Kortney is absolutely AMAZING!! At the end of my first appointment, I quickly realized that I had been searching for her for 2 years!! First of all, she was so accommodating with my hectic schedule. She went above and beyond for me. Not only did she do a magnificent job on my hair, she also gave my “special places” the same amount of love and attention. 🖤🖤🖤 I would absolutely refer anyone and everyone to visit Miss Kortney for whatever you need!!

We absolutely adore Delaware Blu! Kourtney is phenomenal at dealing with my daughter’s curls-she leaves with the cutest cut every time. We both went for colored highlights and came out with gorgeous hair!! Currently here getting our hair styled for a wedding and make-up. Whatever you need from nails to hair to style they can do it here with the best smiles and most professional service. Their safety precautions now with Covid make us feel very secure and we love how bright and airy the space is!

Great experience at Delaware Blu! Gorgeous salon, clean, and fresh. Got a pedicure with Kristy. She rocked it! She was meticulous with my toes, the lines are perfect and my feet are smooth. She was also able to do really cool designs. I highly recommend this salon and Kristy for your mani/pedi!

I was a first-time client coming in to fix my hair situation and Jess was amazing! Jess made me feel comfortable quickly, she listened to what I was thinking, provided input and ultimately, I just let her do her thing. My hair turned out better than I imagined! Her team was great, too! Great vibes all around!

My Advice: Call to double check which stylist you will actually see. They may try a stylist switch-a-roo on you too!I made an appointment with a stylist that came highly recommended from a friend. My appointment with my preferred stylist was confirmed multiple times via email and text. When I arrived, I was told that my selected stylist was busy and I had been rescheduled with a different stylist. The stylist came over to me and asked, Ill be taking care of you today, if thats okay? What am I supposed to do at that point? I was already there, had arranged childcare, and had a bit of time to spend on myself. I should have just cancelled the appointment because I have naturally curly hair and have a hard time finding someone who can cut and syle it well, but said okay anyway. I take ownership of that error.Long story short - I left feeling embarrassed to walk to my car; the exact opposite of my intention in making the appointment. My hair was super frizzy and looked nothing like the inspiration photo I showed the stylist. I rewashed it as soon as I got home and the cut is okay, but the experience was something I would never want anyone else to experience.

I went to Kristy for a deluxe pedicure, and it was fantastic! My feet look fantastic and feel super smooth. My toes also look great! Kristy was super great to work with- the conversation was great, and I felt taken care of! Also, the salon atmosphere was really great. Clean and stylish vibe. Also, great location and neighborhood!

My spouse and I were in need of finding a new salon for manicures/pedicures. We wanted to support a local family-owned business in the general downtown/Fall Creek etc neighborhoods as opposed to a big chain corporation.I happened to come across Delaware Blu (across from Goose The Market at Delaware and 24th ) as I was driving around. Really glad I found this place; checked it out online as well.Its a beautifully appointed salon, bright, comfortable and on 2-levels.We were with Kortney and Kristina (Kristy). We appreciated their professionalism as well as their engaging personalities; both are well experienced manicurists/pedicurists; they explained the different levels of mani/pedi we could get and we could not be happier with their service and TLC for their clients.I dont pretend to understand all the different professional products/services they use/provide; however, we both left with born again fingernails and toenails! They did a beautiful job, they take their time with you; we are both very pleased with the quality of their work. We look forward to our next visit.

I went to Delaware Blu in July for my yearly birthday gift (where I treat myself to getting my hair colored!) Kortney went above and beyond to make the experience personal and special. I very much enjoyed our visit and she did an excellent job.My mom was in town during the time, and so she decided to book an appointment with Jessica the following day and had a great experience as well. Thankful to have a local salon with such personal touch!

Jessica has cut my hair for probably around 5 years. Never a bad experience and this last cut she went ahead and lopped it all off as in about 12 inches. I think if you trust someone to do that you can trust them with anything!

Kristi Moorhead did an amazing job on my nails! I booked both a pedicure and full set and they both caMe out perfect. She was friendly, detail oriented, professional, and very skilled. Can’t wait to go back and see her!

I appreciate Kortney and her attention to details in cutting and styling my hair. I returned to the salon in late July after taking a break due to the Covid19 pandemic. I have always felt comfortable and safe in the space. The atmosphere is quiet and calming.

We went to Kortney for my daughters first haircut, based on the recommendation of her colleagues. She didnt mind an audience and was quick, while still giving my daughter lots of attention/conversation and made it an enjoyable experience. We even ran into her outside of the salon and I mentioned needing to schedule a bang trim and she got her scissors and trimmed on the spot, while giving me a mini lesson on technique to keep it up at home!
