I had my trailer sitting on the side of the road and needed a tire put on a rim. They told me it would be a 2 hour wait and I would have to buy a tire from them. I had the rim and tire all they had to do was put it on. The Tires Plus representative was not helpful at all. I dont know where they learned customer service but maybe they could learn from Midas down the road since they took care of me in 3 minutes. Tires Plus lost a customer and midas gained one.

Phone just rang and when I went there, they were closed a couple hours earlier than posted. I have no idea if they closed early, closed for the day or are permanently closed.

The wait time was double what was quoted. They were unable to fix my tire and didnt charge me which was a pleasant surprise. Inside of the building was clean and tidy. Cost for new tires seems higher than average for the area.

They have always been very courteous and helpful with everything Ive had to deal with.

My dad went here for tires and rims. He has a rim that is chipped and needed replaced. He asked for a full set of tires AND rims. The guys ignored him and only dis the tires. Took them 5 hours to do the tires and they put the messed up rim on the front. Needless to say my dad wont be going back there. Treated my dad like a idiot.

Had an appointment with these guys for a brake replacement and they held my car for the whole day without even looking at it, took in multiple walk ins. Few weeks later i decided to do my own brakes and found out they stripped and warped my tire wheel stub from last winter when i bought new bridgestone tires from them. I called and asked them to cover it but they said id have to set up an appointment and charge me cause they assume someone else did it with a wheel rotation. I do my own oil changes and they have not been rotated yet.

I went in for some tires and oil change and Mike P and the team got me on the road quickly. It was nice that the staff took time to help me figure out what tires I needed for my SUV, I drive a lot and needed to make sure they would last and help me through the winter months.I waited in the waiting area and was able to work while my car was worked on, the team made it easy and quick:). thanks for getting this Momma back on the road fast!

I absolutely love this place . I highly recommend Tires Plus for all mechanical issues. They are very trustworthy and not one time did they try to up sell any services to me . Prices are fair and the Manager Michael goes out of his way to make sure you have the best service possible. On several occasions he has picked my vehicle up and returned it after being repaired. I went up here twice for a check engine light diagnostic test. TWICE! They also did a white smoke test on my car. I had went up there a couple times after that. Not once did they tell me that my oil pan was rusted and burning a hole through it. It was leaking out oil. That’s something that should’ve been communicated. It’s upsetting because I really liked this place and felt like I could trust them. I won’t be returning because I know now that they half do things.

They do a great job and are very reasonable about what they charge you. They did a diagnostic on a check engine light. It was just a plug that got loose so they plugged it back in and didnt charge me anything, even though technically they did they diagnostic. Ive been going here for all my mechanical needs for years.

Was in Omaha metro for holiday and had an unplanned flat tire. I called this location and they conveniently had time in midst of Black Friday sale to help me out. Upon inspecting my tires it was discovered it was time for some new tread. Mike presented me with several options with full details and benefits of all options and let me pick. No pushy sales, no sales gimmicks just upfront facts and figures. High respect this tactic and couldn’t recommend a better place in the Omaha metro ! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was quoted a decent price turned out that it was the wrong tires to small

I came in because my check engine light came on and my Honda Pilot was idling very rough. All the dealerships close-by told me I’d have to wait for a week. I couldn’t drive my car the way it was and I’m moving in a few days out of state. These guys spent literally all day 9:30am-3:00pm working on figuring out the issue. They made time to squeeze me in and they fixed it! There was a part that was needed and they didn’t even charge me for it. So thankful for this group of guys.

My experience was amazing! I don’t trust a lot of places with my vehicle but these guys made the whole experience easy and so natural! I loved 2 hours away and still use them! Highly highly recommended!

I came in to get my Uber annual inspection. I was told I needed new front tires, and that it would be $319. They had my car up on the rack ready to do the work. My tires are 2 years old and have about 30,000 miles on them. I find it interesting that this tire place determined that my tires were the reason it wouldnt pass the inspection. Nonetheless, I did not get the work done. I took my car elsewhere and it passed the inspection immediately.

They did my alignment on my car and checked to see if anything else was needed. I received a picture of what needed to be replaced (which I was aware of before hand) I also had them do an oil change the following week. They are very professional and easy to work with.

We had new tires installed over the holiday. Unplanned adventure with a happy ending thanks to the fast and efficient team. We were in and out in less than hour for a price well under all other tire stores in the metro not to mention they were 2/6 that even had the tires we needed in stock.

Broke my front window last time I bought a set of tires there

Didn’t have issues with the place until I took it for a brake inspection. I felt like something was wrong with my brakes. They did the inspection and said nothing was wrong. I took it back a second time because something didn’t seem right and they called me and said my break pads were basically nonexistent. They were flaking so bad they were basically turning to dust. The technician sent me pictures of the pads. The person said they were surprised my brakes were still working. I told them this was interesting because I had just had them looked at a month ago. Obviously a thorough inspection wasn’t done the first time. Glad they got it right the second time but you shouldn’t have to keep taking it in because something doesn’t seem right to you. Let’s do it right the first time please.

My first experience at Tires Plus Bellevue was great! No pressure into purchasing unnecessary warranties and they went and got bags for my other set of tires to take home without dirtying my vehicle. Friendly staff and a clean waiting area, too!

They had tires, the manager pushed a little to hard what he thought you should buy. Slow... just wow how does it take over an hour to change 2 tires. Some sense of urgency would be nice coming from the staff here.

I drove from Washington DC to Bellevue. I needed brakes, tires and an alignment. The staff was great, the service was great! I would definitely recommend! I purchased the life time alignment and just made my appointment close to home with NO hassles! I contacted them because I lost my paperwork and they told me I could go to any Firestone or Tires Plus.

My mother-in-law recently went to get an oil change and they over charged her bad. These people are ridiculous! $250 for and oil change, wiper blades, cabin and engine air filter. Do not use! Would’ve been cheaper to take it to the dealer.

Tires Plus on Ft. CROOK Road should be your first clue that this place is not honest. My son, went in about three weeks ago for a bargain oil change. They came back and said, we suspect an oil leak. We can test it for $40. After letting the dye run a couple days, my son went back. They couldnt find a big dye mark on the outside of the engine. They said, the oil must be leaking inside the engine. They then presented an estimate for head gasket, oil pan gasket, two engine rods, and some other seals and gaskets for $2,300. Now, this is for a 2002 Toyota with 175k on it. It runs great with no oil spots on the garage floor. I am thinking, wow! This sounds fishy. We found a mom and pop garage down the street. They checked out the Toyota. They said, they couldnt find any oil leaks, but the oil on top of the engine was really dirty. They recommended an engine wash to really see if anything was wrong. They felt nothing was wrong, but the engine needed washing either way. If the head gasket was bad, it would only cost $150 plus some labor. Bottom line: Tires Plus not only lied about the oil leak. They may not have even changed the oil in the first place, if the next garage found dirty oil in the engine. Run, hide from these con artists. A disgusted dad who almost got stuck with the bill.

They treated me well. I got my tires here and they have been good tires. Made an appointment for 8am. I 2as supposed to be the first car getting taken care of. I got there at 750am and they already had 2 cars ahead of me. I made a first thing 8am appointment so I would be seen first not to wait in line. Now I have to postpone a trip. Where are all the workers? Have only ever seen one man working in a four or three man bay. Why?

Our van is barely 3 yrs old, well maintained and properly cared for never had issues, but after we went to this shop for alignment and tire replacement, we’re having all sorts of problems from tire replacement rim flying off the road, radio system not working, and windshield wipers coming off while my husband was driving in the rain! We just moved here and have a non NE plate. So IF you are new in the area or thinking of going to tire ‘minus’, find another reputable shop that will take care of your car and of you. After all we depend on our car to take us to our destination alive and safe!

I highly recommend Tires Plus in Bellevue! I called them 5 minutes before they closed to ask about reseating and airing up my trailer tire. The manager said they would wait for me after they closed. They stayed and took care of tire for free! Super awesome people!

I wouldve given them five stars a couple years ago. I use to really like them because of how easy to work with they were and how honest they seemed. Maybe its a change of management or something, but when I went yesterday I felt like they were trying to screw me over. They insisted I get a more expensive tire to match the pair I had bought previously at a discount to get a better ride quality. Another guy came and said the cheaper tire I wanted could be ordered and arrive in a couple hours, but by that time I was already feeling uncomfortable and had decided I didnt want any work done here so I told them to just do the inspection I needed done. While in they waiting room I overheard a conversation with another customer and they were totally cool with selling him whatever tire he wanted after a quick explaination of why the more expensive ones were better. It obvious to me the more premium usually comes with longer milage wider range of use in different weather conditions and so on, but I was looking for economy and they were cool with the older gentleman going with something more economical just after trying to push me in another direction. Thats when I started thinking they were trying to screw me. After everything I was told my car needed work done that I did need when I came in a couple years ago, but that I had already taken care of February of last year somewhere else. So Ill be getting a second opinion from another mechanic before I go forward with all they gave me and the tires I need replaced Ill have replaced at another location. I do not trust these guys at all anymore.

Updating this post from 2 years ago, as lately things have changed with management. Feel like there is tension when I go in there and always feel like youre pressured to do more and get treated rudely by management when using a coupon or not doing what they recommend.Will not be going here anymore, even though Ive used tires plus for a good decade .

Honestly up until recently I wouldve recommended this place to everyone. Really not sure whats going on but save yourself the time and hassle and take your car anywhere else. My appointment was at 9 for a simple icorrection on my inspection, shop was close when I got there and no one showed up until 9am even though they open at 7am! Then they dont even flip the open sign. Finally walked in showed them my paperwork asked if they could correct it because I purchased new tires, paperwork was first completed less then 24 hours ago. Wait theres amazing news since I didnt purchase the tires through them, Im out of pocket for another inspection, wait time 1 hour, my appointment was at 9am its now ten till 10 with a hour wait!

Gave me a great discount they were running at the time. I got 4 new tires with insurance on all of them. They said to bring it in anytime if the tires get low. I did just that, and even on the first time, the mechanic suggested I check them myself. Not the service I expected.

Had a nail in my tire that they said couldnt be fixed. I had a tire to replace it with but they refused to put it on the rim for me. I took it to discount tire and they did it no problem.

Called to buy a new set of tires - asked the clerk if he could look up which brand of all season tires we put on my other car. He put me on hold - Cliff picks up and is trying to help me when I hear the original clerk sayVery loudly in the background “cliff has a real Chatty Cathy on the phone”. Terrible customer service.Got an oil change back in fall of 2015, took almost 3 hours to complete. Filled out a survey and the manager follow up and offered a free oil change next time around for the wait.Went back today and it was a complete JOKE! The FREE oil change wasnt going to be free at all. They said it was still going to be over $30 because of the oil. I will never take any of or our cars back o them nor recommend them.

Purchase tires there in 2017 on a separate invoice because they forgot to do it I purchased the warranty for the tires, Now all the sudden they cant find where I purchased the warranty so when a tire went bad I had to buy another tire not under warranty this place needs new management badly

I got two tires and had been told by another shoo that I needed new bushings and struts. Tires plus said there was some wear but that they absolute did not need replacing.

I went in today with a scheduled appointment to have my spark plugs changed. First, when I got there, I had to wait for 20 minutes for them to find my parts (I made this appointment 4 days ago) then I get a call 2 hours later saying they needed to replace my injection coils. They charged me $180/coil for a part that should only cost $90/coil. Total rip off! Not only that, it took them two hours after they said they would be done. Will not be returning here.
