First time Ive been to a valvoline in at least a decade. These gentlemen were polite and professional. Shop was very clean. I am ex- service manager at a dealership and these folks have earned my future business.

One of my cars is very low mileage due to my retirement and the current pandemic. We just always drive the bigger car. The oil service reminder came on due to it having been six months since we changed the oil last and I decided to run it by for service. There was a bit of a wait on a sunny Saturday but when I pulled into the bay and the technician scanned the VIN number he basically said there was no need to change the oil at this time. He topped off the fluids and gave me a friendly wave. (No charge for either ;). One doesnt find that sort of professionalism and honesty much anymore. It was worth the wait just to be treated like a customer!

Great service except they broke my dipstick and the attendant when asked what I should do about my dipstick said he didnt think he did it when I heard it break when he took it out,said I could buy a new one at an auto parts store.I feel they should have replaced it

They are slow but their customer service was great.

The crew was awesome. The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 is because of amount of good staff. They were short handed due to people walking out and not coming back from breaks on time so my service took an hour or so. But the staff that was there was amazing.

I always get great service and affordable rates. They email me coupons when it is close to time to have my car serviced again which helps me to save some money. Things they advise need repair are generally cost efficient there as opposed to a dealership.

Service was ok. Would have been more stars if I wouldnt have found that the last time my oil was changed that my expensive air filter was replaced by a regular air filter. Now Im out 60$ for another one.

Not very pleased with this location ...it took over an hr for oil change not 15 min like they advertise and they let someone cut in front of me because he was a employee or a friend ...very unorganized it took them 30 min to get me in and 45 min for oil change/check tire pressure and fill washer fluid reservoir 3 things to do instead of 10 things they normally do ..theres more like smoking weed but im done complaining...WORST PLACE EVER !!! Never goin BACK doing business at jiffy lube

Super fast oil change and I dont even have to get out of my car! Be aware its pricey, 45 bucks for conventional oil change. But for the speed and convenience its worth it to me.

All bays were taken up and when I pulled up The person told me “I’ll have you set at bay 2 and if they’re not done first and will rearrange where you’re next” another person pulled up behind me.they proceeded to tell him to pull forward instead of helping me first now I have two vehicles that I take to Valvoline all the time. they lost a customer and I am now going to Jiffy Lube I suggest everyone who has this problem to do the same.that’s terrible customer service.

I think it was Taylor, I have had an oil change there before and had him, he was one of the ones that worked on vehicle. Anyways, hes super polite, considerate, etc. Thank you for hiring people like that!!

Overpriced scam artists. I wanted a quick oil change so I tried this place. The oil change was way overpriced. Kept trying to sell me other stuff. Wanted $70.00 to change my air filter. I can change it myself in one minute. I would never go there again.

The young man that took my information was very courteous and friendly, as well as the young man who did the oil change. They were all wearing gloves and masks, when the gentleman took my card he removed his gloves, sanitized his hands put on new gloves right there in front of me. All transactions were done right there while I sat in my car. I have actually been to thos Vavoline several times, I have never had a problem. Though I have to say this time everything seemed a lot more professional.

The wait was long. The guy dropped my oil cap down into my front grid. They had to pull and beat to get it out. Im hoping nothing was damaged. Customer service was polite. They are a little pricey..

First time here but have heard good things found a coupon online for nineteen dollars ended up being twenty eight all together. So going on a four hundred mile trip it will defiantly put it to the test well see but so far the experience has been a good one clean shop very friendly well informed Stafford not try to push the high dollar oil but did bring some things to my attention that I will have to a address in the next couple days

The last 3 times Ive been to Valvoline Ive just constantly pressured by their Salesman to purchase stuff, the no longer top of fluids or even check tire pressure, the last and final time going to a Valvoline was at this store, I honestly dont think they even changed my oil. A few days after I had to get changed again elsewhere because my car started smelling like old oil. Never had that problem before in my life. Was charged for a oil filter even though I was told they would throw it in free for being a loyal customerSave your time and just go elsewhere...

Good place for an oil change. They offer recommend services but dont push them on you.

Just know it takes one bad experience for someone to stop going to your business. I have always used Valvoline for my oil changes but after yesterday I think im going to find somewhere else to go. After failing to put my skid plate back on correctly something simple, it hitting my tire rod when I made turns. I feel like I should go somewhere they can complete simple tasks correctly.

Came in for an inspection and was first told they dont do inspections after a certain time (2:30?) but they discovered it wasnt quite that late, and we were waved through. After getting ready to enter, someone else told us they do not do inspections this late and dont really do them on Saturday at all. This was after calling first to confirm. Better luck next time, maybe?

Fixed work done by a cheap boxstore oil change earlier in day. They unlike the earlier shop were Quick! Filled oil to correct level safe for engine and show dipstick for verification. Also did not leave the cap under hood like other shop. Price is higher even with groupon but looks like you get what you pay for. They will be my go to place now!!!!

I was in line for a state inspection when another car pulled around for an oil change to the 3rd bay (i was at bay 2 of 3 total bays). Inspections are only done on bay 2. I was told I needed to wait for the car in bay 3 to finish their oil change then I could pull back around to get my inspection after the car that came after me. The Area Supervisor called me and explained inspections are done in the order they arrive. As mentioned above I should have been next. I asked for a discount or coupon for an oil change in which I was told by the Area Supervisor I dont give refunds like that. Im not sure an Area Supervisor that doesnt understand the difference between a discount on a future service and a refund should be in their position. Further more I believe the person who called was only the store manager that gave me the bad customer service to begin with as his voice was extremely similar. I also took a picture of the empty bay while the car in bay 3 was still being serviced. Bad customer service is the only explanation and I cant recommend enough to stay away.

Customer service was great! Other than the expected wait upon coming Chase and Joey did a great job servicing me. Chase has great expertise in recommending the best oil change option for me. Chase was very energetic and hard working and was constantly moving around to different bays. Joey did a great job completing the oil change and servicing my tires and other maintenance options. I will be back to this location.

Had a tire blow out on me near the shop and rolled in and it was Sunday close to 5 and Blaine & Steve were absolutely incredible with helping even though i wasn’t getting an oil change. Just the work ethic and willingness to help is awesome at this place. Highly recommended!

I was definitely cheated out of my money all I needed was a brake light put in that was only $3 for the bub and I did get an inspection for 15 somehow my whole total came to $100. I dont recommend you go there because theyre definitely money hungry and if nothings wrong with your car theyre going to tell you it is that way you can pay them to get fixed I dont feel like its a good service that wants to help you I feel like its a service that just wants to help themselves

Purchased off Groupon only needed oil change. Can’t speak for other reviews but my experience being able to sit in the car while everything is changed was great. Josh was my tech he was polite and oil was changed in about 20 mins. Will continue to come fast and easy

Nice place. I drove up and was able to pull right into a bay. I didnt even have to get out of my car. They changed my oil and checked all my fluids and informed me that my tires were over inflated by about 20 pounds and they took care of that. They also had an online coupon so I had it all done for $19.99. They showed me my air filter and it was a little dirty but there was no high-pressure sales tactics to get me to buy one from them. They also were able to hook the machine up to my car and tell me that my service engine light was indicating that I had a small emissions leak in the catalytic converter and exhaust. Just a really nice, helpful, friendly place. I will be going back later this week to get my tires rotated before winter and that fee is only $20. Pretty economical.

Everything was fantastic, except the wait time. In their defense they got busy, but id still go back and unlike other places, they did not pressure me into buying air filters etc. They said they recommend but if you say Ill take care of it then they back off. Nice job.

Its a oil change place always upsale you but if not semi knowledgeable on cars might be good for ya. But OReilly can do wipers cheaper and put them on and can usually due batterys too but fluids i usually go here.

Great as usual, my daughter was running around like a crazy baby does touching things and the employees just smiled and talked to her. Very welcoming and affectionate staff. Sales like usual and very clean inside.

Fast and speedy service ! Only complaint is to double check the tire stem caps ...mine where slightly twisted back on (not tighten on) but they were busy so thats probably why it was overlooked.

I tried this business on 3 separate occasions and each time was disappointed for different reasons. On one occasion I was overcharged, another occasion the wait was excessive, and lastly one of my tire stems was broken by their staff member and I was sent to Discount Tires

On 3/15/19 my son had his oil changed at this location. Two weeks later he was driving and the engine started knocking and died. He checked the oil level and nothing registered on the dip stick. He parks on the street and where he parks his car, there is a big oil spot. This engine was replaced with a remanufactured engine 60,000 miles ago and does not leak. We had it towed to a respectable shop and they found the drain plug to be finger tight, therefore the oil has been slowly dripping for two weeks. This caused the engine to become so low on oil that it became damaged beyond repair and needs replacement. The drain plug was tightened and engine filled with the correct amount of oil. The engine was knocking loudly. I contacted the Valvoline store where my son had his oil changed. They performed an investigation and denied any responsibility due to the fact that I had the drain plug tighten and there was no blow by on the engine. This would not prove anything since the oil leak was slow and the engine was damaged due to lack of oil and not a part failing. There would also be no blow back because of the slowness of the leak. This is not significant evidence to deny resposibility. I have also had difficulty contacting any representative after they told me that they were not responsible which in my opinion is poor customer service to choose to not respond to my many concerns. My son has now been without means of transportation for 3+ months. Now I am forced to seek legal action in hopes that they will do the right thing. Just wanting to put my story out there to protect other consumers from this company.

Nick, I believe, took care of us here. Really sweet and helpful, everyone was kind, and the oil change/transmission fluid change was fast. Didnt try and pull anything with selling more than was needed. Will for sure go back there in the future.Above and beyond service!

Fantastic oil change. Quick and decently priced. I dont know why people say theyre expensive. Theyre maybe $1 more than Walmart and actually do the job right.
