Well let me start off I was in a rough spot at first and I felt so bad and had my nice with me and she is only 2 months old and she was crying up a storm. But after that was taken care of I had a great time I have been looking for a place to go that wouldnt hurt my fingers of toes and I found the right people definitely going back very very happy

I LOVE this place. I’m new to Missouri and tried so many places before meeting Vinh. I even took a break from getting my nails done because I couldn’t find the quality. I met vin and found M Nail Studio. Vinh does such quality work. He is fast and efficient. The shop is clean and staff is friendly. I LOVE this place and HIGHLY Recommend!!

Love them! I only go to them for my manicures decent prices kind and talented artists! Highly reccomend after trying 5 other salons in independence M nails gives you a price they are worth.

They were very accommodating and got my daughter and I in for her birthday. Prices are reasonable, they were very good with my daughter, and have princess chairs which is awesome. Only a small issue, I got cut a little bit while getting my nails done. But Im overall very pleased with my experience

Love Asia and Sarah they are awesome listen to what I want I tend to be picky occasionally.They do a great job got pedicure chairs for the kids even. They offer you drinks (even wine) very friendly clean and snazzy nail salon.

They do an excellent job but the price is different from one person to the next. A fill is the same price as manicure. NONO NO

Tracy is a very personable nail tech; she is intuitive and attentive. When I cannot come up with my own design she creates just right, everytime! She also builds my fullsets for pedicures. Come see her, you wont be dissatisfied.

First time visiting and super impressed! They were so good with my 3 yo and her first mani pedi. And the cute princess chairs were a big hit! I felt like it was reasonably priced too! They did an excellent job on mine and my moms pedicures too. They actually clean the yuck in your toenails and buffed the roughness away.. gross, I know, but that’s super important during a pedicure! Will definitely be back!

My daughter and i decided to have a girls day and i was super impressed with the service i received at M nail salon! We both got manicures and pedicures (huge shoutout because you can get your little one a GEL manicure and pedicure for ONLY $35) my pedicure was done so nicely, and i got dipped nails which also turned out amazing, especially compared to some of the dipped nails i’ve had before. We will defiently be back! I really reccomend them. You can tell they work really hard to make sure you’re satisfied with your service and final result!

I enjoy going to M nail Studio. I always go the nail tech Sydney. Sydney is the only one that can fix damage nails without adding fake nails. I do not wear fake nails. Thanks Sydney. I love the way you treat my nails. They look good alway.

This was my first time going and i loved it. The reason i gave a 3 is because the lady that did my pedi talked me up to get the pedicure that came with hot rocks. It felt great but she didnt get all the dead skin off my toes. Its almost like i spent the extra $20 just for rocks. My full set was bomb though. I went in with an idea and mr trinity took care of me. He took his time. Even stayed past close to make sure my nails were perfect. Thank you guys. I will be back

Love this shop! Tim is wonderful and does a great job everytime. They have done a great job during the pandemic keeping the place sanitized and clean.

This place is a joke. They tell you that you get 10$ off if you get gel polish on a pedicure, well the pedicure i chose was $55, then was charged $15 for gel polish. They try and upscale and up price for bad quality. Dont waist your money.

They need more gel polish options and they need to be more open to trying different nail techniques. To the owner I actually stayed and got them done and when I asked if this was all the colors the girl said yes thats all you had and she only gave me about 30 colors so I dont see how you had 600 lol.

Loved the atmosphere and Maranda did an awesome job. I felt like I was at home with the girls just having fun and getting pampered at the same time!!

I have been coming here for years now and I will hopefully never have to go anywhere else. The staff is amazing talented and super friendly. The facility is super clean and very updated. I have already gotten most of my friends to be regulars there as well. We all love it!!

My pedicure was okay. My full set is horrible. I asked for short white tip acrylic gel nails. Not what I got.

I love this nail salon they do amazing work on my nails and toes all the time. They never upset me with the work they do, I even let my nail tech do what ever he/she wants and I’m always impressed. I love this place so much ❤️❤️ Never will I go to a different salon.

I am new to the area and was recommended by a co worker to try this salon out. I was happy with the service and professionalism of the staff. They even have kiddy pedicure chairs. My only gripe is the tech I was put with was new, and he used a drill to take my gel polish off when I shared with him that I DO NOT like drills on my natural nails. Polish was thicker in some spots and filing the right shape I like was not achieved. Brandon needs more practice, but he is very personable.

This establishment takes appointments but does not honor appointments. Two times I have made an appointment and had to wait at least 1 hour because they did not write my appointment down in the book.

I am new in town and was looking for a new nail shop. Brandon was super friendly asking me if I had any bruises or cuts and was really communicative. They do an awesome job and I couldnt be happier with how my pedicure came out. Will definitely be coming back 😊

I got a hot stone massage with my pedicure it was awesome, got a full set as well. They had a special on gel polish so that was a plus. All in all great service from start to finish.

I was looking for a new nail place and looked at reviews to make a decision. Im very pleased to report that the place exceeded my expectations. They were polite, efficient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. I felt comfortable and well-taken care of. I will definitely be back.

I have gone here for years since they have opened I was extremely pleased until a couple months now. Unless you have 3 hours to kill I would not recommend going here. This is not the first nor the second but the third time that this same exact situation has happened. They are great about getting you into a pedi-chair but 45 minutes later and nobody has even started yet. I’ve sat and waited in a pedi-chair waited almost 2 hours and left without any services.

M nails studio is Bomb! They are so professional. The environment is fun and inviting. Very clean and great energy from the time you walk in the door. They are honest and timely. The owner has a great sense of humor and makes sure you don’t leave unhappy. The staff is well trained and educated. I feel at home every time I come in! I recommend M nail studio to all! Best place in Independence, I drove a little over a year to Olathe to get my nails done every month, then I found them one Saturday while my dog was getting a bath, best way to wait for him to be ready, while I pamper myself! Very clean, nice music and tv entertainment! I love getting my nails at this place, glad theyre back open after quarantined.

Never in my life have I been talked about so much right in my face about the fact that im trans by these employees. Not to mention when I had to have a nail repaired the woman used another nail to rip off the broken one to the point where my nail started bleeding. Then proceeded to charge me 57$ for a fill and three nail repairs and doing a design that looked nothing like the picture I had shown her. I cannot believe they treat people this way. I felt so uncomfortable the entire time I was there the woman even made me rub the cuticle oil into my cuticles myself.

First time at this nail salon. Service was not good to the point I told the lady to just stop and paint my toe nails. I was very upset with the service. I paid full price so yes I can complain and will never return. This place does not have a big selection of nail polish.

I havent been here since new owner ship. I think its been nicely remodeled. However their services werent for me. I got the upgraded pedicure. Its supposed to have the special callous remover, extra massage time. There was barely a massage and the callous remover wasnt impressive. The gentleman couldnt get me one toe painted correctly. I went to have my nails gelled as well. She took off the paint, filed them and then did the gel. I was under the impression for the price that it was supposed to have a massage and cuticle care. She also went to fix my toe because the gentleman left. Its still out of line. She was very sweet. But I was over it. I will not be back. Ive had better services for less cost at other establishments. They were all nice though.Im sorry I did ask for a gel manicure. I did ask for my toe to be fixed multiple times. Its still outside the lines. It was late and I got 25% off with the spin on my toes. So Im not going to make a big deal. I just know in the future its not my spot.

Andy is amazing !!! I spent 2+ hours at a different salon and they completely butchered them! A few days till my baby shower I was panicking. Andy was amazing, gentle and kind. Patiently redoing my nails for me and they are the cutest I have ever had. Will be going back, perfect shape and he nailed the ombré dip. In love 😍

Been coming to M Nail for almost two years. Usually call ahead to make appts but the owner is very accommodating. Never disappoint, I go to Vinh but the other nail techs are just as good. Play good music, shows and keep it professional.

Have been going here for almost a year now.This is a family owned salon. I have been a walk-in and used appointment times. They can accommodate individuals and large groups for personal pampering and special occasions.Clean, organized and very relaxing place to pamper yourself or arrange as a special day out for anyone. They even have sweet little girl stations for mommy/daughter days out.

I came in to have a full set of gel acrylics and a gel pedi. The lady Asia who did my toes was amazing and made sure everything was done perfectly!! Highly recommend her. The other woman who did my nails (they alternate) first got rude with me when i told her she applied nails crookedly. Then she was nice enough to fix them. And then she also applied the acrylic funny and so i have a dent on two nails where she missed the acrylic on my actual fingernails. And the polish is not even straight. I have always went to salons and had my full sets last 3 weeks before needing a fill or anything done and my nails were done a week ago and so my regular nails havent even started to grow out and 4 of the nails are already detaching from the cuticles and Im very disappointed for the amount of money I spent. I would go back and have them fixed but after the attitude from the woman the first time, I just am going to go somewhere else .

Very updated and classy place to go! I came in with a horrible dip ombre from another salon and had that removed and had an acrylic overlay done with polish and these are by far the very best nails I have ever gotten done! I will not be going anywhere else. The lady who did my nails name was Ni and she was very understanding and accommodating to what I was wanting! I am a cosmetologist so I am extremely picky about my nails and there is not even a single blemish in them at all! Keep up the great work guys! You have a forever customer with me for sure!!

I was waiting to review until Id been here a few times. The quality really depends on which tech does your nails. Ive had a couple very good manicures and couple mediocre (powder dip and acrylics). Bottom line, Im probably to much of a perfectionist to go here regularly, but they are clean so I might go back in a pinch, but for now my search continues for a salon that makes happy 100% of the time.
