$35 for a polish change is what the owner said after I stated to a customer dang I really didn’t need a fill-in … after he had already started to file the gel polish off. When I said no one charges $35 for a polish change just do the fill in. He stopped and told me to go elsewhere. I had an appointment for my daughter and myself. I choose not to get my daughters nails done. I only had him finish mine because he had already begun. I never told him not to do the fill in but he assumed I was going to say polish change only. Talked himself out of $55 for my daughters nails.

I’ve been going here since I was 17/18 and I’m now 27 it was my last straw when 2 other women had walk ins and they were rushing my hands and feet to be done to get them out of the way I’m not sure why all of a sudden they don’t have the price list posted up front anymore which means they make their own prices I’ve paid $75 for a full set and pedicure multiple times and this last time it was $100 after he had to think about it if they could stop with the rushing and fluctuation of prices I would PROBABLY give them another chance but until then I’m not sure I have scratched embedded in my nails from them rushing and hitting my nails on the dryer trying to rush and get me out of there

Did my nails to where it looks like I need a fill. Asked him if he would fix after paying$55 and got denied! Never again!! Ill wait next time

I went into the shop for the first time today and Ken helped me. He is really friendly and knowledgeable about nails. I got a fill in with gel powder and gel cat eye polish. He took his time and did a great job on my nails. I am pleased and will return.

My regular tech at usual salon is on vacation, so I stumbled into this establishment. She did a decent job on my nails, but I can hardly appreciate being charged $57 for services that are $20 less every other salon Ive ever been to. It seems they are never really busy, so they exploit the clients they do get. While I was there Ken told one lady a pedicure was $25,. Later, a young girl came in for a pedicure and he said $50. She wanted acrylic on her big toes and the wife said $70. Ill never return because the pricing is ridiculous for a run-of-the-mill salon and they are not consistent or transparent about pricing (they have no price list visible to patrons).Update in response to the owners reply to my review: I suppose the 2 months that passed since I first left a review gave them time to display prices. The fact still remains that I witnessed various ridiculous prices quoted to customers for the SAME service and NO WAY a fill and toenail polish change is worth the $57 I paid. I get this service regularly at my usual salon for $35. This salon only got my business because my regular tech was on vacation. Again...I WILL NEVER RETURN. YOUR WORK IS SUBPAR AND YOUR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS.

Dont go here at all they charge too much fir bad service. Bad wax jobs i did a better job than this when i fixed my eyebrows but They burn you and They think you want your pedicure water to be cold af. Im taking my business elsewhere because during my set the lady with her finger tip missing cut my fingers and burned me with wax...

So upon arriving at the nail shop, I checked the price.. though Id been there once before... and it said 27 for a regular acrylic full set.. Im a plain Jane when it come to my hands so I would be getting any color or anything! As I was told to sit down there was a customer that had been waiting long enough for her cousin to get her nails done and she been complaining about be being seated.. she was getting a pedicure and was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.. she stated that they could have been talking her gel toenails off while she had been waiting and the man shouldve never sat me before her. She said she meant no offense towards me and I hadnt taken any. I got my nails done with NO issues until he was done and I noticed a white spot on my clear nails. Wasnt going to say anything just let it go, but then I got a bill for $35. He charged me 7 bucks for my nails being round verses squared.. crazy right.. I couldve went to any other nails shop on 86th street and not.me charged extra because I wanted round nails! I will not be back and I highly suggest you dont bother either.. had I looked at the goggle reviews prior to my visit I wouldnt have went. He became very upset when I raised the issue about the pay when its listed as 27 on the price list..

I’ve never had an issue here. My gel nails and pedicures always look nice. Then again, I only let certain people do my nails because that’s who I’m accustomed to.

I will never return this place ever again nor do I recommend anyone to go to this place. The staff do not know how to do a set of acrylic nails at all.My nails looked horrible and several people that saw my nails stated that they looked horrible. I tried to go back in there and have them fix them but they do not speak english very well and the lady couldnt understand what I wanted done. I wanted 4 nails fixed and I couldnt even get that. Poor customer service and poor communication. If I could have put no stars on this review I would have but it wouldnt let me post if I didnt put at least 1 star.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star but I had to so I can leave a review. The owner walked up to me and asked what I wanted, I explained exactly. He said we will take care of you... he conveyed the request to the technician who spoke NO English at all. Smh.. I told them I wanted to see one nail to see if I liked it or not. So of course these nail shops dont like it when you complain or dislike what they did. They got all butt hurt because I didnt like it. I decided to just go with the no chip polis instead. They then demanded I pay them before continuing to work on my nails. I felt completely offended and asked why? Then they talked about me in their language (as they like to do) and then said we ask this of everybody. I had enough! So I said I will pay for what is already done. So they charged me $15 for just cutting my cuticles and a little filing because my nails were already in the square shape I wanted. The owner and his wife were VERY RUDE and made me feel like I couldnt afford to have my nails done here because I disliked their work and questioned their prices. I dont mind paying for good quality but youre crazy if you think I am going to pay this crappy nail shop more than they deserve! DONT GO HERE!!!! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!!!!

Nice Clean and Fast

I’m very disappointed with my nieces nails. She came her to get her nails done for prom and left very upset. Poor service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The price was a little steep to me for the service. But the lady I had did a good job and was friendly so 4 stars !

Do NOT Go!!! I went yesterday 10/28/2015. Mani & Pedi requested. No one there but me. The lady started on my pedi, I didnt like her work so I watched her. I allowed her to finish, then told her that I would not be getting a manicure. I didnt have a nasty attitude, or explain why. I asked the cost of the pedi only, she told me $25. I paid using my bank card. I drew a line thru the tip section and wrote in $25 to be clear. The female cordially told me to have a great vacation and said bye. I checked my account this morning...I was charged $30. I am currently disputing the charge and calling them as soon as they open. This is not ok. Its stealing.

HHHHHHHHorrible fullset, needed nails Redone after 5 days. One nail popped off 24 hours later !! Take your money else where if you want to actually get what you paid for !
