These apartments are dirty and the people are nasty they leave dirty diapers and garbage in the hallway and it stinks. Management never cleans the hallways there’s visible dirt in the stairwell and on the main door to the building. I don’t understand why no one cleans the building???!! Update they painted over the dirt then left paint chips all over the hallway like this place is really trifling.

I just moved in a month ago and so far I love my apartment and neighbors. Also the office/maintenance staff are AWESOME! Great choice

Decent place to live so far! My neighbors are respectful and I love that I have washer and dryer in my place. Im thankful! Not much to complain about. Nobody ever really moves out..so that should let you know that these apartments cant be that bad. If there is something available..I say shoot for it!

Major problems with the plumbing! Mainly the toilets!!! My Neighbors are gr8! though...No problems really...

I have lived at Creekside for 4yrs now and living in apartments for 30 yrs and Creekside is one of the best places I have lived. The office personnel are awesome along with the maintenance staff, the grounds and my hallway stay clean all the time. there is no problem that Mr. Kevin want take care of no matter how small even if he does it himself. if you are looking for somewhere to live on the westside Creekside Square is the place.

So I’ve had a terrible experience here, this neighbor has been giving me the blues every since I’ve been here the management allows the neighbor to make consistent noise,the whole time me living here I’d tried getting At& service this same neighbor had basically stolen the service for my apartment address I literally had to go inside the AT&T store and prove I live at MY apartment address by lease,I’d,&the fraudulent bill that came in the mail to my address she clearly used someone’s else’s whole Name but my address,I reported it to the management but he doesn’t believe me with proof but AT&T clearly see the burden of proof I even made a police report to show the manager himself.It makes me believe something personal is going on because he allows her to do such negativity ever since I’ve been here oh but wait he the manager told me he’d been having problems with her the neighbor before I moved here,So why is she still here then?????!!!!,, if she’s causing so much NEGATIVITY SHE SHOULD BE REMOVED, I NEED PEACE IN ORDER TO ENJOY,it’s 7am and she’s vacuuming as I write this review!!! Lord the FOOLERY OF INCONSIDERATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where is CORPORATE NUMBER!!!!!😱😱

The halls stay dirty. Kids keep coming in the building smoking weed on the stairs. It suppose to be mulch around the tress the grass have weeds growing everywhere meaning the grass is not being treated. They need to up the kids park along with other major upgrades. The outside doors to the building need to be cleaned or buy new ones. There is know pool or excerise gym. From what I was told the government gave them a loan but I dont see any upgrades to these apartments makes me think they pocketed the money. Oh and low income people cant get an upgrade. I think thats called discrimination . My aunt been living out here for nine years and she cant get her apartment repainted or new carpet .

I have lived here 7 years It has been a great experience. They changed management 1tme. The management they have now is Calvin and Marilisa and they have been awesome. They are professional and really helpful. They know how to take care of their residents.I have to move now and.I will miss living. here . If you are looking for a place to live this is your place!!!
