Love this salon but my favorite nail tech left! But it’s super clean, super friendly and soooooo many colors to choose from. Also the best massage chairs ever when getting your pedicure.

It was a great time. The people were so nice but the place is kinda small so you might have to wait to be served. It went really fast tho, they got finished with really fast once they got me in the chair witch only took maybe 15 minutes and the nails were awesome quality! The man gave me some really good advice about my nails that I didn’t know so I would definitely recommend!

My daughter recommended this place and the experience was awesome. The location, the atmosphere in the store, the people and my nails - all A1 quality. I have finally found my new nail salon.......

Nice place, there should be a day set aside and time for employees to do each others nails and feet. Customers having to wait to get served because the receptionist is getting hers done while on duty is not a good idea. Customer service could be better.

From the time I called to schedule a same day Pedi until I paid and left I received nothing but amazing customer service, friendly, courteous, professional. They do great work. I was so relaxed and comfortable I almost fell asleep lol. Highly recommend

They are pretty good. Its clean and they are very professional. He just scrub the top of my feet with a brush it hurts. When I go back Im going to tell them not to do that. I love the set up and atmosphere.

Thus was my first time coming here. .y experience was amazing from the te I walked in to the time I left. The receptionist was very helpful friendly and professional. She makes you feel like you have been coming forever. The deluxe pedicure is definitely worth it. Annie is amazing she took her time .Su did an amazing job he knows his craft and is very good at what he does. Im a very picky person when it comes to my nails and feet. i have no complaints. Dont expect the low average nail pricesbut its soo worth it because you get amazing service worth the money.

This is the only nail salon I will go to. The staff is knowledgeable about trends and they have a huge selection of colors to choose from! They are mindfulof cleanliness and social distancing. Everyone there is a perfectionist and I have never been disappointed!

Me and my mom used to go there when the original owners owned the place but now they have new owners I believe and my mom went by herself to get them filled and they 1. Charge $3 to shorten (clip and file) them after they grew up and were being filled 2. They hurt my moms nails so when she went to Luxe Nails the guy literally said “who did this to you” meaning it was not good quality. You have to shorten the nails when you get them filled and Katie the original owner never did that because it is common knowledge that that is something you shouldn’t be charged for. Never going there again and neither is my mom.

I went to get a Mani pedi and my Mani was was terrible. The polish was very thick and and the guy didnt listen to my requests. I tipped $1 due to my experience being so poor and he changed it to $10. Go if you feel like being robbed!

They are nice although the lady I had was too rough and cut me fingers 3 times... They also charge you for a trim and dont tell you until after. Overall the experience was ok, wont be going back.

I came in today for the first time and had a great experience, from the atmosphere to the service and the receptionist was super sweet and welcoming! My nail tech was T she did an amazing job and took her time. The salon was very neat and clean as well, I will definitely be back.

I have been coming to Coco Nails for years. In the fall it came under new management and I have been thrilled with the small but meaningful changes. Thi is always warm and friendly. I always enjoy our conversations. She is so sweet and wants you to know she cares. The staff really does a good job and is always friendly as well. They have water bottles or coffee available to customers and the music is always good. Clean, did I mention how clean this salon is? No? Well, it is and it would be hard to find a nail salon comparable to Coco Nails.

The girls in our family have been coming to Coco Nails since they opened and we have always enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and quality service they provide! The salon is always so clean and they take their time so your nails looks great when theyre done! Thi (T) and her staff make you feel welcome and appreciated! We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Nice atmosphere! Clean friendly and professional! My french pedicure always lasts longer when i go here. Everywhere else my polish chips within 2 weeks. Only 4 stars because sometimes the wait is long or you have to come back another day.

I am not from here so the prices to me seem a little high. But a very relaxing atmosphere.

First decent pedicure Ive had in a long time. Tom was very meticulous and took his time. I gave 4 stars only because it was my first experience there. Hopefully Ill have to revise my review to 5 stars after a few more visits.

Loveeeee my nails. Got a gel manicure with some extra sparkle for the new year for $35. Alex did a GREAT job! He was kind and made sure I liked my color before he continued. He was also very careful- made sure they look perfect! Will return.

The ladies were nice and polite. Got there at 645pm and they took me at 650. I was getting acrylics and having them cut down very short. The lady took her time and was very thorough with every step. They close at 730 but they still took me and she was done around 740 and let me stay a little bit more to dry my nails. Customer service was good and prices are decent. The shop is very clean and nice. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the nail polish couldve been applied just a bit nicer. On several fingers the polish is on my cuticle, but over all very nice job.

First and last time today. I asked for a pedicure. Ended up all she did was remove polish and applied polish. Filed too nails and thats it. I had a hard time understanding her. She left me and forgot about me drying my toes for nearly 40 minutes. Even another customer thought I was under dryer too long. I finally got up and went to counter to pay and had to bring her attention away from her phone to collect my pay. Understand I only ended up paying for polish removal and new polish. She didnt even push my cuticles back. This young lady will lose a lot of money for this business. I will never go back to that place.

Lady was very rude for no reason. Told me dont move her chair around. Told her I was from another State & she got smart. This is an ok nail salon. I want to love the work they do, because they are such nice people. I have had my nails done quite a few times here, and the work just doesnt hold up for me. I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

This place was awful! Went in here with the intention of getting two manicures, one for my 4 year old daughter who was extremely excited and was graduating from pre-kindergarten that evening, and one for myself. The older lady with short hair and glasses was kind of mean and extremely rude. Not only did she blatantly roll her eyes in front of me when I asked her if my daughter could go first ( seriously?) But then she proceeded to grab my four-year-old by the arm and basically pull her to the table! Im not sure what type of children shes used to dealing with but my daughter is perfectly capable of following somebody to a table. Then she pretty much just rushed to the service by slapping some polish on. We were there a total of 5 minutes. She then felt like it was appropriate to pick up my child and carry her to another chair like she was a sack of potatoes. When she attempted two throw her in a chair I basically had to pry her arms off of her and tell her to let go! I decided to not get my nails done because of her attitude. Also she use cuticle clippers to cut my daughters nails. I am a licensed cosmetologist and I happen to know thats not the way you do things. I understand that her nails are small but they should have a smaller pair of nail clippers on hand! I mean come on, theres no reason that a nail salon should not have the proper equipment. Ill never go back.

Horrible experience. I went to get a gel pedicure and gel full set. Everything started out fine until the end of my pedicure. The gentleman used regular polish, when I pointed out the mistake they attempted to take all of the polish off and redo it. That would have taken far too long. So I brushed it off and proceeded too have my full set done. I asked the gentleman, Kenny, for rhinestones and french tip. He said okay. The nail application was horrible by the way. Just horrible. He was using nail tips that were far too big for my nail bed. He was also placing them crooked. I asked for coffin shape and the way he shaped them was horrible. Far from coffin shape. He proceeds to place the rhinestones and that is where I drew the line. He placed them extremely crooked and lumped up. I demanded that he take them off. He says, I dont know how to do the rhinestones. I say, yes I can tell, so who knows how to do them here because I can come back. The only reason I got white tips was because I knew I was getting rhinestones. He says, no one does. I asked then why do you have the rhinestones here. He ignored me. At this point I am frustrated and ready to go. Im pregnant so I have a headache from the ALL of the fumes( they did not offer a face mask by the way). He applied the same color to my nails that was on my feet. A Purple Glitter polish! Yes glitter on top of french tip. It looks horrible. The final straw and the reason why I will never go back is as he is polishing my nails, i place them under the UV and when I take them out, they are STILL WET!! I ask him are you sure this is gel polish or are you using the regular polish that was used on my feet? He, again, ignored me!! So I repeated myself, he says, its not wet, but it was !! So I get home, not even five minutes away, the tips of all of my nails are lumpy. Meaning it was NOT DRY!! HE PUT A GEL COAT ON TOP OF REGULAR POLISH. I will be back up there when they open to get either a refund or a polish change where they actually use gel polish! Im so upset and disappointed. By the way, he still charged me for gel polish!!

Came in with my sister to relax and get a pedicure before my baby comes. The foot massage was wonderful and the technician was friendly. However the fumes were OUTRAGEOUS and the end results of my toes are VERY poor. Nail polish is uneven, feet are still very dry and my toes were cut and filed unevenly. I believe the technician was new, however all I wanted was a simple French pedi and I couldn’t receive thatdue to my nails then being too short. Very disappointed but appreciated the friendly atmosphere.

Pedicure felt nice, but there was no effort to make even a little bit of small talk. I dont need you to talk my war, just have a few pleasantries. Also, the polish looked just ok.

DO NOT GO HERE I believe theyre prejudice. This was my first time I arrived at 5:10 pm on a Saturday and they said they didnt have time to service me because they supposedly had appointments coming. Keep in mind they dont close until 7pm. Now for a walk in nail salon I thought it was first come first serve. I polietly left because I dont want to spend my my money where IM not respected. But this is insane dont have your doors and sign say open if your not open
