Took .you car to have the air conditioning checked.they said it just needed Freeon so it was fine n cool.The next day it was hot as before.Took it back on Thursday n they checked it again and said no Freeon. So they rechecked it put more Freeon. THE next day being Saturday no cold air as before.Anyway l couldnt get up there this wk before l was ill.So this Monday l will call n let them know its working at all.This will be the 3rd trip up to get it fixed.Im not happy at all. I have brought batteries n needs for my car.

Complete ripoff. I dropped my pontiac G6 off for an alignment and oil change. I received a call telling me the alignment couldnt be done because of other problems with the front end. I said proceed with the oil change when I went to pick it up and the total was nearly $80.00 I was completely surprised. The man behind the counter said he heard the other guy tell me what the total was. So I guess I got charged for inspecting my front end. But this was not told to me ahead of time even though they claim it was. I will never be back.

I read alot of the reviews but decided to try myself and was I ever pleased! Desmond went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to give me the best deal for my car...they were very quick and did a fantastic job! There was another gentleman who checked me out he knows who he is..He was very polite and courtesy . Thank you guys I drove a long way to get there and the ride home was worth the trip. People just go if you need tires or other things and see for yourself the customer service.

Got my oil change done here. 04 civic. Got it done on 4-6-21 changing my oil now and the brain dead 2 extra chromosome having oil tech decided he needed to over torque both the oil filter and the drain plug. Wouldnt recommend since the store manager is not holding anyone accountable for their actions. 0/10 experience. If you want a new oil pan go here.

Took my new car in for a tire installation, service was ok, went to pick my car back up after they call and when i walked around my car i could instantly spot that 2 of my wheels had been scratched and or pitted and all 4 tires were left with compound all over them. So i tell them about this and we go look and the guy doesnt care at all and tells me they dont take pictures of each wheel before they do anything. Im sorry but i spent 40k on my car and i do look at every inch of it on a daily basis so i think i would know its a show car lmfao🤧 but its cool youll never touch my car again🤷🏽‍♂️

Tires Plus is the best. They did my alignment but that was the one on Noland Road. They actually had to redo it. I went on the highway and it was still pulling to the right. Found out later in the week you have to let it work itself out but they redid the alignment. Part of the problem was my rusted underside. I get a lot of car washes. A lot. As an Uber driver I have to keep my vehicle clean. So it doesnt surprise me that my undercarriage is rusted.

These guys are great. I had a blowout art 6:30 one night, all other tire stores were already closed. These guys were fixing to close but they stayed late and got me back on the road. Dont know what I would have done if they wouldnt have helped me.

These guys are great, patient and more. Stopped by and they put air in my tires and checked the pressure on them at no cost. Ive been here plenty before. Its really the best place to go if you need tire work done quickly.

Went online and gave me a quote and appointment then get there and they dont have the tires and were going to substitute some for same price. Ok sounds ok. Then of course they only have 2 of those all we have are these tires 35 dollars more a tire. I dont have time to drive around and look for tires. I needed them then hence the appointment that I maser days before. The guy lied to me about meaning to call me that morning because I called him to see if I could get in early. Lies upon lies. Dont trust them. Then put a complaint in and told someone would get back to me and nothing. Well I will personally tell everyone I meet anyone I know whenever possible not to go there. I hope that 150 extra was worth it because I plan on costing you guys a lot more than that. Independence location on Noland. Do Not GO THERE. BAIT AND SWITCH.

Very bad service, I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes with no help. I then walked outside to see if maybe I can find someone to help me! Still no one. Finally as I’m walking back in the building a see a man I say “Hey excuse me sir “ he ignores me and keeps walking I stand there and wait for him to come back. When he came back he points me to the area I was just waiting for over 20 minutes. So I tel him I’ve been waiting here for over 20 mins is there anyone to speak with here or ? He cuts me short and says u just gonna have to wait I’m goin back and forth I think I’ll just take my business somewhere else

Location CONFIRMED reservation to install tires ordered at price quoted. At arrival told tire was never in stock. Further, no tire ever existed at any other regional location. Location then stated my only option would cost over 50% more than the confirmed, reserved quote. Classic bait and switch. Dishonest. Disreputable. Disagreeable and snarky.

I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus for a first time inspection and they failed me for 2 ridiculous reasons. I took it to a different shop for a second opinion and I passed!! I am so glad I didnt fall for these scammers. They almost got a grand out of me for repairs. This business has the most dishonest employees ever.

There were positives and negatives to my experience here so Im putting my review at a 3. I took my car in awhile back to get new brake pads and an oil change. The brake pads were done and they gave me a quote for the rotors to be change out as well. A few days went by and I noticed my oil had definitely not been changed. I called up at 11am on a Thursday if I remember right to make sure that I was definitely charged for the oil change as well.. I was charged but it wasnt done. When I tried to see about bringing my car in, the lady pushed me into setting up an appointment for the oil change the next day rather than just bring my car in. Again it was 11am when I called... I took the car in the next day, got the oil change done and all was well but I feel like they were more concerned with trying to get me to change my rotors than do the work I actually paid them to do. The positives here were the guys at the front. I had only been in the shop a couple times but the guys up front were laid back and friendly. I normally dont post a negative review but I was a little annoyed by this and had several coworkers share bad experiences about this location after I had mentioned to them my situation so I feel its necessary to put it out there. Some sort of organizational errors going on back there.

I went here for the first time yesterday. Another shop had put on a new used tire, and my car isnt driving right. The front end, when going down the highway is shaking. I call it doing the shimmy shimmy coco puff 😂 Some of the problem could be, as the fabulous young gal that was working said its because I have a bald tire and all three tires are not the same tread. It COULD also be the drive train I think she said. Its an all wheel drive. It probably wasnt balanced. I was in such a hurry at the other shop and very distracted. So I have an appointment there today at 11am to get it looked at. I will put all new tires on and get whatever repairs are needed. She was very knowledgeable and funny.

If I could rate them accurately it would be -10 . Had a front end alignment with a years warranty. When the work was originally done I had a free inspection that noted only minor suggestions like flush radiator. However now that a new set of tires are completely ruined due to front end alignment, they tell me the car is old and it is not their fault, oh yes and the people who originally did the work no longer work there so they cannot ask them about it. Every time I go into this place it has a complete turn over. Will NEVER go back, warn your friends they do not back their own warranty.

Spent over $2400.00 on 2 vehicles in a week, and on both vehicles, lugnuts are missing and loose on both vehicles. Center hub cover on wheel was broken, and both vehicles still have the same problem as they did when I brought them in for repair. Have pictures if youre interested in seeing them.

Got a low tire pressure warning light on I70 eastbound and pulled off at Noland Road east of KC ... tire quickly deflated to fully flat. This Tires Plus location was right where I needed it this evening and Alea and the team there got my tire repaired and I back on the road within an hour or so. Great service and staff.

The front office guys treat me like royalty. I frequent the store and they call me by name when I enter the front door that one person is holding open for me. This store has the best customer service of any store that I frequent. Communication is 100%, the guys work with me to achieve the best prices, and recommendation of any future work - without pressure! I wouldnt take my vehicles (or my grandsons) any place else!

Last time I ever take my car to this tires plus. I took my car to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was told $10 extra for the tire rotation. I left my car and had my parents pick it up. The sensor was not turned off, and the sticker for service was not changed. I was billed $73 and now I question if they even did the oil change. I brought it in in March for the oil change/tire rotation and figured Id wait.. I had to go tell the front staff that I was waiting for the car again before they even took my car. I was told half an hour when I agreed to wait for it, half an hour later it still wasnt pulled in, and was told they forgot I was waiting for it and thats when it was taken in. I decided to give them a second chance, since my husband used to work at tires plus, but Im done trusting them with my car.

They do well with my oil changes and wait times are reasonable but they only get 3 stars because its not very clean. They need to.do better with sweeping and mopping in the waiting area.

I have been using this place for about 5 years for oil and tires on my two vehicles. Today I call to check on waiting time on oil change, the girl told me we are not busy, we will get you in and out, no waiting. Got there 20 minutes later, and now it is one hour waiting, only 2 vehicles on the shop. I wish some people just have the enough courage to speak with the trust from the beginning. I could wait if I was told the first time. I will go somewhere else.

Decent place.. but getting tires or a patch will take an hour. This is NOT a in and out type of shop. I pay a tire shop for patches then get it free (road hazard) with TP because how slow they are. Just being honest.

If you are a female or elderly do not go here. My girlfriend went for an oil change and it was $85 for her Toyota Corolla. Granted in was synthetic, but they did give her any alternatives AND they did not tell her anything about it being a synthetic change, they just reset her maintenance reminder. 5k miles rolls around and she says “I can’t belivee I already have to get another oil change” I ask her to find the receipt and see it was synthetic which can go 10k, but no sticker in the car, conversation, anything was has.The worst part...I went to change her oil recently and saw an OEM Toyota oil filter, as she only got it changed at the dealer prior to this, that means tires plus did not change her oil filter with the $85 oil change. Don’t use this place.

Got us going in no time!Went to lunch at KFC today and when we came out my truck would not start. I looked up from the parking lot and saw Tires plus.Went in and was greeted properly by Jarrod Ward who was taking care of a customer. I indicated my car battery was dead and without hesitation sent his guy to help me. The technician came out and tried to jump with jumper box but it was dead.Jarrod came over with his car and gave me a jump and we got it going.To be certain if my battery was not still under warranty I would have had no hesitation to use these guys.They truly saved the day and got us back to work.Thanks, Thanks Thanks,RonP.S. Set up an appointment for 8AM to get new tires and I showed up to only find out that they don’t have tires in the stock when the internet showed that they have specific tires in the stock. Not only that, they had nerves to lie to me, said that they called me and they never did. NEVER coming back ever again. I will encourage others to do the same. It’s Independence after all.

Rip off. Had a nail in the tire and refused to put a patch on because supposedly my tire was eight years old...not some five years old and when I said just put it back on and I go somewhere else they Refused to put back my tire and the acrylic fingernail tech was rude not very friendly. And tried to get me to pay from a $20 patch to $137 tire. I said well give it back to me and she said because of some policy she refused and wouldnt do it. Literally refused. Sure didnt charge me anything but I was paying for the patch I didnt need a whole new tire. Nails in tires are fixable with a patch hello!!! Rude tech plain and simple and tired to find a bunch more wrong with it and was like its over 2 grand to get fixed. Ummm..no thank you. No more going there if your gonna rip off people who just need small repair done. People dont have the money to pay out of the nose for repairs especially out of pocket. That was over $110 dollars difference between a simple honest fix to rude steal my tire b.s. type of attitude.

(I had a blown out a tire) I had limited time between work and a class, they got me in and out in 20 minutes solid! And the price was so great. So much cheaper than Walmart!

I went here to get a flat repair!!!! Now mind you, I havent been to a Tires Plus in a few years and going today reminded me why.. They just charged me $32 with tax to fix my tire, which had a nail in it and it needed a new valve stem.. ANY WHERE ELSE would have been MAYBE $20 AT THE MOST!! DO NOT GO TO TIRES PLUS

I walked in for a battery for my dead car nearby. They didnt have it in stock. However, they called down the street, matched their price, had them deliver it to the store while I waited, and then gave me a ride back to my car. Does it get any better than that? No.

This place is a complete rip off. They will sell you add on likes road hazard and tire replacement. Then when it come time for something to happen they give you a price that is like $10 less than out the door price. These people are crooks. If you waste money and get the most horrible service then go here. Not to mention this took 5 hrs to figure out that a tire needed to be replaced. I have purchased tires from them before and besides the fact that it does no good to make an appointment, their price was fair. yesterday I called because I needed a valve stem replaced on one of my tires. I asked if I got it there by 6:00 if he felt like he could get to it. he responded with a resounding yes, no problem. I got there at 5:00 to make sure they had enough time and was told they were too busy to get to it. When I told him I had called and he said they could get to it, he said he didnt know they were going to be so busy. Why didnt you tell me that on the phone instead of telling me you could definitely get to it? He didnt even try to find time for it, he just told me he couldt do it. Its only one incident; however, its the one incident that will keep me from being a customer again.

Great customer service poor quality of work they will work slow I had a coupon for buy 3 tires get the 4th free it also had free brake inspection on it but because I didnt tell him I wanted the brake inspection they didnt do it Would have been real easy for them they had the tires of glance at the rotors and pads. they did a free alignment check said every thing was good but the vehicle was still pulling to the side and showed them excessive wear on the outer of one of the tires they offered to do another one free of charge when ever they adjusted something the steering was tight to one side and had play in the other direction.

The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. They are affordable when it comes to alignments and tires.

I was a little nervous dropping my car off for a tire replacement because the girl (tech) who I handed my keys to had extremely long acrylic nails on. A few hours later she called to let me know that one of my tie rods was really bad and asked if I wanted them to fix it? She told me it would cost $300-some-odd dollars which I declined. (A week later, I found a place that did it for $90.) Then she called two hours later to ask if I was going to pick my car up because it had been done for a while and I told her no one had called to let me know... To which she replied that when she had called me earlier it was already done... They did do a good job on my car though, so Ill give them that. Just a tad unsatisfied with the execution.

I needed new tires and needed to leave town asap. They got me in, got me out. No fuss, no extra sales pitch.

They have handicap parking. It takes awhile to get tires on there. Even if you have an appointment first come first serve a lot of times they dont have handicap doors on their building so you would have to call ahead and have someone waiting

Sold me over sized tires and they rub like crazy but yet they “checked to make sure they did not rub”. And magically the tire pressure sensors are bad and I have a flashing tire pressure sensor issue now, thanks tires plus. If you buy the tires here take them elsware to get them installed.

Made an appointment for 11am the next day for 4-new tires / balance / rotation and a state inspection. I showed up early, and was then told that due to the state inspection it wouldnt be done until after 5pm. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere, and wont be back.

Do not take your car here they will do maintenance on your car that they cant do right without special part then when they do something wrong like not putting on a radiator cap and u take it back because it says its overheating they will charge u 25 dollars to tell you they cant find the problem and you have to take it to the dealership who finds it in about 2 min tires plus sucks thank you Carmax I will try to add picture of Carmax report about the radiator cap so everyone knows not to go the waste of time and money

Huuuge shoutout to Tires Plus on Noland Rd for righting the wrong on my window switch. Went for an oil change, didnt have to wait long, was in and out and when I came back everything was done and waiting. Noticed that my passenger side window wouldnt roll up. I called and found out that my drivers control switch accidently got damaged. After I brought it back the guys were extremely patient and caring and got my busted switch working again. The Mazda and I really appreciate everything and will continue to recommend your services.Thanks a bunch from the busted Mazda Guy!!

I purchased 4 new tires on July 24, 2017 my appointment was at 12pm my was ready until 243pm on yesterday I returned to the store because my rear passenger side tire was losing tire pressure the tech advised my it was fixed I noticed he didnt even take the tire off the car.This morning I wake up to a flat tire once again so I call Tires Plus service advisor said he cant get me in today he is the only one there dont know where everyone else is.

Had an alignment and wanted to get my tires aired up to the appropriate pressure so my indicator light would go off. They aligned my tires and when i asked about the air pressure they said they fixed that too... My light continued to stay on until I went to QuickTrip and checked the air pressure myself and saw they were all different. Aired them up and the light went off.
