Kim Trinh does such beautiful work!! Her acrylics are always perfect and she knows how to shape them just for your specific hands.

My first time experience was wonderful. I walked in and was greeted immediately and did not have to wait. Glory did an amazing job fulfilling what I wanted done. She advised me on aftercare and I am very satisfied with the results. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done .

I seen Glory for the first time today, she is AMAZING!!!! Glory did and amazing job on my nails and recommended a new shape and color for the fall. Very professional and creative. I love the fact that she took her time while with me and did not rush to get to other clients.

I went in for an acrylic full set $35. The woman (glory) gave me dip powber instead and they were all lumpy and I was charged $60. When I returned to have them fixed they all spoke a different language about me coming in to have my nails repaired in front of me. The woman who fixed my nails (Ann) did a decent job repairing the mess Glory created. So when I needed a fill in I went back to her. When I returned I was asked why I didnt want Glory to do my nails.To which I responded that she didnt do a good job previously . Ann does my nails again however, I was informed I couldnt get a lighter color due to glory using dip powder rather than acrylic without getting a new set and I didnt have time to get a full set. So I had to get the same color. The nails were ok however I was shocked when I was charged $45 for a simple fill in all one color (which is priced at $25 on their price list). I will just wait for my old nail tech. At least that shop (though not as easy to get in)is honest and professional.

My go to place for lovely nails and pedicures. Friendly staff.

I went in for a gel manicure. It was the fastest and worst manicure I have had in a long time. They hardly trimmed my cuticle. The lady rushed thru the whole thing and kept having to wipe off the polish and redo it. . It looks a like a 5 year old painted my nails. I usually go in Fishers near my home. I had to go at lunch today by my office. I get gel manicures almost every week. I will never be back.

Glory did a great job doing powder dip. She did a French fade w coffin shape on my nails. It was my first time getting them and I’ve received lots of compliments on them. She was very sweet. She also prices very well compared to other places and techs.

I went to get my nails soaked off today. As soon as I walked in one of the women that worked there asked me what I needed to get done. I told her I wanted my nails removed. She then walked up to me and said no net set just soak. I told her yes. The. She went to finish a ladies nails. Rang her out then went to finish a mans pedicure. Rang him out and started another girls pedicure. I didn’t say anything I just waited patiently. Until a different lady came and told me to sit so she could sit my nails in acetone. Kim finished a woman’s nails then walked pass me speaking yo the woman about what I was getting done. Then Kim said to me that did I not like the color or the nails what was wrong why was I getting them taken off. I told her that I would just get them done another time. But after the rudeness I went through today I won’t be back. Kim sat down in front of me. She yanked my hand out of the bowl and began to remove my acrylic just throwing my hand around like she had a attitude. So I asked her how was her day because I didn’t like how she was treating me. She laughs and says she’s having a good day and thanked me for asking. She then said something out loud to the other women in her language and laughed. She was still rude throughout the whole service throwing my hand around and pulling my hand out the bowl rudely. I then went to wash my hands. At that point I didn’t want her to do anything else! I didn’t even get a top coat. It was time to pay her and she kept looking at my feet saying that she can polish those for me and my hands for ten and ten. I didn’t want anything else done from her. And she got a attitude when I told her no. I gave her the 10 for the soak and she expected a tip. I won’t be coming back!

I have been going to the manager (Miley) of this shop since 2015, at the time she ran two other shops and I followed her to whichever shop she was working at that particular day. Recently, she hasn’t been doing that good of a job and she has been rushing through my nails to attend to other clients. It’s really irritating and rude, you shouldn’t book yourself so full and then try to rush when it gets busy, especially when I’ve been coming to you for years, you shouldn’t do a shoddy job to go attend to someone else. I had been ignoring things like this but it recently took a head when I had a wedding to attend to, and she started helping someone else in the middle of helping me. I walked into the shop at 3 and didn’t leave until 5pm, and I didn’t even get my pedicure! I got a fill-in and didn’t even get my nails polished because I had other things to do. It’s really sad because I love to stick with and support the same people but not when the service is bad. Also, she started sneaking in charges. It’s usually 35 for a fill in with gel polish. On my last visit I was charged $40, and when I asked why I was told because my nails are long. And when I told her there’s no mention of that on the pricing sign I was told “that sign is old” 🙄😬.

I had eye brows and tinting done here. The messy, disgusting room should have been a red flag but for some reason I stayed. My next warning sign was the tinting. It was not like what I’ve see before but they assured me it would work. There was literally no change in my eye brows and they kept telling me it was darker even though I kept assuring them it wasn’t. Then came the waxing where half of my eye brow was taken off. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

Mylie has been doing my lashes for about 4 months now. She is easy to schedule with and has better prices than most competitors. Tom has done my nails a few times and he is great also i do the dip powder; they have tons of colors to choose from.

Excellent manicure. A full set by Mylie lasts for a solid 3 weeks. The salon is very clean and has many options. I recommend here for all nail services.

I wish I could give more stars for this place. I took my friend there to get our nails done, they do them quick and beautifully. I got my gel set 2 weeks ago and they still look stunning.

Walked in at 6:05 on a Sunday night, (close at 7) and agreed to give me a full mani/pedi. It was so relaxing, and they did a great job! This location is convenient for me, Im glad I dont have to make an appointment and can just walk right in!

I live in Nora and love the neighborhood, so I like to support local businesses. However, after this last experience, I will never go to this nail salon again. I went there a week ago, and the young man who did my nails took so long and made so many mistakes that I didnt even have time to get the nails painted. I went back a few days later to get them painted, and they were so busy that I waited for about a half hour before I had to leave again. The owner said that they were short staffed until next week, which is understandable I suppose but it seems like it is like that all of the time. The quality of the gel manicure was so poor that all but 2 nails have peeled off. I called and asked for my money back. They told me that they could not give a refund.

Rushing while doing my nails, cut my finger, gel nails came out bad also they said it was 30 at first then when I went to pay they said 40 with tip not included in price. Also usually they tell you to go wash your hands before they put the nail polish on they didnt have me go wash my hands thats so odd I thought. Not coming here again or telling my friends to go here bad custoner service.

I love this salon. I get manicures and pedicures. I love how my nails always turn out! I would always recommend this shop.
