My nail tech was Mindy. She was incredible. Id highly recommend her to anyone. I had my nails and a pedicure with Gel polish.

Very nice and polite. I love my pedicure. And the place looked very clean. I appreciated that when I asked if I could soak for a little while and they let me soak for about 15 or 20 minutes.

The guy was so rude, sloppy, and rushed everything. They laughed at us when my friend explained that she wanted clear polish after they told her to pick a color. They made her completely remove her nails when she just wanted a fill and color change. Then, last night she found out her nails were glow in the dark...My nails are crooked and sloppy. I will not be returning.

Absolutely rude staff. As a man I dont get my nails painted but I get the treatment and trimmings. Watched them not replace water, disgusting. At that point I left and waited for my wife outside. My wife came out an hour later than normal, because the owner and staff are very unorganized. Her nails are crooked, uneven and look terrible. (This is coming from a man so you know they look awful.) Neither of us will go back ever again. My main complaint is the cleanliness. Once we mentioned to another woman that the water had not been changed in the tub just drained she took her feet out wipe them off put her shoes on and left just as I did. Spend more money somewhere else, you can also spend less money somewhere else. Either way is better.

Always friendly and professional. Increased staff recently due to intake on customers. Went in on a Friday morning asking to have my toes and a full set done in less than an hour. Started with toes and they came over and started my nails at the pedicure station, understanding I was on a time crunch. Completed both within that hour and did an amazing job. Always work fast and efficient. Ive seen multiple of their techs and all are amazing at their jobs.

Henry did a very good job on my nails hes very detailed when it comes to his work and also make good conversation this is one of my go-to spots when I want beautiful designs the picture Im about to post is a little old its time to get my nails done over but he does really beautiful work top 10 has a beautiful establishment it is peaceful calm and relaxing there I most definitely will be returning

I always recommend Top Ten nails because I consistently get compliments on how nice my nails look. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They offer you water or a soda and have candy for the littles. I have never had an issue with my nails or toes. If you are unsure about how you want your nails done they can help you with a color choice and a design as well. ❤

Usually they do an excellent job. The lady doing my nails on Tuesday was young, said she had been doing nails for 6 years. She was yawning the whole time and even fell asleep while using the dremal tool. I asked if she was tired and she said that she had partied hard over the weekend. My right hand nails are shorter then the left, and every nail is shaped differently. I will ask for another person next time.

Ive been going to this location for the last month for Pedicure and Gel Manicure. Ken always did my nails and I was always satisfied for the most part. Today I invited my Mom to come with me and I was going to treat her to a pedicure and manicure and we also both wanted to try eyelash extensions. When we first walked in no one greeted us so we sat down and waited patiently. About 15 minutes later another lady walked in and the worker greeted her and asked what service she needed and told her to sign in. My Mom and I were confused so I ask if we shouldve signed in as well, the man than asked what services we were getting and I told him pedi, mani, and eyelashes, he instructed us to go sit in the Pedi chair. My Mom and I walked back to the pedicure area and all of the workers had clients with more clients waiting. One of the workers filled the pedicure bath and  my Mom and I put our feet in the water and waited patiently as the workers was finishing up the last sitting next to me. Soon after the workers finished she rushed to start on another client and didnt even clean the pedicure bowl before the next client sat down and thats when I warmed the client that the bowl hadnt been cleaned from the previous client. The worker then came and cleaned the bowl after the client asked. After waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes my Mom and I water became cold. One of the workers finished another client and I thought my Mom or my myself or even the lady sitting next to me would next but the workers informed me that another lady had an appointment so we continued waiting. My Mom got upset and decided she no longer wanted any services. During the time when we waited I noticed several times the workers did not sanitize the pedicure chairs or bowls nor the utensils used to do the pedicure in between clients! This is a major health violation and could cause an infection very easily. I was completely sick of the whole idea of my feet being done with used utensils that hadnt been sterilize.I most definitely will be contacting the health department tomorrow morning!

The atmosphere here is so loving and welcoming! Service is ALWAYS a 10!! Good looking clean place. Offered free coke, water, or wine. However the lady tried to upsale literally the whole time and I couldnt relax and enjoy the pedicure. She kept pushing it. Even talking to my mom across the room trying to get her to spend more money. The water was cold for both me and my mom and I told her I didnt want the more expensive pedicure and she gave it anyway. I dont get pedicures often to know exactly when she started doing the extra stuff or I would have stopped her. I now understand. She missed a spot with the polish and while I was looking at them she says you messed it up? I said no, you missed a spot and she goes you messed it up.I would go back but I would be choosey on who worked on me. My mom had a great lady.

I went in for a fill. My technician was rushing way to fast and was so rough with my hands. The instruments kept hitting my skin which is painful. She cut one of my nails so crooked, after I asked her to fix it, the nail was so short. Now all my nails had to be cut short so that they were even. You can see the line of old fill as I got a French. They look TERRIBLE. Horrible experience. I complained, asked to speak to manager. I was told to come in Monday they will fix it then. *sigh*

I went on a Saturday when they were very busy. They tried to move people as fast as they could but in doing so did not keep things entirely sanitary. I watched them sit people in chairs without sanitizing. Very small space and strong smells had me dizzy. I was there for 1.5 hours but also went in without an appointment. Staff was very nice and had conversations with guests. Offered drinks. Did okay on my nails but did not paint my pinky toe nails cause they are smaller and I didnt notice until I got home. It looks a little embarrasing.

My nails were done in a hurry, wasnt happy with them as they soon lost the tips after only a few days. Very expensive comparison to other salons.

Did my nails in like 15 min. Kept repetitively telling me my nails were going to be ugly because I wasn’t getting gel, refused the design I wanted because I didn’t want gel. Helen the owner did my nails! Worst quality I’ve ever had. Nails are full of bubbles, crooked, uneven, not fully coated in polish. Worst service I’ve had.

They are clean and tend to your needs and good and fast at what they do they took great care of me and Im very picky

Got a pedicure by Mindy. She tried pushing the deluxe pedicure on me which I didnt want and she got upset I didnt want it and rushed thru my basic pedicure. Their prices have went way up. Guess Im finding somewhere new cuz the price is not worth the service.

Love the lady super sweet and nice they also offer complimentary wine and drinks. Will definitely be back!!!

Tech was rough and unprofessional. My leg waxing was horrible she burnt my legs and charged me 40, when I normally pay 30. Im very upset and def will never let her wax my legs again. I would like a refund for being over charged

I posted a review a few days ago regarding my pedicure and eyebrows, and I felt the need to update. My toe is currently itching really badly, I’m not sure why but this happened the first time I went, I was hoping it was something I that just occurred. But for it to happen only after visiting this place, Is clear. I said I’d return, but I’ll gladly take my money somewhere else. To future buyers, beware, please.

I love my nail tech here. But i had an apt at 915 and sat in the pedicure chair for an hour waiting for someone to do my pedi. It is now 10:50 and im waiting for my nail tech to finish with someone else. I wish if they made apts that they stuck to them. Today is my birthday and i have another things planned around today.

When I first started coming here I was a loyal customer to another salon but after 5 yrs their quality had gone down so I started doing my research and found top 10 my first tech was Sofia but she has since left now I see Helen and I always come in with a pic and Helen does her thing my nails always look flawless and she does such a good job I usually only need to come in every 3 weeks. Top 10 is a bit more expensive but worth the extra dollars I say on average I spend 130.00 every time for nails with killer designs and a pedi! Chrissy does my pedi and does an amazing job my feet always look and feel like amazing. Because of top 10 my nails are now my signature and always the first thing people notice about me. Ladies please keep up the good work and you have a loyal lifetime customer!!

The service was amazing she offered me a drink and everything but it was the end of the night all she did was rush to get done but it was only 30 minutes till closing and by the end they were plain white nails but they still were grey and were raising up because she didn’t take her time to get the oil of my nails and when she was she kept a burning me and getting mad when i pulled my hand away she really needed to slow down

Yesterday I went in to get a pedicure and my eyebrows done. I received a gel pedicure, however the lady missed spots and the work was not clean what so ever. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and she began waxing my eyebrows before even brushing them, causing her to wax a huge chunk of my eyebrows off. I’d probably visit again, but if I do I’ll be more cautious on who I let perform on me.

I always get taken care of quickly even as a walk in. The hot wax really helps in the winter to keep my hands from getting dry and cracking.

They make sure their customers are happy with their nails. Which is a good part because most salons don’t even bother to offer to fix the nails. I will continue to go back

They were very nice but the lady I had didnt want to do the style I wanted. She kept trying to change my mind on what I wanted. It was pretty simple. Silver holographic with my middle nail sparkly blue. I ended up leaving with red and silver holographic nails. I kept saying I wanted to keep the one I picked but at the end I still got red.

My best friend referred me to Top 10 and I wont be going anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Jason was my tech and he did a fantastic job, including taking extra steps to make sure the difficult color I chose would look great. The extra work really made a difference and the end result is perfect. My 7 year old daughter tagged along for a polish change and her tech (I didnt get her name) was very thorough and kind. The salon is more kid friendly than most Ive visited but is very much an adult-oriented establishment. Im very excited to come back here again and again!

This is one of my go to nail salons. I have favorites (Helen. Kristy. Tina.) They are quick and accurate. Friendly and accomodating.

I had been coming here for a few years && I loved it!To make a long story short my nails were rushed through which led to them chipping the next day. When I messaged them she told me to come in 3 days later.. very disappointed I felt like as a long time loyal costumer I was not valued !!Really no please let me fix your nails or make it right like all the other bad reviews wow !

Everytime I get lashes they look ok. Its the fact that Ill always have glue left over on my lids. When they changed lash techs after the main one got pregnant she did my lashes horribly, used no tape, basically freehanded my lashes and they were overlapping and too tight that it was difficult to close my eye and I had to pull the lashes to loosen them from UNDER my lashe line, because they werent put on my actual lash line but under on my upper waterline. The glue turns into a near concrete texture and you can feel the weight 24/7. Ive tried many different methods of removing the lashes, after observing they have no lash removal services, and my natural lashes rip out in bunches each time. For $30 I know the quality wont be all that but at least have a better glue and more certified cross trained employees that can apply lashes correctly and not just rely one one good individual when shes available. Other than that the regular acrylic nails are a 7/10, only because I personally feel that they rush during these regular sets. When it comes to chrome, ombre, or cat eye nails, they make sure they do their absolute best with the filing, making sure everything, even the minuscule details are perfect and I just dont feel like i should have to pay the extra $20 for a special nail JUST to get my nails shaped precise. The same work process and quality in the filing and shaping should be for both regular and the special nails. Me and my mom used to go many times throughout the last couple of years and have just been straggling now so I hope the quality and processes have changed now.

I originally was going to get a regular full set with polish however the nail tech talked me into gel because they are alot stronger but also 10$ more but I was okay with it because I use my hands alot. But 2 days later doing nothing but getting in the car my thumb nail broke!! Complete waste of money.

Went to get my nails done at this place almost a week ago. They got fingernail polish in my fingers. All my nails came off. I didn’t pay $50 for all my nails to come off in a week.

I havent gotten my nails done years.. Ive heard good things about this place. Even though it was busy I was able to be seated within 10 min of getting there. There were 1000s of beautiful colors to pick from!! I tried making conversation with the nail tech but she wasnt too interested in anything I had to say Lol. ( Maybe she was having a bad day) My nails look absolutely stunning!! I will definitely be going back. And I want her to do them. Sitting in silence for 25 min is worth it for sure!! Thank you so much!! My nails have never looked so good. 😁

Ive had a lot of bad manicures in my life, but this is probably the worst one ever! I never had my nails break the same day! And not just one, but three of them! She barely cut my cuticles and although I said I wanted them shorter, no length came off after the filing she did (the manicure took about 5 minutes). I had a french gel polish, which was applied after the manicure without having washed my hands! Just one coat of gel (primer, tip and clear gel) applied - it is customary to apply at least two coats on the tip and she really struggled with shaping it too. The white on the tip of my nails is already starting to come off and I had it all done yesterday! In the beginning I was telling her to change some things, but she seemed to have a hard time understanding me, so I gave up thinking Ill probably have to have another manicure in a week and because the gel layer is so thin, at least Ill be able to remove it myself. But I did not expect for my nails to start breaking, nor have I had a gel polish to not last at least a week!

They were very polite made me fee great about myself. Nice soft gentle massages. Awesome place! P.s also I am from out of town! Made me feel very welcomed.

I am always happy with the service I receive when I visit Top 10. I have been going to Stacy for many years. The quality of her work is unmatched. She also does a wonderful job with my eyebrows. There is nothing that makes my week like a visit to this wonderful nail salon!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to. I choose to come here even though there are many salons closer to my home. They do good pedicures and manicures. I recently had a gel manicure here and it was great.
