I have lived here almost 3 years now and I really love it. The office staff is professional and so is the maintenance. I recently fished in the small pond and caught a small Bass, I was tickled. The grounds are pretty and my apartment is large for a one bedroom. Also it is very peaceful and I feel safe.

Could be better.. call office about it and seems like nothing gets done about it. Cant wait until my lease is up so I can move where they dont play and make sure things are good. Cant sleep or enjoy ur own place because you have neighbors that allows there child to play, jump, run etc on the stairs all day and night. Cause office and nothing gets done.. melanie has always been a great help but I cant do this anymore.. I love my apt but cant do the neighbor and her excessive noise all day

Wonderful Management Team!! Beautiful property. We rent one of their 1 bedroom apartments. Apartment overall is in great condition. The only downside for us is the small kitchen, I love to cook and bake! Still Id give them 5 stars anyway. Ps, This has by far been our hardest year yet. Lacey and Melanie are God sent.. So long as Lacey works as the property manager I will maintain residency elsewhere. I am very happy we could finally move. Lacey is so abusive that I feared reviewing the complex until I moved out.

Ive never felt more at home than I do here at woodlake apartments. Its very peaceful, the grounds are pretty the staff are great and the maintenance guys are right on time and do good work.

Ive been at Woodlake for several years now; Im staying.I love the natural environment, peace and quiet, and responsive staff.My unit is well-maintained, with routine safety checks. The pool and clubhouse are simple and lovely. Laundry facilities are abundant, well-maintained, with key-only access. Security lighting is good.Parking is ample. I appreciate the car tags to show who belongs here. And that we have off-duty IPD security on-site.In season, the water features and flowers are lovely, and make coming home a pleasure.I like the diversity of the community, that the children are a positive, and the office is a designated Safe Place. Everyone is held accountable here. Theres peace of mind that way.Beyond these important fundamentals, challenges happen in all communities. What matters is how those challenges are met.I appreciate the focus on community-building and security, with zero-tolerance for trouble-makers.Property/Resident communication is excellent, and security for us ALL, ALL the time, is a top priority. Why?We have an amazing, exceptional, and SUPER-responsive manager, who looks out for us all. Big value added!Property Manager Lindsey has earned my respect and appreciation, over and over, the old-fashioned way. She is consistently excellent; professional and kind (and no-nonsense FIERCE with troublemakers).She runs a tight ship, to maintain the entire property and safety of the community. Intelligent fine character is priceless.I can truly say I remain at Woodlake because I like it, AND my property manager is professional, responsive, effective, and kind.The rental rates are reasonable and competitive, and I like the area. Convenient to all manner of shopping, health care, and recreation.

Somehow I think the guy in the office a full of it how a 2 bedroom go from 700 plus to 900 yeah OK.! 👎

I wish I could give this place NO stars! The absolute WORST staff ever! My husband and I lived there twice because we loved the property so much but the staff is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The first time we lived there we had a racist neighbor who continuously harassed us and when we went to the office one of the staff workers told my husband that it was our fault! The second time we moved back we were harassed by the security they had patrolling the property. He accused my filming box lights (I am a beauty vlogger) of being for drug purposes and said that he was watching me I felt so violated to the point that we had to move they wouldnt let us out of the lease even though we only had 3 months left. We continued to pay the rent although we werent living there and when we moved out they charged us $1000 for carpet and paint! They honestly need a whole new staff because that property gives Gene Glick a TERRIBLE reputation.

They never answer the phone, ive been calling over and over again for over a week and no answer.

Good clean apartments

If you are visiting make sure you park in the visiting spots if not you might get towed my coworker and me carpool to work together and came back to his car being towed (we work 5 hrs a day).
