My favorite nail place, I drive from Fishers to go here. Very clean, its easy to make an appointment online and theyre pretty efficient. Even when its been a while since Ive gone and my nails are in rough shape, they do a great job. 10/10 would recommend

Lotus Spa is wonderful. This is not your typical stripmall nail salon! The owner has put a lot of thought into the environment--great lighting and music, a relaxing ambience, and super sanitary. Quality and price are right on. Dont be afraid to try some of the higher-end services!! I had my eyeliner tattoo done there and its perfect :)

Love this place and even through a pandemic they are so cleanly and detailed. They also have wonderful time management and reservation system to minimize wait time in the store. First thing you do is wash your hands before checking in, they have plexiglass between you and the tech at both the manicure and pedicure chairs. Also very easy to pay/tip contact free with Venmo or other similar apps. Highly recommend for a great manicure and immaculately clean space.

The location was clean and the technician was friendly. However, I got a dip manicure and there were not any attempts at sanitary practices for the dip (the same container is used for every customer to dip their nail in!!). Also, my cuticles were cut instead of pushed back, and resulted in significant hangnails several days following. While the color has lasted for several weeks, I would not recommend the dip manicure.

Just got my first waxing (ever!) and am really glad I came here. Minh is just delightful - so down to earth, very experienced and pleasant. The location felt clean and welcoming.

I had a wonderful 1st time experience today. I had the signature manicure & pedicure with Thi & a hydro facial with Minh! It was lovely & I can’t wait to come back!

Got dip powder done here, in less than three days, it chipped. Whenever I get my nails done at other shops, its the top coat that usually peel off, this was the first time that even the powder itself chipped away. I was so disappointed and very sad. It cost me $48 to get this done (just my natural nails only) and additional $5 tip. This meant I spent $53 just to get terrible results. It has been 5 days now and most of the top coats have peeled off. I remember telling him to double coat it just to be safe but he said no that the top coat was thick enough...and what do you know, five days later I have to go and get them redone elsewhere. I will never return.

This picture i just took today 1/4/21 my nail was getting week so i took it off only to see that my real nail is green👀 this place is not as good and clean as it appears to be. I will not be returning.

Pretty disappointed with the service I received yesterday. My fiancé came in for pedicures. My fiancé is fairly pleased with how hers turned out, although a top coat was forgotten on hers. This most likely being because her nail technician had to completely redo or should I say complete my pedicure. The lady who worked on mine could not have cared any less about providing me a good service. This was made apparent by the fact that she went home before we were even out of the chairs. She skipped certain toes when cutting them. She left dirt in the corners of my big toes. Did not file any of the toenails adequately. Such a bad job that the second guy had to cut and dig into my nails that they now hurt really bad while walking. The 3 stars are being given because of the other nail tech’s willingness to do mine over again (it was quite obvious I was given a 1 star service) and for the overall cleanliness and aesthetic of the building. It was clean and didn’t smell overly toxic like other salons. Unfortunately we do not plan to return to this business. Also, a basic pedicure (no polish ) is listed on the site as $20-something and I was also charge $33 for mine.

I made my appointment using theironline system. They answered any questions I had within hours. They got me in although a bus mix up caused me to miss my appointment time. The staff was nice and the establishment is clean.

I have been going to Lotus since they opened and its always a nail salon I recommend to my friends in Indy. They treat their regulars well which I am thankful for, and they have one of the largest selections of dip powder Ive ever seen. I will say sometimes I think they do seem take too many walk-ins, in addition to scheduled appointments, as even with an appointment, I typically have to wait to be helped for 15-20 minutes, which is usually fine, Ive just learned my lesson to never be in a rush to need to leave. Kind people and competitive prices - definitely a go-to nail salon in Indy!

I like coming here. It is very clean and they have a lot of colors to choose from. They do a nice job on my nails. I have brought pictures of nail art I liked and they are always willing and able to do it. It can get really busy so an appointment might be a good idea if you dont want to wait around during the busy times.

Update-I discovered that they assigned me to the different person from who I made the appointment with based on the recommendation at my first visit. my thumbs bleeded next day and hurt for several days afterward.I liked the color. th procedure was fast. one star short because there are color or paints on my skin around the edge of nail. also, my thumbs hurts a little bit at the base of nail. I will surely go again though

I had an appt on 1/2/2021 with Chau Nguyen. I was referred to this place by a friend and was excited to try. Upon arrival I told them I had an appt and they said they had no clue that I had one with them. The lady I had an appointment with was doing another clients hands and feet where she was able to get more money from her than I since I was only getting a pedicure. I got an email and text confirmation confirming my appointment but they still acted as if it wasn’t in the system. Service here is extremely poor and staff were rude. I will not be back and I do not recommend this nail spa at all what so ever.

So I ordered a therapeutic massage and a full set of acrylic nails, they have a special going on right now where its buy two massages get one free and on top of that you get $30 off each massage. So I ended up spending at least $80 there plus a $10 tip, but it was all worth it. Timothy, the masseuse who helped me out, has hands like heaven. I solidly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience that isnt going to break your bank. My nails turned out lovely Im very happy with the results and Im not sure what they used, but these are acrylic nails are not coming off Ive lifted a lot of things since I got them done and theyre still on. So I promise you give them a chance and let them show you what theyre capable of, and I promise you wont want to go anywhere else. It was a wonderful experience and I stand behind this place now.

Such a great place! The people are really nice and they’ve been in the area for a long time with a good reputation. They also have waxing services and I’ve had a great experience too. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pricing on wax is a little high.

I got a full set done this past Saturday. I kept telling the guy if you’re uncomfortable with long nails it’s no problem I’ll go somewhere else. He assured me he was comfortable. It took him two hours to do my nails and he put so much polish on them they NEVER did dry. And I broke my index finger this morning. Not to mention he charged me 40 dollars for a basic full set because of the length. My hands looked better before I came in there. Never ever again. 😞

I moved to Indy 6 months ago and was looking for a place to get my nails done regularly. A coworker of mine highly recommended Lotus and I’m so glad I gave it a try. I’m always happy with all my services. Besides nails, I Also get my waxing done here too. They do a terrific job. I wouldn’t let anybody else touch my eyebrows.

I will never go back to Lotus ever again and I believe thats exactly how they want it. I am not the one to use the race card but Lotus may as well hang a sign on their door that reads they do not service black women. I only went there because Bliss nail was packed! I didnt have an appointment when I got there but I made one. I watched at least 4 white women come in without appointments (they stated to the receptionist upon arrival), go back for service before me and I had an appointment. The man that did my nails was not friendly, not gentle and acted as though he didnt want to do my nails. I observed how courteous and gentle they were with the white customers. I felt so uncomfortable at that time because I was getting my nails done and so was my 7yr old daughter (just polished) so we just had to endure it. I would never want to give my hard earned money to people who dont respect me because of my skin color. I remained pleasant because thats just who I am. I tipped the man that polished my daughter $5 and the man that did my nails $10 and got the heck out of there. I will never go back there again. If youre a black woman, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. PS. My nails did look good but at what cost? Respect is a minimum. Especially when Im spending my money.UPDATE: Nails are chipping 5 days later.

Really try not to review negatively because I have a guilty conscious, but I would be more guilty if I didnt let people know not to spend their money here. Because I just spent $90 to have to come home and redo it myself. Did not prep my cuticles or file my nails. Sat down for a pedi to cold water. Not slightly warm, cold. Had to ask the tech politely to file my toes because she wasnt going to do that either. Got ONE coat of polish on my toes (a light color too. Needed at least 2 or 3 coats even). I just got home and had to paint a second coat with a similar color myself. I have a really hard time speaking up about stuff but mentioned the cold water and the filing AND the cuticles and already felt like I could nag her more. I only tipped 18% which is sooo rare for me with 20% being my minimum and more if Im really impressed. Im not sure if it was just that tech, but for a first time experience I will definitely not go back :(

I’ve been coming here to get the dipping powder based on a recommendation from a coworker. Love this place and their staffs. They do great job here.

Staff is not very friendly & non-communicative! I made an appointment to get a re-do since my dipping powder nails started chipping day after I got them done at same place but still had to wait 20 minutes. Then when I was seated, she didn’t pull my color right away. Another lady came in 15 minutes after me, got seated next to me and her color was pulled immediately. The lady doing my nails took my dipping powder off and when it was time to put the new color on, she finally got up to get it. The lady next to me had my same color but since it was pulled already for her, I ended up having to wait another 15-20 minutes until they were done with the color. I will never return to same salon again!!

I have been coming to Lotus since they open. I love coming here! They are very professional and clean. I usually get my facials, waxing and nails done here, and they have not disappoint. Making an appointment is highly recommended for this place. They are very busy!

A friend and I had pedicures done. Minh did my nails. She was the SWEETEST and also did a beautiful job. I will specifically ask for her each time I visit. We were walk-ins at about 10:15 a.m. and only had to sit long enough for them to get our chairs ready. The spa was very clean, staff wore gloves during the pedicures, quiet environment with calm music, massage chairs while the pedicures were being done, and very affordable prices.

It was so relaxing and my girl was super nice. Got my piggies pedicured and they looked 100% better. I need to go back soon with my mom and treat her. I know I liked it alot.

The first time I went here it the service was okay but the manicure was great! The second time everything was amazing! They recently remodeled and it looks great. Everyone was friendly and Minh was absolutely amazing! She took her time and did a great job overall. I will most definitely be going back!

When I first walked in I was greeted and signed in. I’d been here before to get my nails done before they added the spa section and loved every experience I had. This time I got a massage, facial, and pedi package that I scheduled the day before.I got a massage done with Tim, I believe his name is. It was amazing. He’s was extremely professional and did a great job making me feel comfortable. I don’t like certain areas touched and he was very sensitive to that. After my massage I got a gel pedicure that looks amazing. My tech was fast, skilled, and fun to chat with. My feet feel and look amazing. My facial was done by Minh, the owner and manager. She is truly amazing, welcoming, professional, and qualified. It was my first facial and I can say that I might be hooked! I spent just over three hours there being pampered and wouldn’t have spent my day anywhere else. They really do an overall amazing job. I’d recommend this place over and over again.

Getting my nails done is just one of those necessary evils in my book. Its just usually not that enjoyable and relaxing to me. This salon will probably be my go to salon in Indianapolis. I got a gel manicure and a spa pedicure. I wish I got the mans name who took care of me because he was awesome! He was kind, detail-oriented, and made me feel like I was his #1 priority during the entire appointment. This was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had.My highlights:1) I LOVE the ability to easily book your appointment online! It even gives you cost and how long the procedure is estimated to take.2) Hot stones during the pedicure really elevate a basic pedicure to spa level! What a treat. Ive only been here one time so I hope my next visit will be just as good. I will definitely come back here!3) I work in healthcare, so I love to see instruments actually coming out of sterilization packets!

Went in to get my nails done for my sisters wedding, I’m from out of town. The man who did my nails rushed through it, and made the acrylic very wet (I’ve done my own nails before, so I have a good sense of what the correct ratio is) and they turned out crooked and with a very jagged line on my cuticle. One nail got messed up as i was leaving, and another women quickly fixed it for me and was very nice. Otherwise, not a great experience.

Everytime we come here we have a wonderful experience. Never super busy, everyone there is polite and welcoming and do a great job!

I have been coming to Chau at Lotus for over a year now. I see her every 3 weeks almost. She is the absolute best with gel manicures. My nails have never been healthier and I owe it her!

My scapula / potential tennis elbow thank the lucky stats for him... As a maker, mobility without the challenges of pain is critical for my success. In Timothy, I had a massage, chiropractic-like adjustment, muscular tension release, channel opening, detoxing experience... In 60 minutes. Must be experienced to be appreciated!

I enjoyed the overall experience, a lot of nail polishes to choose from! I had an appointment, so I got in relatively fast. However, I rated this a bit lower because I paid for gel nails and my nails have already chipped on two nails after 5 days. I am doing normal activities and this is not holding up well. My nail tech filed the edges of my nails after the polish had put on, so maybe that weakened it? I may try it again one last time, but I’m sad about how it turned out this time.

It was pretty disappointing. They are understaffed, so even though I booked an appointment I had to wait. The woman who did my nails left me to do an eyebrow wax before she even painted my nails. When I got home I realized one hand was matte and the other was shiny. Put my own top coat on. Wish I didnt tip.

My dip after 4 weeks. It definitely is a little thicker than gel but I’ve had my hands in water especially with being at the lake this weekend and no chips and no sign of it even coming off. Trin is the best.

I must say the talent here is decent and Ive had several people do my nails, pedicure and brows, but they do cater to their white customers before the black customers. Several times I come in and not greeted but every white women that comes in is addressed and help. Just delt with in a professional manner. Im always pleasant and polite but I can tell not wanted. I will be looking for a new place.

They did well on my nails but they were very rude, threw my credit card across the table, told the nail tech to stop talking so much to us because they were wanting to go home (but she was just being polite unlike them) ... My mother was extremely unhappy and her nails were horrid!!! They left leftover polish on her cuticles, my mother felt as if our family dog could have done better.. That lets you know how bad it was.. One lady was very sweet and polite I didnt grab her name but she was a young girl with a bob hair cut a little heavier.. Very sweet girl but I would not recommend this place simply based off the lack of customer service.

I was very unsatisfied with my service I was a walk-in at 9:30 a.m. She asked me to sign in- (name & phone number) She then took a phone call, I patiently waited...While on the phone She waved me off saying that is all and mouthed to me that she would put me in for 10:30. So I went out and waited in my car. When I came back she acted like shed never seen me before & asked what I needed. I said I have an appointment at 10:30 & that shed just put me in an hour ago. She said, Well did you sign in? I said yes, heres my name. (near the top of the now full sheet of paper) She says oh, ok, goes to her computer & said, Oh, Im sorry, I never put you on the schedule & I cant squeeze you in now either... We can get you in in a couple hours though! I had SO MUCH TO SAY🤬....but I walked out & I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I had a bad experience with this salon. I made an appointment and waited for 30 minutes with the appointment! Then was told that he could not do the service. I wanted a French gel with a simple design on the ring finger. I drove across town to wait and then be told that this could not be done. Also, no one came to accommodate the customer!

Ive been coming to Lotus since they first opened in 2011 and havent gone anywhere else. they always make sure that you are happy with your services.

It is beautiful and clean and everyone is very friendly. However, I feel quite rushed, but my nails always look good.

Nick got mad at me because we missed communicated, so he started to raise his voice and then clearly said something negative about me in his language right after. Then he was rough with sanding my nails. He drimmeled my cuticles 3 times and made me bleed those 3 times. 2 of my nails he didnt start at the base so they look grown out already and I just got them done yesterday. Not worth the price at all.

I was here with my mother for a mani and a pedi, got the worst service ever! My moms technician was downright rude. My mom asked her to file her nails in a round shape which she went ahead and made fun of unnecessarily. She was in a hurry to get done and move to the next person and this treatment even when I made a proper appointment before and not just show up. I wont recommend this place ever to anyone!

Staff was very polite, but Im just not happy with the results. Gel manicure came out dull, too thick and lumpy. Pedicure was ok, but the polish looks grainy. Pretty upset because I was trying to treat myself for my birthday. Probably wont be back.

I am looking for a nail salon who does protein powder for those of us who are allergic to the primer when doing acrylic. I look on line and find the Lotus spa and call to schedule an appt. Low and behold they dont even do it which I call false advertisement. Just their way to snooker people into coming in. Please get your name out from under protein nails before the bbb are called.
