Let me just say, my 11 yo daughter would do a better job painting my toenails. Toes looking all messed up. The man who did the job didn’t even take the time to clean the excess of nail polish. Just check the photos.

Got a full set.. definitely not worth $55 ! Very sloppy and not what I asked for and looked like he had no idea what he was doing. Didnt even file all the way and nails are all different and kinda wonky. Never coming back. And the very simple design I asked for was done terribly

I got my.nails done and not even a week later two have fallen off... I will not be going back for the amount I spent my nails should not be messed up already

I went for a powder dip manicure. It was done sloppy and poorly. I had to soak them off when I got home. She lied about being able to do this type of manicure.

If I could rate zero I would. Pedicure looks like a kid did it. Cut one toe nail to low put a tip on and it looks Chuncky. Horrible horrible horrible!

They so lazy my diamond came off same day I got it don’t then on top that all my nails came off. Nd three day bad for business not even the nails I really ask they do wat they won’t to do charge 60 dollars for some short nails when I get my done for 45 dollars they will never play me again

I will not ever spend money with this establishment ever again. I paid $50 for a full set with gel polish and all of my nails popped off within a week.

I had to call last minute and they took me immediately I gave her an idea of what I wanted and Tina hit it spot on was absolutely worth the 50 bucks that she charged me I would’ve paid 85 I am so pleased I am definitely going back and making this my nail salon home

Rushed didn’t ask what kind of pedicure. Put gel and I didn’t want it. Then over charged me. Rude all around and I will not be returning. Gave me basic and wanted the spa but still charged me $45.00

Horrible experience. I think the techs are too old and need to retire. They blame mistakes on you but they really messed your nails up. They filed my nails too thin, they cant polish and four nails broke in three days. Id never go again or suggest them.

Found Pro Nails about a month ago. After taking the dogs to groomer. Have had a new set, a fill, and because Im hard on my hands and nails, a repair. So far, Im extremely satisfied. I prefer my nails short so growth is easy.My previous salon filed my nails to thin. These girls have taken the time to help revitalize my nails BY HAND and not machine. I am now just at the overlay stage at just 3 weeks.Just a little 2020 New Years fun.

Hands down to the best nail tech I’ve found in a long time .... after someone else in this same establishment butcher my nails KATHIA was my nail angel. (lol) She was the best had much patients and such a great personality. Her talent shows in her work. I give her a 5 star but not the place I will definitely hands down will be coming back to herPSShe has such great ideas for the nail design“You choose the color and she comes up with a personal unique design just for you ”

They we friendly but do not do a very good job on your nails! I went Friday evening and got my nails done by Sunday 1 was already broke had it fixed Monday and then I wake up Tuesday morning and another is broke and broke in my sleep I have been getting my nails done since I was 15 I’m now 34 and never had this happen the nails are lumpy and not good quality at all I paid 50 for them plus a 10 tip DOWN THE DRAIN! I live about 20 mins away from them so it’s not even worth the drive shop around before heading there I definitely won’t be back or recommend it to anyone !

Waited over a hour for service even though I was told that it would be a 15min wait. Listened to a customer curse out the guy that was doing her manicure because he was being rude to her. He was then available to do my pedicure but he walked to the back with an attitude. Not a great experience and I won’t be returning.

I highly recommend this salon. Ive been coming here for years now because of the excellent service! Tina does a great job on eyebrows! The staff is very friendly and they always make my nails look amazing! Keep up the great work guys! Youre the real MVPs!

As I am currently sitting in the pedicure chair I can say that the service that I am receiving is excellent. I have had no problems during my visit but..REVIEW UPDATE!!! I went 3 days ago to get a pedicure done and I had excellent service. I went back to get a fill in and, the service was not so good. I had acrylic that was filed down too much on one side of my nail and when I asked him to fix it he said that it was under my nail(which is impossible, because it’s an overlay) and tried to file my natural nail. He wouldn’t even fix the mistake. On top of that everywhere else it costs 25 for a fill in and he charged me 35 dollars. I will not go there again!!!

My nails are a mess the acrylic is all lumpy and my thumb nail broke. Im gonna go see if she will fix at no additional charge since its her fault if she wont Ill NEVER go again and Ill deter customers as much as I can.3/27..She fixed my nails with no hesitation for no additional cost great customer service Tina.👍🏾👍🏾

No stars! The lady was looking away while using the drill on my nails, scrapped my cuticles, asked me if it hurt I replied yes, no apologies! I picked my color she brought something else back, I told her treat wasnt what I chose, polish was lumpy nails werent uniform. NEVER AGAIN!

I walked in to get my eyebrows done. The store is filthy. Dusty and dirty. I had to redox my eyebrows. And I still have the wax on me from her not cleaning it off. Her apron is dirty. And Im pretty sure some one lives in the back of the store.

My gel polish came started chipping within 2 days. I got an older gentleman that ciuldnco speak or understand English at all, so he didnt know what I was wanting done. I will not go back to this place. I noticed that after a pedicure, they wont let the water out and did not clean the pedi tub out less than one star

Worst place to get nails done. They break off after three days. They wont replace them or correct their terrible work. Expensive and terrible work ethics. They dont take care of their customers! They need to close up shop. Stop take money from good people.

I was a walk in for a pedi. Took no time to get in but took forever for the new employee to finish. Next time ill pick someone else

The incompetence in this shop is astounding. I had to ask for my fill to be redone. My nails were thick, the polish was uneven and there were little bumps of brown stuff painted to my nails. Asked fir a refund and was told that was impossible but she could fix my manicure. The second job is marginally better. The worst nail salon I have ever visited.

Shop closes at 5pm, its 4pm, you turn us away with 3 people and and hour to go. Bad move. Youre not good enough to turn down money. Pro-nails was a last resort anyway. Horrible experience years ago. Some things never change.
