My husband and I lived at Valley Forge for 3 years (2015-2018) and loved our time their. I should have left a review earlier. Some of these things may have changed, but based on my previous experience here, 10/10, do recommend. The apartments are lovely, very nicely-sized and nicely-equipped, and maintained well. We had a decent amount of freedom to outfit our balconies as we wanted and having a carport was extremely convenient. The rent is extremely affordable and some folks may be eligible for the Section 42 incentive (if they still offer this), but even market rates were affordable. Angie and Doug were always very responsive to my needs and very friendly. The gym was nice as well and usually very quiet. The pool was also a really nice feature and easy to visit, but the folks who sat in the pool area smoking were not appreciated. If we hadnt purchased a home, we would have stayed perpetually. Youll find a lot of long-term residents here because the property and amenities are so nice, plus location is extremely convenient. I dont think the features, location, and price can be beat locally.

I applied ending august, was guaranteed an apt. Yes you would qualify, this is back in ending August, I take everything asap, i needed the apartment for my children and I! Come ending sept i go sign documents where i signed and initialed and october hit! They are still working on getting me approved fyi my move in day was oct.9th. They finally decide to DENY My APPLICATION OCTOBER 2nd! And again i was scheduled to move October 9th! 😡 me and my kids, were not going to be homeless because they are not professional on keeping up with the applications. They don’t care! Almost left 2 kids in the street!! And again i took all the documents on perfect timing! Called weekly for updates, send emails ! And yes again last minute GOT DENIED! Horrible!!! I do not recommend! Is it because im hispanic! Took you all forever to actually get a glance at my application😡😡last minute deny!!! This was not fair and i had to get it out! Where i live now! They even said that was not very professional of them to take that long!

I called the maintenance man to replace my keys and because he does not like my boyfriend he decided to call the police on my boyfriend and have them arrested and get me evicted and now my boyfriends face and all kinds of legal issues and I am in an emotional disaster and moving worst worst apartment complex ever I am seeking legal counsel as they are denying that they illegally entered my home multiple times on me please please please because I’ve got do not rent for this apartment complex!

This place was the best place ever 10 years ago when I lived there. Large floor plans washer and dryer in each unit front and back doors hard to find that all in one place along with lower rent based on your income. Now that I have been away so long I tried to apply to get back in and they told me they are not taking any applications because there is no units going to open up in the next 2-4 years! People move in and out all the time I paid them off on all my fees so why not let me try to come back to the place I felt at home...

I love my apartments. They are really well kept and have some pretty sweet features like detachable shower head with different settings for water pressure. They have ice makers, washer and dryer, covered parking, and really nice people in the leasing office!!!

I have an application in and I just stopped in to check on it because I live in another state currently and they are just so nice and the place is beautiful and so clean I appreciate that

I have lived here at valley forge apartments now for about six years now only problem we ever had with property personnel is the property manager being petty over dog poop so because I wont clean up after other peoples pets he has decided not to renew our lease forcing us to move out so unless you like living in a place where you are being watched every move you make then you dont want to live here

These departments are turning into garbage for more than a month that I report. Various problems in my department and to this day they have not solved it. The staff they have never answer the phone nor are the messages pushy. And they say they never understand what I need, if they dont solve all the problems in my department, I wont hesitate to leave it and I dont mind breaking the contract if, like this garbage company, they dont mind fixing things.
