Wonderful place. I love how my nails turned out 💖

Very unsatisfied with this place. My place I have been going to forever close suddenly.. I tried this place per the reviews and less than 24 hours my nail randomly breaks! These are my NATURAL nails and because this girl did it too thin and I told her it broke!!!! I also had the top coat peel the same day of!! Very unsatisfied and WILL NOT be returning!

First time there and Amy did a great job on my nails and the waxing.

I was impressed with the service that they provided my wife. One of her hands is injured and needs a little extra work to get the nails just right, and they didnt bat an eye to treat her well. Shes already gone back for a 2nd time, so I know she liked them too.

I have been going here for about a year now and love them customer service is awesome Tom Amy and tony always make sure I am happy with the service they are always clean and very attentive to me and my family they make us feel comfortable and keep us wanting to come back any time I bring my four year old that will not be still for nothing tony never seems bothered and always does a great job on her nails

Nails & pedi were done perfectly & they made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Environment is welcoming, relaxed & friendly! You can tell the nail techs care about their clients. Great place & even better people!

First time was decent, second time my nails not so good, he told me its $15 for gel manicures yet charged me $30 and then still took $10 for the tip. Then I get to looking at my nails and noticed all the gaps in polish, skin that wasnt cleaned up, and how inconsistent the filing was... Wont be going back.

Their sign said they are open to 6pm. Took my wife there so she get her nails done. We arrived at 5:15 pm and one of the people that works there said that they were closed. Mention that they might want to change their sign to the new hours. That same person’s response was “yeah yeah yeah.” Will never go back or even recommend their services to anyone.

Honestly i like my nails i guess. they’re not very sanitary as the next day after i got my pedicure my toes got infected so i don’t think their equipment is cleaned. my toe has been bleeding since then. the man joked about drinking on the job but it made me uncomfortable and kept joking with my friend about her boyfriend cheating on her. it was just very disrespectful. we were also rushed so they didn’t really let us choose our colors in peace and almost basically chose for us. way too expensive with how they did our nails too.

I like this place! First of all, its beautiful and clean. Great variety of colors and services. The staff is very careful and do a very good job.

My daughter and I went here because she had been before and said it was a great place. And it was. Im not sure what my guys name was but he did a wonderful job and was very helpful and friendly. Well definitely be back.

Apparently this place only has one nail tech that can do acrylic nails which is weird since they are a full service salon. Also guy in there was super rude and unprofessional. Save your money and time and dont go here

Loved this place! Definitely coming back! I recommend getting acrylics here!!!! They are so pretty and all he did was look at a photo I found on Pinterest and went off that!

Went for a pedicure met by a worker with no mask during a pandemic had to say something!He put his mask on, then new person wiped up floor with wet previous customers towel and sat down with same gloves! Gross so nasty! I said I am leaving no mask said good don’t ever come back! Don’t worry but what I will do is call the health department disgusting

Absolutely AMAZING! Kay Was able to give me the tapered square look I was going for with no problem at all. Very accommodating, clean, professional. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ve definitely found my new favorite nail salon!

1st time here. Went to get a pedicure, very rushed. Normally they last about an hour. We was in and done in 30 minutes.

I called them at 6 when I was leaving my house and asked if I could come and get my nails done last minute. They said yes so I booked my butt up there.when I got there they went ahead and happily did my nails and then didnt even complain at all when I kept them 30 minutes past their closing time. Would gladly to return.

If i could give it no stars i would. i went here at the beginning of the month & the owner was so inappropriate it made me uncomfortable. he decided it was okay to ask to see nude photos of me and ask me where i worked. never coming back again.

I love Princess Nail Salon. They gave me beautiful sparkles on my damaged nails. Amy was so sweet and professional. I loved her speedy work on my powdered dipped nails. This is one of the BEST salon in independence. If you are looking for a clean well staffed established place to go, They are your girls. I rate them a 10+😁 I was very pleased💅.

I must say it was a pleasant surprise. Stopped in for a fill a color change on my toes. And its hard to find someone who can do long nails, but the tech dried my gel color thoroughly so I dont have to worry about it peeling which is a major deal breaker. Overall I am very happy. Very beautiful salon and after a very stressful day, this was a perfect end to help relax. Thank you Princess Nails

My experience was great! i love my nails so much and i also got my eyebrows wax and it was painless. i don’t know any other place that can do that! overall i totally recommend.

Was my first time here they have good prices also liked the man who did my nails! Was super funny and nice and did a fantastic job! Really nice place to go and super friendly will definitely come back again! Also had the eyelash extensions love them and after leaving I just felt more confident!

My girlfriend loves this place and I love when my girl is happy. She loves to get a Gel set I thought it would cost $60. She came to me and said that the reasonable prices will keep her coming back. Oh and a Gel set is only $30 I will continue to support her and this business!

Overly priced

By far the WORST place I have ever been to! My friend & I came in when no one was there and they had the worst attitudes AND very much so rushed through the mani & pedis, my friends paint came off THE NEXT DAY!

My daughter was there getting nails and pedi with her fiance today(as she has done there for years!!!!!) after finally getting out after this quarantine AND recently GIVING BIRTH to my beautiful grandson and was asked by the UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NO FILTER HAVING P.O.S. doing her nails if she was PREGNANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who does that!!!???? This is an emotional time anyway due to it being her 1st baby, not to mention her hormones still going crazy from pregnancy, delivery and after birth healing! You should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to! The whole staff is great and I always ask for Amy! She does such a wonderful job every single time. She’s the only one I know that can perfect the almond nail shape! Thank you for always taking care of me, Amy!

I always make an appointment and get in at my appointment time as to where other nail places that NEVER happens. Employees are very friendly and attentive. My nails always look great when I leave here.

Horrible experience today. Had to deal with a rude loud mouth that thinks he is funny. We come consistently and will never return.. Watch who you have representing your business. It cant be a loud slick talker... You need someone who understands how to provide good customer service.

I decided to try this place and will not be going back. It was the worst nail dip service I have ever had or seen. I woman clearly didn’t know what she was doing or maybe she didn’t care. She left dip glued all around my nails on my fingers that I had to cleanup when I got home. My nails were not even and they were all different shapes. I was so upset I just wanted to get out of the place. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

My nail technician didn’t really seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t file my nails to even lengths and still manage to make me bleed. I asked for a matte finish, something went wrong, and it ended up looking terrible. She wasn’t going to fix it unless I said something and i was rushed out of there as soon as she was finished. I went back to get two nails repaired only a week later (I got dip) and she stared at a cracked nail and completely disregarded it until I’d said something. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the rest of the staff were very friendly.

Excellent service. Very relaxed feeling. Im a guy and I go for pedicure here about every 5 to 6 weeks. My wife usually gets along the same time so just tell everybody guys you can feel welcome here and they treat you really good very relaxing. I highly recommend Princess nails.

The shop is super clean, well maintained and laid out, and very organized. It runs like a well oiled machine. The wait is never long as theyre staffed appropriately for peak hours, and their nail technicians are efficient and well versed in what they do. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their nails done, and receive a great product for a reasonable price.

I am always able to get right in and they are very professional. A wide variety of colors to choose from.

I had been going to this place for awhile and then took a long break. I used to get the gel manicure and it was always amazing! The staff is always super nice. After my break of two years I decided to come back and have been getting the dipping powder. The last three times I have been there I had gotten cut after I let the woman know it hurt she continued to go over the same spot. I was left with a cut finger. My nails this past time have chipped and broke within 3 days! 😓 I kept returning because I thought it would be a different experience but I am likely to not return as every time I have gone they have cracked or chipped immediately. I will give two stars as the wait isn’t usually very long and the staff is friendly.

I come here every two weeks and they always give me the best service. They are so patient when I want to layer different colors with the glitter polish and Nina will even demo combinations for me on her nails sometimes. Ask for the deluxe pedicure because the upgrade is worth how soft your feet feel afterward.

Amy is the best. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she captured it perfectly. She took her time and made sure each nail was perfectly designed. I would definitely recommend her.

I will NOT be returning to this place the first time I went there a month ago was for a fill, they talked me into doing a new set due to mine being filled to many times and needing it. So I agree to do that, I had this set filled once and returned for another fill, I had broke 2 nails off and they told me I need another new set, 3 of them was around me talking about it then I told them I’m on a budget and can’t keep doing that (my bf and I are on a budget do to me being a full time student) I told them that and the 2 ladies processed to laugh and what it seemed like making jokes they made me feel completely unwelcomed just because I didn’t let them keep hiking the price up on me.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. I went in for a acrylic full set normal nail polish, the lady asked 3-4 times if I wanted gel even after saying no I was then told gel would look so much better. It says a full set was 25& up after getting the exact same thing I would get anywhere else the total was 30$. Plus the lady mess up the polish on one of the nails then tried to fix it with the polish after the clear coat was already on with that being said my nails turned out lumpy and extremely thin. And even after 2+ hours my nails aren’t fully dry.

I used to go to Princess Nails exclusively because the pricing was good, the service was friendly, and I never felt pressured to upgrade a service. They changed hands about two years ago and things werent the same.I felt they overcharged for things that used to be included; basic nail shaping, certain polishes (not just gels), and even a matte topcoat was $5 extra. I also was often goaded into removing the current set so I had to pay for a full set despite only needing a fill. Very disappointing.

The lady did an amazing job waxing my eye brows! Zero complaints there...but the lady who did my nails just didn’t really give me a “wow” factor. A lot of mistakes. Didn’t go all the way to my cuticles when filling them. My nail was hanging out on the sides. Air bubbles in the polish on two of my nails. 2/10

Princess Nails is a wonderful place to go to get your feet done at. The deluxe spa pedicure is the best. The staff at Princess Nails is awesome also. They are always friendly and nice when I go.

They always offer a drink and you usually dont have to wait long. The deluxe pedicure is the best with the hot wax. Love this place so much.

Dont get your lashes done at this place they are terrible. She told me they would last 3 weeks to a month. She put so much glue on my eyes I couldnt see above my heavy lashes that caused me to not open my eyes very much. On top of it all they fell out after two days along with my natural lashes. I went in with the lashes explaining everything an she told me they couldnt help me. They did not honor their mistake or offer to fix the problem.

Truly a horrible nail salon. I asked the lady for ombré nails and she did not give me ombré nails and charged me $45. I told the nail tech I did NOT like my nails at all and she refused to fix them saying that’s what I asked for and it’s just the lighting. Then I called the salon to speak to the manager and she said I could come in and get my nails done for free just call her ahead of time and so I did that and then she said that she never said that “it was a long time ago free nails no more and no refund”. Then insisted I needed to go to the nail salon to talk to her because she was too “busy” to take care of the problem. I get it no refund because it’s a business of service but 1. Don’t over charge me 2. Don’t take back what you said 3. Do your job correctly or hire nail techs that do what the clients ask. I’ve had this problem before here and I let it go but at this point it’s pathetic. Literally one of the worse nail salons in Independence.

I asked for the cheapest “set” so I didn’t pay for gel . So maybe it’s my fault. However, still spending $40 I would expect my nails to not smudge A DAY LATER still. 15 minutes after having them I had to go back and have them fixed and they continue to worsen the next day.... :( extremely disappointed

It was ok, my best friend had to have her nails re-shaped after they came out wrong. The person who did her nails didn’t like her color choice so they ended up clear. My polish chipped and smudged not three hours after getting them done. Mine where also not the right color

Terrible place to have anything done. They wanted to do my nails and my toes at the same time. My nails looked horrible. I will never ever go to this place again
