Staff was kind and efficient with each pedicure(my mother and I). All tools used on feet were clean and fresh per person. Pricing was reasonable.

I had the worse experience ever in my history of getting my nails done. Im from NWI area and was attending a funeral in Indianapolis. I went into Na Nails on Lafayette. My technician was named Alexia. I request a pedicure and gel manicure on my natural nails. After leaving, within 30 minutes the nails looked bubbled. I did not have time to go back that day, so I decided to go back the next day before I got on the road to go home. When I got there I explain what happened to the nail tech. She mentioned my issue to the owner. I was okay with a total do over until the nail tech drilled instead of soaking my nails. She continued to do a poor job and made matters worse than they were. I asked for a refund and this is how the fight got started. They tried to say I messed up my nails after leaving the salon. I requested for a gel set. A gel set suppose to be completely dry before the client leaves the shop. It will not matter if the person bump, dip in water the nails are suppose to not be damaged nor should the polish lifts. The nail tech admitted the set was not properly cured. She knew she was having a problem 🙄while doing the process on one finger. This resulted in the police coming and me loosing at least 50 dollars.The owner of this establishment named Paul is rude and his tone was unacceptable. I was angry of course. Rude no. He accused me of being rude and I never not once cursed him out. I should have tho. One customer stood up while another one filmed. I hope this never happens to another person inside Na Nails located in Indianapolis, IN on Lafayette St.

Paul did great he took his time with my nails and feet and my nails look great!!! My daughter got one too and they did hers great too!! We was the only ones in there because they follow the COVID guidelines!!! Need a good nail place come here! And he used hot stones on my feet which felt great :)I recommend you make a appointment :)

I called about an hour before they closed, they got me in quickly and didn’t rush while doing my nails. Loved the color and shape! The man who was doing my nails was so nice, I’m usually so picky with my nails and he did everything nicely. Going to be coming back!

The service was ok they did not crowd the shop and made sure everyone had an appointment. They did followed COVID-19 guidelines.

I don’t usually post reviews but Paul did an AMAZING JOB on my birthday nails!! I’m from Saint Louis, MO and this is my first time getting them done in Indy!! He will always do my nails while I’m here in Indy for sure! Very kind, neat, and clean. He took his time and pleased me for sure!! I will drop my picture in the photo section. Not only were the staff very friendly but they provided great customer service and took their time with both my pedicure and manicure. They also have a wall full of colors to select from. Bulky, uneven nails. Left here and went to another nail shop, paid again to get nails fixed. So disappointing.

Quality of service has declined tremendously. They dont wash or sanitize their tools; very unfriendly; one person (may be mgr., not sure) was playing loud music on her tablet which I thought was rude. Place wasnt as clean as it should be. Getting nail svc should be a relaxing experience, there its anything but! Atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Nails were jagged instead of smooth and polish wasnt applied very well. My third and final visit with Na Nails! My quest continues for a good nail salon!!!

READ THIS!!! This salon has gone down hill truly. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure on Sunday afternoon, after their google hours said they didnt close til 7p. Turns out they closed at 4p, but were still accepting clients. I truly am not that customer and said I could come back, but she assured me it was okay and started working on my pedicure.She kept telling me to lay back and relax (I shouldve known this was going to be bad day). Long story short, she gipped my pedicure, cut my nails too short, didnt even file my nails and my polish fell off 2 days later!My gel manicure wasnt cured correctly either and has started turning a dark brown color 5 days later as well. She didnt file my nails on this either, or trim my cuticles.My advice is DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!! Its horrible service with shady women and isnt worth your time. There are much better places in Indy to get proper service and quality work.

Not very pleased with this place. I went in for a fill and cut..got gel polish (although I wasnt informed about it prior to getting it) told it lasts longer and stays shiny and wont chip..long story short I paid $42 and they chipped within the first couple of days. Returned and demanded they do my nails over for free. I won..

No Nails is the best nail shop Ive been to in years. The owner and her husband are the absolute best at doing nails, he is extremely particular Their services are a bit pricey however, the quality of their service is top notch/high end in my opinion its worth every penny you choose to spend pamper yourself. After finishing your nails they have a thing that my sister in-law and I like to call Their secret weapon! It keeps us coming back for more and it does not involve anything illegal. All Ill say is hot rocks work wonders on the human body. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone who loves to look good and feel good. N a Nails is the best nail salons on the Northwest side of Indy.

Love them!!! Yes, theyre a few dollars more than most places for gel BUT you absolutely get what you pay for!!! I love how they do my gel nails. They take their time so it looks very neat! I drive from Avon to them just because of the quality of their work. My gel literally lasts for 1-2 months. They could add some more employees to cut down on customer waiting time but Id rather wait for quality.

Horrible. First experience was great went back 2 weeks later for full set overlay and pedi 3 nail techs and no customers for them to tell me come back Saturday the lady will be in that does full set. They have a awesome variety of regular nail polish customer service was great 2 weeks ago I even thought I had me a new eye brow tech too I will not come back nor recommend any clients that way. And I drove out my way!!!! LAZY!!!!!

Horrible HORRIBLE service. Pedicures ARE JUST dipping your feet in hot water and washing them like You can at home, go down the street and you get a pedicure with scrapping off corns etc for the same price !! I SWEAR also down the street or anywhere but here you get a re fill and gel polish and cut down for 30 ... Here its 43!! If you want French 10 dollars more other place only 3$ more so 33 at other place and had i done it here at this plaxe all together 53 NO THANK YOU thats a whole 20$ for nothing special but hot rocks ? Please.Save your money go somewhere else look around !

I took my mom here for mothers day for some pedicures. All they did was dip our feet in water and paint our nails. She said it would be an extra 10 dollars to scrap our feet. What kind of salon would give a pedicure where they just wash your feet?!? Then I go a few weeks later for a fill in. Not only did she do a shotty job she had the audacity to charge me 10 dollars to cut my nails now a bit. I can do that myself, why would I pay 10 dollars for that?! I left there paying 30 dollars for a fill in, when I could have just gotten a full set somewhere else for that price.

After I waited a while. Lady told me it would be $40 for just a fill with gel polish. I have always paid $30 everywhere else. She was then rude to me and told me, well, then you go somewhere else then, bye! I told her I would make sure others knew not to go there & that they overcharged. Will NEVER go again!

Horrible. waited hr and half to even get greeted. left quick not expecting to take so long. went back next day to get them fixed and they refused to fix my nails...they are cut uneven and they slant up. ive NEVER left a nail shop so displeased. WASTE OF MONEY. pissed !!!

They tried to charge more then when I told them no thank they said they were joking and then begin to pull and twist my feet instead of asking me to move them. Nail Polish was slapped on. Then when I sign the card slip she snatched it outy hand. Never again

Horrible. I vowed never to come here before because the accused me of staining my nails within 24 hours the women told me that they didnt need my money. Today, I was told that because my new set that is only 3 weeks old that she refused doing a fill and I needed a new set and go back where I got them done. She tried to charge me $55. for new set. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I showed up a few minutes after they opened to see them strolling over to Starbucks. Figured no big deal, I can wait a minute. 20 minutes later I (along with several other customers) gave up. If you dont want to open at 11, dont post that online so people can waste time waiting on you. Ill spend my money elsewhere.
