Look like the people here have no experience on doing nails they bulky they big.. they look like someone just start.. It looked like I have man hands.. didnt say anything because it wasnt worthy it Jimmy went off on someone else..so not worthy it... will not return or send no one....

Took my mother-in-law and my stepdaughter for a late Mothers Day present to get their nails and toes done my mother-in-law nails only stayed on 3 days went back to get them done he said his policy was only 5 days when he originally told me he had a 7-Day policy on them I spent $256 for three of us he told me I can get them done again but I have to pay a fee I was not going to pay a fee after spending $256 for nails that only stayed on for 3 days

Oh my what an experience. The customer service is excellent. Sam is a wonderful manager. I really enjoyed the pedicure. Its the only place where Ive went and had a cocktail while I got my feet done. My feet feel wonderful and I will most certainly be returning very soon. Please come and check them out.

Disappointed ain’t the word… I paid $100 for some BS!!! Nails are different sizes, 2 are leaning to the left, and different sizes🤬🤬 my pedicure was rushed, toe nails weren’t shaped. This is what my nails looked like after 2 days. I went back and got a these done over and they did the absolute same thing! Its gel polish, so they said! It was cheaper than what Im use to but definitely not worth it at all. My toes did about the same.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to.. took my two girls to get regular Polish not gel polish on her. It was clumpy and not fully polished. And way over priced for just a regular polish.. very disappointing will NEVER go there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was in town for an event and I did a walk in. Star did a really nice job with a gel manicure and pedicure. The staff was really friendly and care that their clients are happy. I also watched the staff do deep cleaning, when but busy, which is a step above most salons.

$50 dollars for a gel pedicure 😡😡😡 they didn’t even clip or shape my toenails ! Unprofessional freaky environment! Don’t go to this nail shop ! They expect full payment for bad work this is ridiculous! Look at my nails how is the gel polish coming off already and it’s only been a day !!! Look how messy the polish is !! 😡😡😡😡😡 i could go on and on !

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL place I have EVER been to in my LIFE ! Literally .I was unhappy w my white tip pedi and asked JIMMY to make the tip thicker he did not, I was unhappy w the shape of my nails and asked him to make them neater . At that time he took my money off the table without asking and told me that he wouldn’t not finish my nails . So I paid $70 for nothing . Now I have to go to ANOTHER shop for them to work on top of someone else’s work & spend MORE money . Very rude, unapologetic and unprofessional!!!!! I will never be back nor do I suggest anyone else go and waste their money w him !

Horrible job, rushed and patronized like the nails really looked great, and its like if you complain your fraudulent or something, and I only got a fix and paint!! its annoying this used to be a great salon but now the quality is just not there AT ALL, there is no techs other than jimmy and his boyfriend so he is to blame, I was disappointed in my service still paid my money and will not ever be returning, lesson learnt...this is gel polish fyi this pic is the third day but I left the salon this way other than the chipping

This is the most execrable and lowest level nail salon ever. I took my wife there to make a gel refill. The so called specialist lady not only did not clean the nails but the worst is that the massive varnish she put on my wifes nails started to come out once she got to the car. I had my nails done for 6 days and one of my nails broke off and I paid $97..... I wanted a repair but I said Forget it. If it’s not done right the first a Time. I’m not going back. And then when I told Ruby she said call a manager. I told her I would pay and she was okay. But why bother. I shouldn’t have to go to the manager when you did my nails. I won’t be going back.

Jimmy is very talented and creative in his nail art and design. Me and my friend brought our daughters along for the end an epic unforgettable girls day and we was not disappointed. Our nail artist was full of life and personality and his husband was Absolutely full of life and lets not forget that they are the only nail spa in Indiana thats also a bar. ;) cant wait to go back.

They were very unprofessional. The first girl that did my nails was truly a beginner. The owner I guess (Jimmy) called himself fixing it but he had an attitude cause I didnt want the lady to finish my nails. Ive never had it hurt so bad. And now they are just crooked and uneven. Ill never go back! Very dissatisfied.

So my usual place was booked. Someone recommended this place. Idk why anyone would. I asked for my toes to be cut and painted. They look worse than when I went in. I thought oh wow. Cheaper than im use to. But I will pay extra to have done what I asked. Amd have it done right. Now I have to pay someone to do them right. I could of painted better and filed them for free.

Extremely unsatisfied with my service here. I was given a binder of pages they printed off of a computer & told to pick my color from there. The pages were so blurry it looked like they hadnt changed their printer cartridges in a while. The lady doing my nails did not speak a single bit of English, therefore I couldnt tell her how I wanted my nails. I ended up going with a red but when she started painting it was definitely hot pink. When I told her it was pink, a man brought a different bottle over & instead of removing the pink, she painted over it. The UV lights dont work & none of my nails are even. I was there for about 2 1/2 - 3 freaking hours for a full set & didnt even have a wait, the service was just SLOW! The place is dirty & way overpriced. Do NOT recommend.

I don’t know what these reviews are or if they’re fake but please don’t go here I would given 0 stars if possible. This was the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. The place was DIRTY, there was 0 music, the owner was loud and talking/ yelling the whole time (and not wearing shoes I might add) and whoever works the front desk would come over and lean on the table right next to me to the point where I was so uncomfortable at how close he was to me and he was also wearing extremely dirty clothes. I then ordered a martini which I got with a nice bug in it. Not one person asked me why I wasn’t drinking it till the very end when he tried to charge me when I had clearly not drank it (it was also bright yellow and terrifying looking (I’m a bartender)). Aside from all of this, the manicure itself was awful and when I tried to point out issues I was told it was fine or my fault for not putting my fingers properly in the light. At that point I didn’t even want to complain anymore and just wanted to get out of this place. I left w nail polish still on my cuticles and the worst set of nails I’ve ever seen to the point where I went home to fix them instead of carrying on with my errands because I was so embarrassed. I went home, repainted and reshaped my own nails and the acrylic is still awful. I literally threw out 60 dollars and like I said I’m just a bartender getting my nails done is a special and rare occasion and this has completely ruined that for me...will be sticking to painting my own nails for a while.

I like the place, but the tech they sent me to seemed a inexperienced. Polished nails sloppy. But the owner cleaned up her mess. Also I called before I came. And they answered the phone by saying who is this.

I have been coming to Jimmys for years. This salon is very customer oriented. You will be asked several times if everything is ok so far as you are being serviced. There are no appointments needed. The cost are very affordable. The service is usually fast unless you go during a busy time. The quality of the nails are great. They do not chip nor break & Jimmy is always up on the latest fashions with nails.

Jimmy is great, they make sure youre happy with everything they do. Staff is like a big family, very chatty and entertaining. Unique door with unique people. Loved it

The workers were the absolute best. Nice, friendly, funny, and cool. The only problem I had was when I went to finish my gel acrylic nails I looked at them and all 10 of my nails had little bubbles in them that werent suppose to be there and I said something all all they did was add another coat! Well I went in and its a beautiful shop really it is... So Sam is so nice and Jimmy is great, however they have some girl working there who is very unpleasant she doesnt listen at all if you tell her what you want she always have to tell you what she wants... I didnt like that, whatever​I want do your job thats it your not a personal stylist... But moving forward Im only going to allow Jimmy, Angela, or Sam do my nails... Go check them out

I love the ambiance. Everytime I go there I am greeted by Jimmy and Sam personally. They treat you like family not a client. Marci had been my friend and stylist for over 10 years. My kids refuse to let anyone touch their hair! If you want a relaxing spa day this is the place!!

I am not from Indianapolis, I am a Jersey Empress 💋 I was leary about trying a new nail shop out so I went without getting my nails done for 2 months. I went to Jimmys Nails and I can happily say that he personally restored my nails and I am very pleased with the pleasant service received today! We had the greatest chat ever! I had a terrible experience @ Jimmy’s, today. 3.27.2019.i ONLY went to Jimmy’s bc i was told twice (before i even left the house) that he knew how to do the “e-file manicure” and he told me, “Yes!” when i got there it was not the case. Jimmy, himself, was very nice & inviting, but he told me he, “knew exactly what i wanted” when i asked about the manicure to his face i got the same response, a yes, but barely got a regular manicure. He cut my cuticles w/o my hands being washed or soaked, he cut my cuticles w/ the nippers. My middle finger on my right hand was chipped really bad and he said that he would gel to “heal it”....all he did was paint my nails after that(maybe that’s what he meant, but my nail is still chipped). Speaking of gel, I picked a regular nail polish bc I specifically did NOT want gel, he proceeded to paint my nails w/ gel nail polish.i was EXTREMELY disappointed w/ my service & I ended up still having to come home & fix what I could. Not to mention, when I got a good look at my paint job, that was done terribly, too. I normally go to someone else, I only went to Jimmy’s as an in between, until I got to my appointment w/ her. I have decided not to go back tom Jimmy’s, he only got the star he received because it was the only way I could post my review.

I got a set of Gucci nails done for a very reasonable price and I loved them. The people where very nice and it was a good experience!! Im definitely going back.

Unprofessional and my nails are jacked. None of them are the same shape. Plus it’s been 3 days and my nail beds are still raw. The person who did my nails didn’t use clean supplies. She was picking in her bra the entire time and at first I wanted clear but they so messed up. I thought color would fix it. They couldn’t even get all the previous nail polish off and just left it there. Will not be going again and will tell my fiends to steer clear. Idk how to add pictures but bruhhh

For some reason Indy has a low number of nail salons. I came into town for a wedding and went to this location. They are experts in acrylic nails and designs (which was not what I was getting). I was initially nervous that my regular manicure was not going to last but she did an excellent job and it lasted longer than my previous gel manicure! (The service was slow, spent an hour for a mani) Also, the ambience is not my style (lots of inappropriate talk) but if you want to buy alcoholic drinks while you get a mani/pedi- this is the place for you.

Less then a week gel nails. This is not acceptable. If Im paying good money and driving to get my nails done I expect better service. And the to be rude on top of it. Then the repair that was done pealed again. I feel as if you dont know how to do gel nail and maybe you should discontinue this service.

He spent more time talking about sex if he put the same amount of effort into my nails they would look better the designer was perfect even though she overdid the Bedazzle

He is the worst. It was my first and last time going. His techs didnt know how to do the pedicure that I wanted. I normally go to Nail Art. He started using the word ghetto referring to me and anyone who has been to Nail Art. He cant touch Nail Arts worst tech on his BEST day. The pedicure he gave me was BASIC and I wont be returning.

Worst experience with pedicure Ive ever had. Do not recommend. I walked in to no one being in the main room and I could hear people talking on the back talking very poorly about another employee there. I waited for about 7 minutes before I called out for service and was finally helped. Each foot/only half of my leg might have been massaged for 20 seconds each. I can still see my old color on my toes/skin as he didnt take it all off before applying new polish. Highly disappointed.

I love to go to Jimmys Nail Spa. Ive been going for almost two years and I havent had a problem. Jimmy and his staff are very courteous. Ive had the ultimate pedicure and I loved it. Jimmy always asks if you are satisfied with the service. I love the fact that he takes a pic of your nails after theyve done and he post them on Facebook and Instagram.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The young nail tech was sweet but in doing my pedicure she cut my skin off of my toes. Filed my toenails unevenly and I was still charged 30 bucks and I didnt even get my toes polished. This was the WORST experience Id ever had. Jimmy was sitting right there, and took another client and didnt offer to help my situation. I will never ever recommend anyone here. Im so upset.

This nail salon is absolutely filthy! I dont understand how they can do nails in such an unsanitary environment. The tech that did my nails obviously didnt know the difference between a square nail or a squoval nail. My hands are small and I got big clumpy misshaped nails..The staff was friendly, but I could never go back .

First I start seeing dirt float to the top of the water in the pedicure bowl. I put my finger in the bowl and it was filthy, so then Sam insisted on cleaning it rather than listening to jimmy about putting me in another, so now Im standing on the cold floor with wet feet. So as Sam is doing my pedicure I notice his hands are shaking uncontrollably. Which began to be unsettling because Im aware Im getting a halfass pedicure at this point. So then jimmy says hell clip my nails. But a lady did instead. Then jimmy comes to do a rush on my French pedi polish. So as I left i could see my feet in the sunlight and boah I dont like them. So I just put my head down and got in my car. Why did it take 3 people to do a messed up pedicure, I will never know! I wouldve went back inside to get corrected but I dont handle attitudes well. My smile lines are incomplete 😔😔😔😔😔 I hate wasting money I work hard for... Jimmy get better lighting, and stop rushing.

Please do not go here. My friend and I just spent $100 on our nails to walk out in tears ripping them off. Completely unsanitary and so overpriced. Our nails are lumpy and mis-shaped. Waited forever and was told they could do things they clearly can’t do.

The ABSOLUTE WORST mani/pedi Ive ever had. He didnt even file!!! Just used that electric file, and thinned my nails down so far they are sore, and ragged. I do NOT RECCOMEND!!!

So this was a very disappointing experience and possibly the worst manicure/pedicure Ive ever received. The pictures are severely outdated as the inside looks very run down and the salon is also seems to double as a UPS dropoff?! My technician very sweet but very poorly trained. I left with my nails ragged and uneven and did not allow my cuticles to be trimmed for fear of damage being done. Definitely the first and last time Ill be there.

LITERALLY a Bloody Awful experience that left my hands w cuts on every finger. Absolutely no refund. My gross nail tech blondie was unprofessional and unclean Id never go back. I only went because I went two years ago and liked the experience. The owner Jimmy made a racist comment when I asked for a refund, saying the white nail tech who did my nails left the WHITE girl who just left satisfied. It was very questionable as to who had a licence and who didnt and the fact that No name tags were worn didnt make it any easier. Ive gotten my nails professionally done for close to ten years and never had I ever seen nails that were so poorly and inconsistently shaped. They were really wide, shaped like upside down trapezoids. I asked for square nails, so I politely asked her to made them more narrow at the top she asked WHICH ONES? it lead to Jimmy taking over. However he only adjusted one hand and charged me an extra $5 for coffin shaped nails which I never asked for, all due to her mistake. He only took $2 off the original pride and he offered to redo my nails instead of giving me a refund but WHY in my right mind would I get my nails redone after such an extremely PAINFUL experience??????????? And Dear Jimmy, the nail safe powder that you used to dry my blood didnt numb a thing! All I wanted was nice nails for my college graduation ceremony the next day. Instead I was humiliated, mistreated, and reduced to tears at one point.Thank
