they were given pedicures while she was still waiting. Edited to add - we asked to see a manager before leaving and someone came to the desk. She was told that because other people had appointments, she had to wait. However, we were not informed of so many people coming with appointments upon entering. They said they could help us all within 10-15 minutes. The manager walked away and didnt finish the conversation or even to the entire complaint. She still did not receive an apology.

Worth a visit to this salon every time Im in Indianapolis. Ive been getting my nails done for over three years (pedicures, acrylics, manicures, gel, shellac and now powder dip). I have never been disappointed with the service and product here. Consistently reliable!

I have never had any lifting problems, she makes sure that I am totally happy. If a nail breaks, they get you in a.s.a.p to make sure you are taken care of. goes to the convention every year, and she is always up on the new products and trends. Always clean always friendly, and Her reputation is on your hands💐

I left the first salon with my old gel manicure half-soaked off, and hopped onto google maps to see if I could find a place to go.I was so happy, my nail tech could fit me in. I told her the awful things they were doing at the first salon, and she confirmed my suspicions that they were being insanely negligent.Amazing service and attention to detail!

Id give less than one star if I could. My sister ( 9 months pregnant) and I went here to get our nails done WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They didnt finish either one of our services AFTER we waited 35 minutes past our apt time, they were rude, over booked, and I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way RIGHT PAST THEM to go somewhere else now.

I’ve gone here since they opened. The first few appointments were great. However, after the initial opening, appointments have been less than ideal.The manicurists tables are cluttered and unclean. (They do not sterilize work desks between customers).What bothers me most is the constant chatter between those who work there. If I am paying $$, I want you to pay attention to me. Even if that means being quiet. (Periodic chatter is understandable but constant conversation is annoying). I think I am done here. I’ll go back to Uptown Nails. They do a great job.

We got right in when it opened. They were friendly except for the guy I had. He rushed through my pedicure. Didnt even place me under a dryer to make sure my toes were dry. My husbands pedicure was great. They lady took her time with him and made sure he was satisfied with it. I would go back, but I wouldnt want that guy again.

We walked in on a Saturday. It was our first time being here and we were extremely happy to try it out. We were quickly disappointed.We were seated quickly and were surprised. Then, two females began to get upset and scream because apparently they had appointments and got there before us. The lady then fluttered to rearrange and was very rude and confusing when explaining for us to go back to the waiting area. I understand the salon was busy but the customer service could have been better given the circumstances.Will not be going back.
