I told the lady about past bad experiences of others taking too much hair off of my eyebrows, she then proceeded to completely wax off my arch on an entire eyebrow; making it needle thin, she rounded off my points on both sides and left every bit of hair that DHOULD have been removed. They don’t match at all and look so bad that I cried while leaving and was embarrassed to show my face. Worst of all she thought they looked great. Never go here for waxing.

Nancy did a great job on my hair. I had chopped it up pretty good due to Covid-19. She fixed me right up.

This was my 1st time. Penny was my stylist. She is very friendly and she understood what I wanted. I got a perm and cut. I am very pleased with my hair. I will be going back.

Very disappointed. Our first time trying out this salon and I had high hopes. We were told Jessica could get my daughter in at 4 pm for a cut. We sat there for 30 minutes and she never even acknowledged us. Finally, another stylist asked her how much longer and she said probably another 20 min. Still never even looked up... That is pretty rude and unprofessional. I guess they dont need the business.*Update: I am changing this to two stars because she called to apologize and offer a free haircut. I will not be going back, but I appreciate the effort to make it right.
