Called a few towing companies these guys got to us as fast as they could very reasonable pricing too. Very nice people took really good care of us. Very careful with my Maita as well witch is lowered 3inches off the ground Dave made sure there wasnt any damages and took every precaution that was needed. Highly recommend them.

Normal tow yard. Nice lady behind the counter, very efficient. But a 3% convenience fee because I paid with a credit/debit card??? That should be illegal.

I haven’t received the bill yet so I will reserve judgment on that portion - it was quoted at a VERY reasonable cost, though. I don’t know why some of these reviews are so bad. These folks were prompt, professional, and careful with my vehicle. Mark was the tow specialist that came out and he was very gentle with the vehicle, careful and considerate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was a nervous wreck and he went above and beyond to help ease my anxiety. I will absolutely use ASAP Towing again and will recommend their services to my friends and family if ever needed.

Called at 8:15 gave ALL information to whoever answered the phone, was told it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited a hour & 30 called back to come in contact with a lady who said she wasn’t there when my information was taken but then said she was there when the tow guy called me “‘multiple” times. Mind you I had my phone ever second bc I’m stranded, but I just all of a sudden decided not to answer a call that I had been waiting on for almost two hours…. OKAY! Terrible service!!! ‼️‼️‼️

Please do not use this service I had them tow my car out of the snow and it was damaged in the process they charged me $90 to pull me 10 feet and then refused to take responsibility when there driver damaged my car refusing to even give a refund. Even though I have pictures of the car before and after I was pulled out where my car was damaged after the fact but not before. If you still do use them make sure you videotape the whole thing especially where they hook onto your car and refuse to sign or pay for anything until you’ve inspected your car thoroughly!

Very rude and unprofessional. My brother had an accident and I can get no information about his personal belongings. I called and the person that answered the phone won’t even give me his name or anything!.

The fees were outrageous. They kept adding on additional fees and even added on an extra $25 storage fee after they had already said how much it was. Plus theres a 3% fee to use a card.

Although he was busy helping police tow a car from an accident, he still came after (45 minute wait) to come unlock my running car because I locked myself out. It was super snowy and I was preheating my car so he was a life saver.

My experience with car trouble was made so much easier with the help of Jake, the tow truck driver. He diagnosed the problem (out of coolant) and then helped me fill the antifreeze reservoir. It saved me the towing time and expense and sent me on my way in less than 20 minutes. Every business should have an excellent employee like Jake.Thank you!

The directions were accurate to get here. However, there is limited parking so have a plan to turn immediately right to park when you pull in. I think that you would be able to possibly park across the street if needed. The customer service was also amazing here because I was still recovering from the shock of my accident.

I called to report their reckless driver and the man on the phone basically defended his driver for tail-gating, blaring on his horn ALL the way down Lathrop St., running stop signs & almost rear ending us numerous times. Do not use this company; they do not care about the safety of anyone, only their almighty dollar.

Not sure why anyone would choose to use this towing company, but I can assure you that I never will. Pulled out of my spot in a busy Grape Road parking lot (directional parking, so only one way to go). Tow truck was parked in the same aisle, but was over far enough that you could proceed without even steering around it, with several feet between vehicles. There was a vehicle on the bed of the truck, but no indication that anything was in-progress, or incomplete. At no point was I directly behind the tow-truck, or anything but parallel to its angle. As Im pulling up beside it, the driver comes charging around the back of the tow truck toward my car, literally screaming at me. I roll down the window, and he hysterically yells, If that truck breaks the chain and rolls into your vehicle, Im not responsible!! (At this point, that would have been utterly impossible, unless the truck was able to defy the laws of basic physics, and barrel-roll off the side of the tow-truck and onto my car.) I responded with a puzzled, Im sorry, but how is anyone supposed to know not to pass you? (There are no signs, no cones, nothing to indicate anything is happening, and again... its a directional parking lot.) He yells, Its common sense, lady!! I said, Whoa. Theres no reason to be a jerk. He gesticulated wildly, yelled something entirely unintelligible, and disappeared behind the tow-truck again.Also notable... while I realize towing is a dirty job, and its hot out... the man appeared to have never been introduced to either a shower or a toothbrush.ASAP- hire some more professional staff.

The girls at the front desk has done everything to help me after I got the release from the police department for a car that was in impound it was late and I know they had a long day and wanted to leave for the night they made it a point to hang out after hours so I was able to get the car out so I didnt have to pay for another day Thanks again you guys are the best personally and professionally looking forward to working with them again you guys dont deserve the bs you get from customers who did what they did to themselves hang in there and keep doing what your doing !!!

Called for tow because broken down on tollway, have 2 hour estimate. Delay did not bother me; what did bother me is they didnt show up for over 8 hours after verbal commitment. Car wound up towed by police at much higher cost. Followed up with shop, they deny all responsibility and told me to kick rocks. Not shocked. Wont utilize them or firestone again because this is who they contract for tows. Never admitted fault for what happened, just displaced blame. Awful way to run a business.

Towed my truck and left it inches away from the street when I have a drive way to fully back into. Called and asked for them to move it back further and I was told not unless I paid another $65 for someone to come back out and do it right. Very displeased at this service.

I have a 2017 dodge. They ripped the fuel line out trying to load the vehicle. Then when confronted with the damage they tried to deny being responsible. The drivers are amateurs and the owner is shady. Only worried about how they can get over on someone. My advice is do not use them under any circumstances. The claim that if a vehicle is towed because you are accused of a crime they arent responsible for damages. What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? Even then that doesnt give them the right to destroy someones property.

The rudest person Ive ever met. We are a family with 4 small kids visiting from Tennessee and our car broke down at the hotel so we had to call around pricing things. Well went outside & some old rude tow man was there to get our car (mind you we never gave the go ahead for anyone to pick it up we just wanted to know prices) dude said too bad Im already here and when asked how much it would be said dont worry about it he acted like we didnt have a choice in who took our only way home. Will literally NEVER use this service again. & Will relay that msg to everyone I know!! Worst service Ive ever seen.

Truck got stolen out of michigan found in Indiana asap impounded it charged a fortune to get it out then werent open on sunday so they could charge an extra day then read in paper how they worked a shady deal with the city of south bend and over charged on impounds and fees wouldnt recommend these crooks to no one ever the biggest crooks in the city of south bend

After looking at the bad reviews I have to state facts: if youre vehicle is towed because YOU broke the law that is no reason to blame ASAP. If you park in a private lot without the proper pass to be there, dont blame ASAP for doing their job. There are rules people. Own up to YOUR mistake/unlawfullness. ASAP isnt to blame, YOU got your vehicle towed.

My car was towed out of a private parking lot which did not have clear signs stating that if I parked there, I would be towed. Furthermore, the lot had an abundance of empty spaces, and it was not a busy day (i.e., there was no need to tow my car, as I was not taking resident spaces). However, this company was monitoring the parking lot so that they could make an easy $200 from any car they could tow (this is illegal in many states). Given that the lot was not clearly marked, and that these people towed my car after an hour and a half of being parked there with no real need to be towed (and two other cars were towed shortly after mine), I can only conclude that this company makes money off of preying on people that are unaware of the danger of being towed.

Driver Ray Grummell was awful. He reeked of alcohol and marijuana. He almost dropped my car in the intersection at Jackson st. Hope they find better drivers or they wont be in business long.

Terrible. It took ASAP 1.5 hrs to NOT SHOW UP. I had to call them 3 times before they told me a truck really wasnt coming. I spent 90 minutes in a disabled vehicle with semi trucks screaming past at 70 MPH. When I called to CANCEL ASAP, the guy on the phone thanked me because they had been so busy that day. The next company I called got there in 20 minutes.
