I came to diamond nail today on my birthday. As the guy was about to use the silver callus shaver, he started scrubbing so fast in two spots of my foot. You would think being that I’m a lady, he would start off gentle. I just two times. But all he could say was sorry, rubbing the spots that are clearly red enough to start bleeding. He called a woman over with blonde Afro, and of course spoke in another language. She says to me oh it was a bad callus!?! Mind you it’s only been two weeks exactly since my last pedicure elsewhere. So I asked do I still have to pay full price since I’m bleeding, she says well….. pause a few mins then says ‘ I mean we’ll take off acrylic toe and it’ll be 55$ . I personally didn’t not think this service was worth $55 at all. Not a professional place if business at all. Worker was on the phone right in front of me with someone saying, n***a over n over having full conversations like she wasn’t at work. SMH and to top that off it’s my birthday… horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

First time Ive been to a place that couldnt fix a broken nail. The nail techs are as clueless as they look.

This place is terrible. The nails techs have extremely poor customer service, and the wait time is outrageous. I waited 4 hours to get started on my nails. I watched nail techs argue with each other and be rude to customers plus eat food WHILE they were doing others nails as I waited. The person who did my toes did not know what they were doing at all. Unfortunately they get away with this because some people are willing to put up with ghetto behavior and long wait times because they actually do a good job on their nails. With that being said, this was the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon and it was touted as being high end but ended up being terrible .

I come from out of town to visit family, and we thought getting our nails done would be a good idea. This nail shop sits in a high end mall, but I can honestly say they are straight rude and disgusting to their customers. The girl with the pink hair was snarky, dismissive, and had a attitude as soon as we walked in the door. This shop may do good nails, but being verbally degraded isn’t worth the headache. I hate to even use this word but this shop is just down right ghetto. I give them 0 stars

Got there as soon as they opened, waited about 20 mins for someone to show up, and my one color fill took about an hour to do. The person doing my nails moved so slow. If you like to sit 1hr 30 min for one color, this is the place for you.

I only come to Diamond because they do a good job but I have to say Kat is the nicest, prettiest and the best tech in my opinion. The last time I was there the other girl in the front with the pink hair was rude, confrontational, and very unprofessional!

I went in for a fill. I’m not sure what the gentleman’s name is but, it is by far the worst nails I’ve ever had. Super thick, even after bringing it to his attention while he was doing them. Super uneven filing. Embarrassing. Waste of my time and money.

Heidi did an amazing pedicure and Crystal hooked my nails up did exactly what I asked for

Wouldn’t recommend! First and last time going. Pedicure took almost 2hrs. While getting my nails done the nail tech kept putting my nails on and taking them off. My nails started popping off in 7 days. I called to tell them and was told it was time for a fill. I don’t remember needing a fill after 7 days! Waste of money!!!

They always do quality work. I usually pick whoever is available at that time because if you want a particular person you will be waiting a while. That is my one and only complaint though. They take their time oh, they do you right. I started going to nail trap in the beginning and ended up following the girls over to this shop. I love how family-oriented they are. And I also like how this nail shop is not ratchet.

Went in here with a friend, ended up waiting an hour and a half and we had a dinner reservation so we had to leave. They aren’t following covid guidelines at all. Hardly any of the workers have masks on or if they do it’s pulled down to their chin. They do have plexiglass up but it’s Marion county and there’s still a mandate🙄

Listen, they are bomb!! One of my favorite places in the city to go. I’ve never received a bulky pedicure (which is a huge pet peeve of mine). I always leave happy! Luv it there. I would suggest scheduling ahead if you don’t want to wait

If I could give them zero stars I would. I called and they said. It would take an hour. But when I got there it took 2 hours and even then it still wasnt done. I had to leave unfinished because I was already late to work. They said I could come back to get them finished but Im not going to go back ever.

I came in to get a fill and trim early in the day around 12 since it gets busy later in the afternoon. The owner of the salon assigned one of the gentleman to service me. As soon as he started I could tell that he was not very experienced with fill ins. The process was taking longer than usual and there was also a slight language barrier with communication. After an hour had passed and he was only halfway done, I got Vickys attention and I mentioned to her if she recalled who I was from my previous visit. *Her mom (the owner) was the one who did my nails last time and they were very aware of how peculiar I was about the style. So I was very confused as to why they let someone with little experience service me and didn’t think to step in after seeing how long the process was taking.* (The process ended up taking so long, I had to call and reschedule my dr appointment.)She recognized me but did not seem to understand my frustration or concern. Instead suggested she call her mom regarding the matter. MeanwhileI had stepped away to go to the bathroom and within seconds, another employee rudely brushed past me. I was so annoyed and shocked, I ended up leaving the salon to go to Sephora just to use the bathroom. At this point I was extremely frustrated with my overall experience.When I came back Vicky quickly reassigned a new nail tech to finish the job (Kat I believe). Kat did an amazing job. She was diligent yet quick and professional. The other guy was nice and professionally mannered, he just wasn’t as experienced. I’ve been to Diamond nails on many occasions and usually never experienced any problems like this so hopefully this was just a one time thing.They just need to work on their professionalism when it comes to customer experience. They need more workers like Kat.

I had a bad experience with one of the male techs but the owner took care of it and my nails turned out great! She was very kind and helpful.

Great experience. Everyone knows how to do nails off of instagram. Yes sometimes there is a wait but that’s come with great talent. Vickie and Kat are amazing and funny. Their mom is great too. Work is always flawless. Love that they use pedicure liners. Very friendly and family oriented environment.

I loooovveee them! I am always happy when I leave. They stay current with trends and everyone is so down to earth. I will never go to another nail shop again. Not to mention I am always in and out in a short amount of time. Akeema (i hope i spelled her name correctly) is amazing. I just show her a picture and my nails always look just like the picture.

Very crowded but that is to be expected during prom season. All of the staff is warm and inviting. Oh they do excellent work on my nails too. Now Im partial to my girl Kat but honestly everyone in there is great.

Poor Service. Within 2 days my gel polish peeled off. I went back to the salon and they re-polished my nail. 2 days later the same issue on a different nail. I went back to the shop. I was told that ALL of my nails wouldbe re-polished. Instead they only re-polished one nail; which really wasn’t a big issue for me. The problem is that the owner had an attitude and started to clearly talk about me in their native language. How are you upset and annoyed with me when your gel polish is obviously old? I should be the one upset because I’ve been to your shop 3 times in less than a week. 🤷🏾‍♀️. I spend a lot of $ at that shop because my 2 daughters and I get our nails done every 2-3weeks at $55 (2) and $15 (1) that’s $125 plus tip every 2-3 weeks.For poor disrespectful service like this.... I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere. The owner is lucky that I’m a classy lady and I carry myself as such.... otherwise I would have had a few choice words for her. We will not be returning.

Fast and super friendly

The nail techs are great BUT its poorly managed. The staff walks in whatever they like, usually hung over or talks about what they had done the night before. They dont honor appointments..you will sit there for two hours without management apologizing. Theres no structure at all.

This was my first experience with them but it was great! I have been looking for a permanent home to get my nails done and I think I found it. All the girls were very nice and friendly. They listened to everything I wanted and made it happen!

Petty and unprofessional.I will say there are some talented individual(s) at this nail spa but after too many bad experiences with scheduling appointments (with no shows/lateness from the one technician I always requested *simply because she did a good job*) - I found myself wondering why I was forcing my business on people that were clearly annoyed with me trying to pay them (*cash* -per request) for services. I’ve never been rude, demanding or impolite but apparently the customer is supposed to give better customer service to the servicer to avoid being talked about or poorly treated.Again, truly unfortunate to give this low rating because the skill set is there, but the professionalism is not. Felt that I did everything I could to have a positive client/tech relationship but hopefully these employees at some point realize that it is so unwise to assume someone does not speak your native language - it also doesn’t help when the words are matched with eye-rolling and agitated gestures.Do better and hopefully your business will continue to thrive.

I really liked the nail tech that I had for my pedicure. She was very detail oriented and went above and beyond.

Terrible service. She never told me her name but she was on FaceTime the entire time. She gave me poor customer service. She left in the middle of my service. I felt unattended and not important. She didn’t communicate and gave me a full set that already chipped off. I dont like the length, style, or shape. I am very unhappy with my nails. I don’t agree with the price. It was $70 for something I could have gotten else where with better service. Not impressed with quality of the nails I now have. I do not recommend. Poor service + poor Quality.

Sue lake did a great job thanks so much. Vickie on the other hand does a great job (she done my nails twice)but, acts like she doesnt want clients she always doesnt respond or says shell get back with u to tell u her availability and u NEVER hear from her again. Yet her phone is ALWAYS in her hand shes calling or texting or something but, not to certain customers or new customers I guess..

Absolutely the best place. I drive an hour and a half just to come here. Well worth it. Great customer service.

This place was so gross. Nothing was clean or organized. There where little kids running around. It was very unprofessional. The nail tech was more concerned with her phone than she was my nails and I waited almost two hours. Definitely not acceptable

Two of us came for manicures and pedicures. They accommodated us right away but split us up. I was done 45 min earlier than my friend because they kept leaving her to do other guests and letting the other guests cut in front of her.She ended up not even getting the full service completed because after 3 hours, we ran out of time.Won’t come back.

An amazing experience at the Diamond Spa Nail! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with a day at the Spa. Bri and Mylynn were exceptional! They were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They gave suggestions on how to care for our feet. We will be coming back soon!

I go to Suleyka and she is hands down the best tech. From her professionalism to her ability to do any design. Mylynn does great pedicures. The atmosphere can be a little hectic due to the overwhelming amount of customers, but what do you expect when some of the best nail techs in Indy all work in one salon. I have been going to Suleyka for over a year now and have never been disappointed and she is the sweetest person EVER!!!!

This was the worst nail salon I have every been to. A nail tech kid was yelling and screaming in the facility. The wait was crazy and then when I was seated my nail tech placed a food order in front of me.Went to the back for a break all while I was still sitting for my service. I had to get up and walk out it’s very unprofessional....

Overpriced for a so so okay job. Took forever and she made me bleed. The only good part is that are opened late which was the very reason I came here in the first place. So if youre looking for a last place...here it is!

Ive been getting my nails done here since I moved from Michigan july on 2018. I also, have a my nail tech licenses and have been getting my nails done for over 30, yes 30 years!. This shop, is the best Ive shop ever. My nails are perfectly shaped, acrylic laid down perfectly. No lifting, no breaks and I can wait at least 4 weeks with no issue other than growth. They are not cheap, this is quality work. They are amazing with art too. Quality with anything will never be cheap... do the math.. you pay a lil more for your nails but they last longer... so less fill-ins... bam. Quality... everyone I go to produces quality... all the negative post are bs

I was very disappointed and had higher expectations due to its location in the Fashion Mall. I went as a walk-in due to the fact that they were open until 9 (thus the additional star). The nail tech started my acrylic fill at 8:15 and didnt finish until 10 pm. She kept nicking and hurting my cuticles with the drill AND the manual file, and her acrylic application technique wasnt good at all. I asked her to replace a nail I had temporarily glued back on and had to argue with her to get her to do it; she kept saying it was fine, but I know from the past 20 years of getting acrylics that a re-glued nail will eventually come off again. I had to point out several nails that were uneven in length and not uniformly shaped. I was going to get chrome powder but changed my mind when she said it would be $15 for just an accent nail... That is WAY more than I pay at my regular salon. I ended up with a black polish that happened to be sitting at her station, and she kept insisting it looked just like chrome (it looks NOTHING like chrome).The shop itself wasnt all that nice... Old stations and the sink rocked loose from the wall. They didnt have fresh scrub brushes and instead just had two brushes sitting in a shallow bowl of barbacide for everyone to use. The polish color selections werent all that great and they didnt have many nail art and chrome/holographic/cat eye options.Going to Diamond worked in a pinch because I was only getting what I thought was a basic service. However, I wont be back.

Writing this review as I wait on my nail tech who was supposed to be here @10am it’s is now 10:51. They do very good but This is very rude I have other places to be. If I didn’t put down a deposit I would’ve left.

Not very clean

I made appointment for 10am on Saturday morning (yes this morning) and I was the first customer there. I was told at the time that I booked they appointment that I would be the first person serviced. When I arrived I checked in with the staff confirmed I was the first appointment and told to pick out a color. Shortly after I arrived 3 other customers came in, I could here there conversations with the staff, no one had an appointment before mine... so you can imagine that I was displeased when all three of the people that came in after were taken to be serviced before me. Even another customer gave me a look of disbelief because they had come in after me and heard they lady tell me that she would start with me. At 10:25 I left as I no longer wanted to spend my money there.

Save your money and your time. I wish I could upload a picture of how poorly done my nails are. Air bubbles under the gel, paint not cleaned off my cuticules, scuff marks where she tried to file, and just overall poor quality. I got gels so I know it takes longer but it shouldnt take over an hour and a half for just a polish change.

I just found my new go-to nail salon in Indianapolis. The technicians are both so sweet and amicable and their work is fabulous. Can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks!

I got refills on my acrylics and changed the shape, and I couldnt be happier with the result. The lady was very sweet and precise, as well as encouraged feedback from me. I would go out of my way to get my nails done here.

First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely adore the tech Suleyka. She is so professional, punctual, and talented at what she does. I love my nails every time I leave. I did need to comment, however, on the unprofessional environment and lack of customer service on the end of other techs there. I originally booked with a different tech (Naildashion is the IG). I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time for her to ask who I had booked with, and I said her. She then told me she lost her appointment book and didnt know who she had booked. She had started doing someone elses nails, which is when I got passed to Suleyka, which Im so grateful for. I was able to meet a truly good tech. Aside from the initial bad experience, they also always have kids running around being loud. Owners kids, not customers kids. Its one thing if they sit and be good, but to interrupt what should be a good experience for customers is ridiculous. If you book here, book Suleyka.

Staff were very nice, but my manicure chipped after 3 days. Nail polish is off-brand and does not last long. Would not recommend for price and nail polish brand.
