I just love my nails. The lady took her time to take the fake nails off my fingers and did a overlay on my real nails. It came out very pretty

They are thorough with services rendered however they could keep it more organized with the sign in and they could keep it cleaner. Over all friendly and willing to work with you to get it right ✅

They charged me $30 twice for a full set it showed up on my bank statement and when I went in and showed them they came up with a bunch of excuses and didn’t refund me my mone. I have the proof and they were very professional. They’ll never get another dime of my money and I Encourage everyone to check your bank statement when you leave art nails

Very unprofessional and petty staff. I will not be returning. Nails never last and always break then they try to put you off on nail techs who have no idea what they are doing!!!!!! I will never be back and if I were a customer you’re better off choosing a quality facility that knows what they’re doing and how to treat their African American customers

Do not come here. The worst service I have ever had. The nail tech talked on the phone the whole time. She was not gentle and cut me under my nail as well as knicked my fingers multiple times. My nails were lumpy and horrible. The manager did absolutely nothing and said I had to take my complaint to the tech. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I asked for coffin nail shape and didnt get it. And Everytime I asked her to do something shed tell me no. If youre paying for it, you should be able to get them how you want them.Another thing, my nail tech was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I am a black woman with a biracial baby. The tech had the audacity to ask me why your baby white?, thats extremely rude, I took offense to that .

Tyrone is My Dude!!! First time there about a week ago and I loved it. Cant lie, alot of nail shops make you feel uncomfortable speaking in their native language over their customers however, HERE. A lot of English is spoken and other techs interact with you as a customer along with each other. The man that did my nails did a horrible job to where my nails were extra thick still had stuff called under neath and two of my nails were so not straight. Never will I ever let him do them again!!!

I do not recommend coming here. My feet started itching when they got put into the water. It is dirty and I got a pedicure and when she drained the water, the tub looked like it hasnt been cleaned in awhile. I was told that my toe nails were too short? Then i picked a nail polish color and was told that I couldnt have that. Im not sure what the health rating is here because it is not posted. The employees are nice and have good intentions but i will not come back.

Hello. So firstly. This place isn’t completely terrible and they were pretty fast about serving their customers BUT I had asked the person doing my nail if he could repaint one of my nails because I accidentally touched something and he got pretty mad and the clean up was terrible. I have paint and glitter all over my fingers. It’s so gross. Didn’t clean up my nails at all. My toes too. The prices are decent and they’re nice people but ☹️

Got a pedicure and manicure gel paint on both the paint started peeling off the next day!!! $60 dollars down the drain! The people were extremely nice though.

I love the way Fashonna does my nails, but when she is not there when I go, its a cryin shame a customer has to wait 4 hours

Stopped by on Holloween I needed a repair this is not my normal salon but they took me right in, fixed me up, and didnt charge me the ($3) fee. He said you come back pay me next time I trust you! Everyone was friendly, professional and courteous. Almost everyone who came in they knew by name which tells me they have great customer service and lots of repeat customers...awesome place. I will be back.

Bad nail service. Will never ever go back

There was a long wait, which I expected on a Saturday.The man who did my nails was disguising! He blew his nose on the floor. Then he went to get tissue and blew his nose. Afterwards he proceeded to do my nails WITHOUT CHANGING HIS GLOVES! I had to all him to change his gloves.Then while doing my full set he made me bleed.Then to top it all off he charged me twice! I well definitely be back there on Monday when they open to fix the problem!They are only getting two stars because Ann did do a good job on my nails and the guy did a great job on my pedicure.

The old lady who does manicures... Play too much talk to much and very unprofessional... She did not do my husband feet right at all his feet look the same as when he came in. And after i said something she was hoslte and attitudish .... I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER.

I tried this place based on a recommendation. NEVER again! Service was quick but the appearance is very out dated. It looks dirty and not to mention my nails full set are as wide as chicklets gum. Will keep looking

Please do not waste your time going here. I made this mistake of coming in before closing. The man rushed on my nails and was rude. When he laid the acrylic and tried to have me go wash my hands, I looked at them they already looked like I needed a fill in so i asked him to lay more acrylic closer to the cuticle. He got an attitude with me. Then when he was supposed to be shaping my nails he half asked that and left me with slanted and crooked nails that arent even. If youre going to give poor service closer to closed just close the store. Shanaynay cant be the only one there that does good work.

I will never give them a coin. He literally turned the lights off on me. They dont close until 8:30 or at least that what it says online & on their door. I have never in my life met such a rude a** person. The lady was literally having me pick out my color. Mind you, I only need one nail fixed.

ART NAIL on 38 street in Indianapolis one of the worse Nail store. Very dirty and the employee are smoking front of you while they do your nail. I went to do my nails. The lady who took me was so high and smoking.Please do not pay in advance. I paid in advance she charged $12 but did notfinished my nails .She was really mean. I had to go without finishing the Nail. The store was so dirty the table was full dirt and nasty.

Nail tech tried removing my gel polish and didn’t know what she was doing so burned/cut me several times. They charged me $10 for removal, which is outrageous.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. An older (possibly middle eastern) lady started it and her daughter would trade off with her. She scrubbed the skin of my toes so hard that I have scans. I told her numerous times my toe polish wasn’t gel, but she proceeded to try and remove it with a drill and cut my toe, and then left a large amount of polish on the nails. She didn’t do my cuticles and did the majority of the process out of order.I went there 2 days ago and the main reason I remembered to come back and review it was because I just took a bath and my toes are BURNING from where she buffed away my skin. She also tried to grab the tools from the pedicure station next to me and use them on my feet ... while they were being used on the woman next to me. Disgusting.Then her daughter did my pedicure and sliced open my ring finger cuticle... she apologized but proceeded to spray with alcohol and then just paint over all the blood.Thougout the mani/pedi she was screaming at customers about paying. If anyone went to the dryers or bathroom she’s inquire about whether or not they paid.Awful experience. Won’t be back. Won’t recommend.

Horrible service they do not sterilize the equipment. They tried to just rinse tools off and start on the next person. I will be reporting to the board of health first thing Monday morning
