I was looking for a place to have my nails done while in Indianapolis. The husband did my pedicure, it was nice to get advice. The Son, was very pleasant to speak with, while he wrapped my nails for his mother. The mother did my nails with the powder they turned out nice. Except she made me feel like she was doing me a favor, and not concerned for my welfare at all. I tried to have conversation with her, she wouldnt look at me while talking. It felt uncomfortable at that point. I knew she had nicked my fingers several times, Im a diabetic and it takes longer to heal. Look at the pictures of my left hand especially. I still gave them a 20 dollar tip on a 55 dollar job, because the men were more conscious of me, as a customer. Come down off your high horse miss, before everyone suffers for the cost of it. Be humble, to first lead we must be servants first. Amen

Took so long like 2 hours to complete.They didn’t listen and did the wrong thing.Never took accountability for their actions.Horrible horrible experience.Will never go again.

First day, one nail came off they replaced it. Second day another nail from the same hand came off i called him he told me i need to take care of my nails and then hung up! They are very unprofessional, and dont know how to do nails please dont go to castleton nails!!

Got a pedicure and full set for $60. Nails were a little crooked I figured no big deal. 3 days later nails seemed loose. 3 days following a nail pops off (while folding a cover) .. Next day another 2 nails. I figured Id go in & get them fixed well it was a Sunday they were closed so I went to a different salon and the tech said shed charge me for a full set being 3 nails were off and the other 7 were poorly done. Therefore she suggested I go get my $ back. Long story short owner insisted that I caused this by normal wear and tear and that I was due for a fill in although he was charging me a discount price of $35. After I already have originally paid $35 for the set. What discount? They arent fair people and did a poor job and didnt own it. Never will go back or recommend.

I like this place and the staff are really nice. Just be sure you understand that if you get gel polish it is going to cost more.

First visit was a success and received great service for $30 when I returned for a fill in two weeks later in the middle of my service I was told I would pay $30 if I paid cash and if I used a card $35 which wasn’t displayed and when I advised that was charged less for full set the lady then changed the price to $23 and half did the rest of the nails. I was willing to switch to them from my regular place due to the exceptional service the first time but I was sadly disappointed when I returned.

Have been tho Castleton Nails many times over the past 10 years for manicures and pedicures.... regular and gels. They have always done a great job... very friendly people too.

I decided to take my friend Lindy here for her first pedicure ever. Shes 28 and heard horrible stories of nail salons so it took some convincing to get her to go. They cut both of out toes during the process and she was not happy with how rough they were with her. 4 to 6 weeks later the first signs of fungus arose for both of us. I feel absolutely horrible because shes getting married soon and now she has to change her shoes because half her nail has fallen off. I went in to discuss a refund with them and what else they can do because treatment is pricey.... And she treated me like a liar and like I didnt actually have fungus. I am absolutely mind blown. She yelled at me for getting nail fungus from her store!!!! Im getting ahold of the health department!

Excellent friendly service and very accommodating! Ive been to many places in Indy before this but didnt have the same experience. Definitely my go-to destination. Also its conveniently located next to the mall!

This has to be the worst nail salon in Indianapolis. Please don’t go here. They will try to rip you off and they have terrible customer service they are all extremely rude and horrible work. When you complain they say I’m no longer serving you.

Bad customer service and 4 of my nails broke within days of getting a fill. My set was basically new so there was no reason for my nails to just break. When I returned to discuss the first two breaking, the technician blamed the breakage on me and spoke to other workers in the shop in her language. I will not waste my money on bad service and even worse customer treatment.

We go for pedicures every other month, and they always do a great job!

*lengthy but informative, DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING MANICURE RELATED BECAUSETHEY SUCK* Ive been here maybe two or three times. I just moved to fishers from New York so as you can expect a nail job in Fishers may seem a little pricey for me. Ive been to atleast 3 salons in Fishers and this pricing was closest to what i used to pay ($23 in NY - $26 here). Now i was excited that they had mood gel, thats what kept me coming back until the last time. I brought my friend who never wore acrylic before. 1. As usual theyre always super eager maybe even desprate for customers. I was trying to step out real quick to do my eyebrows literally like 500 ft away but they thought I was leaving so they started begging and telling me 5 more mins which is kinda annoying because they literally do this to anyone who gets up. 2. The style i wanted required long nails, she did ask me where to cut it and it was cut too short. I was upset about that but knew it was my fault. The lady started talking back saying its not her fault etc. etc. which i knew i wasnt holding her accountable and find that unprofessional, she shouldve judt let me have my moments lol. At this point i wanted to change what i was gonna do(not get gel) she told me if I didnt get gel it would be $5 more for the shape i had like what. Then i told her i only wanted half the nail painted(almost like a french) and she said thats also $5 extta...???? How are you charging me extra.. To paint less of my nail.. To use less polish ? The part that really got me upset that I didnt realized until i got home was that they did nothing manicure related. All they did was cut my natural nail & apply the tip and acrylic. No buffing, no cleaning under my nail and the thing that looked the worst was my cuticles ! They didnt bother to push them down or pluck them !! So the acrylic was all crooked cause my cuticles werent taken cared of. In NY all of this was done. Even got a pineapple oil put on your cuticles for a little boost. Best believe i would never go back here again. My poor friend hated her nails and had such a terrible experience.

This was my first experience at Castleton Nails. I normally go to Nails Ikon but I needed my nails done badly and they were the only ones open, but i went in there and got a color change and a full set. First off, the color change looked horrible and when i told them i didnt like it, they said i would have to pay an extra 5 dollars (on top of the 10 dollars is cost to get a color change) for them redo it. Then I decided not to get polish with my full set since they sucked on my feet and it still cost me the full price ! I was very upset and disappointed that i had to pay 10 dollars for something i did not like . I was an unsatisfied costumer and i will never go there again and i will never recommend anybody to get there nails done there.

I went here for the first time because I was in the area and needed my nails done. Normally I go to Hamilton town center Fancy nails but that was out the way for me that day. I went to castleton nails to get a full set. within a week the nails started lifting and chipping. I went to Fancy nails to get a fill and they had to fix two or three nails and then 2 weeks after that for my 2nd fill they had to remove my nails and my nails popped off like the were press on nails. I was so disapointed with castleton nails I will never go again and if anyone go there to get a full set please beware. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

No wait was necessary when I arrived but had my acrylic a lil over a week and the polish already coming off and acrylic pushing up already

They are the worse nail place ever, my first visit my nail polish chipped the same day and I paid for gel I went back a second time & got a full set and my nails was crooked and different shapes even my 9 year old pointed out the mistakes plus I got my daughter toes painted so spent 75.00 in there to be extremely disappointed
