They took great care to make sure my daughter had a great experience and was ready for her Prom!

I only give this 1 star because I like one of the ladies here, Lisa is awesome but I cant speak for the rest of the crew. The last time I was here I was charged full price on a standard manicure and pedicure and I think it was the guys first time doing it. Had to get someone to finish the pedicure and they didnt even remember to put lotion on my legs. Highly disappointed, Ill try somewhere else unless Lisa is available.

Appointments do not matter to them. I would wait 35 mins if not longer over my scheduled time. My last visit was definitely my last. Got a fill in (gel acrylics) they were not smooth at all. Completely uneven. Nail broke off the very next day. Upset I waisted $40. Had to find another salon and get them fix. So now I spent another $40 for their mistake

Great place friendly and great service great work

Two stars only because they are good at nails but completely unprofessional. we came in at 10:30 and he told us to come back at 11:30, so we came back and everyone that was in there came in after us. as we were standing up front more people came in and they just completely ignored us and did everyone elses nails before us. when we were leaving he said “sorry were really busy” and i understand that but we were there before everyone else there and they were rude about it.

Nice Nails took my friend and I as a walk-in late one evening, when many other salons had already closed or were fully booked. The salonist in house took great care to ensure that our pedicures were of the highest quality. She was incredibly kind during and even made sure to follow up with a phone call the following day to see confirm that we were satisfied with our services.I would highly recommend this salon and their services to anyone in the independence/crittenden area seeking nail salon treatment.

I am beyond happy with my nails I have been looking for a place that can do what I want and I am stoked to say that I think I have found it.

I was told there was a wait which was no problem they said come back in 30 to 45 minutes. So I did just that and when I came back in they told me that they were no longer taking anyone for today and they were closing even though they had just told me to come back and it was 615 but ours online says it closes at seven. 100% Will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone they were some of the rudest most unprofessional people I’ve ever tried to deal with in my life. I have never heard any good things about this place but I know not to always believe that but in this case it is 100% true.

They did a great job! I will be going back regularly. Only complaint was that when she painted my toenails, she didnt go all the way down to the base. But, otherwise the experience was awesome.

I got my nails done about a week ago and a whole hand of nails is already off. One of them women did them, whenever Don (the man) does them they don’t come off for weeks. No hate just saying! They are very nice up there.

The most painfully fell set I even got. She was on and off her phone. She cut me ive never pulled my hand away but I did with her. Everything was just so rough and fast with her. My nails hurt the morning after.

I got a shellac manicure and it looks great. However, the girl who did my nails was more attentive to her phone than me. She hardly spoke to me at all and seemed surprised when I said I needed my cuticles trimmed and taken care of. Like isn’t that what a manicure is? They also charge whatever they want to whoever. My boyfriend’s sister and grandma go there and are only charged $30 for the same thing I just had done yet I had to pay $35? And when I asked about the price difference the only thing they could tell me was it was because I needed the dip powder taken off and had gotten a manicure. They charged me an extra $5 to take off the dip powder they had put on a month ago. That’s ridiculous in my opinion and I’ve never heard of another nail salon having extra charges for things like that. I don’t think I’ll be going back for this reason.

I had the best experience and the most beautiful acrylic nails here a couple weeks ago. My nails were evenly shaped and polished. By far the best place ive tried. I had to do an emergency fill in somewhere else and i immediately regret it. Illbe back soon so you guys can fix this monstrosity!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The people were warm and friendly. The girl who did a new polish on my acrylics did an amazing job! Ill definitly come back every two weeks for fill in!

I went there twice because they don’t charge that much and my nails each time have looked horrible. I got French tip and my nails are so uneven . Not worth the $35

Absolute worst pedicure Ive had. Went with my friend, we were started at the same time and she was finished with her pedicure and gel manicure and the lady was still polishing my pedicure!! She had no idea what she was doing. Didnt even stay to get my nails done because she took an hour and 45 minutes on my toes! And it was the most i have ever spent on a pedicure too!! $37?! Crazy. Will never return here.

I would like to give him no stars. Are the rudest unkind people. Pedicure that I got was horrible didnt last I went back and ask them if they can fix it he the owner said that he would not fix it and thats where the rudeness comes. He was screaming at me saying I want something for free and all I want him to do is fixed the problem. Paint was coming off mt toe very bad customer service .will never go back ever 💅💅😡😠 not to mention that there was 4 little kids in the back room very loud and running around. So hard to relax. Climbing on the chairs. Pretty sure they was his kids crazy

Its a nice nail salon and nice workers, but the wait is ridiculous. I have came here a couple times to get a manicure, and theres only 2-3 workers each time. Theyre usually working on someone, then theres several people waiting. Ive waited here for over 4 hours just to get a fill in. The next time, I waited 2 hours 45 minutes to get mani and pedi. Its sad, the workers are very nice but they need more workers or need to hurry up while doing others. I wouldnt say the prices are fair either. The price depends on the worker, sadly.

It was nice and clean and the people there were very nice. However, when women get their nails done the experience should be relaxing. There was political nonsense on the tv for half of my visit. The other half was some riduculous music that sounds like a kids tv show on crack. Some neutral show on tv such as HGTV or the cooking channel or even some soft music would have been nice. My nails look ok. I had acrylics done. My nail tech was very gentle, and tried very hard to make sure she was giving me what i wanted. However some of my nails are not uniform and there are some ridges and imperfections in the smoothness.
