Advertises transmission service. Glad I called before I drove all the way there to find out. They don’t service transmissions

$75 oil change. And they didn’t tell me the price until they emptied out my oil. Didn’t change my filter because they didn’t have any. Didn’t check my tires. Didn’t do anything extra. My 70 year old mother had to stand outside because there’s no place to sit inside. This place would be a joke if it wasn’t taking advantage of people. Rip off for sure. Boo

Nothing spectacular about the service and the line is longer than most quick lubes. They have not had some filters in stock. They do have tires. Their prices are competitive.

Three times I went in and was told the wait would be more than an hour, and they acted very uninterested in changing my oil and the fourth and final time I went in it was imperative that I change my oil so when I was told it would be at least an hour, I did wait and went right home after having it changed and when I got home I could hear a loud tapping so I shut it and waited for my oil to settle. When I took my dip stick out there was NO oil on it. And it did not have leaks. I would NEVER trust this company with any vehicle of mine. Last incident: ran in to ask about tires, they said, yes we sell new tires, but you will need to hold on. So I stood and waited he help 2 customers and then told me we do not keep them, they have to be ordered. I literally felt in appreciated as a human- why couldnt he just tell me that before making me wait 10 minutes. This place should be shut down in my opinion. I go to Coffeyville lube and receive excellent service.

I won a certificate for a free oil change at a car show about a year ago. When i went to change my oil myself about 8-10 months after i got it changed here, i found out that they had put my oil filter on way too tight! It should only be as tight as you can get it with your hands plus a 1/8 - 1/4 turn

Needs to be shut down they like playing God with peoples lives.
